Clean and friendly atmosphere.. don't have to wait long for drinks.. could be bigger because it does get crowded on weekends.. but free rooms keep me going back

Great casino with the nicest and most helpful staff. Timbers Buffet is excellent. And the best Prime Rib.

Mohegan sun provided The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
We booked a couples massage for an hour, after searching the whole hotel for this spa we showed up 12 minuets late, the spa staff was so rude and rushed the entire experience, and on top of that they rudely informed us since we were so late we d have to do a 30 minuet massage. By far the worst spa experience I ve ever had.

So than after our awful spa treatment we come out to find a line of people waiting for vallet.
Turns out the hotel doesn t have anyone working vallet, even though they had someone to park my car they had no one to return my car. I spent 45 minuets outside in the heat begging employees to give me my keys so I could leave. I asked hotel staff to call a manger 4 times and no one showed up.
After an hour I had to threaten to call the police and report my car stolen before a manager would finally come help.
While I was outside in the heat for over an hour they also left a woman in a wheelchair out in the heat for well over an hour, the poor woman left in tears, and almost had a heart attack from the stress.
When I complained to the manager and asked what he was going to do to make up for this, he told me word for word he d take down my number and maybe they d be able to do something 3 days later I still haven t heard anything, considering I spent $200 in the spa and $300 in Ruth Chris you d think they d try to save my business and make sure I return as a customer but no.
I would have been happy with free parking on my next visit or even something to show they actually care about their guest experience but no.
I would recommend spending your money somewhere that actually cares about guest services.

I go to this casino quite often. I got confronted by security asking me if I was okay I do not drink they would not tell me why somebody was asking or inquiring about me I found that a little odd I did nothing wrong I felt bad my feelings got hurt they should at least let you know why they are questioning you and asking you for ID. I thought it was unprofessional they should at least tell me what they think I did wrong.

Casino was clean. Very few waitresses. Nice time for special occasions.

Gambling at the casino. Experience was good. Lost money but it was what I expected and I don't knock the casino for that.

Its an amazing place to go and you can watch the horse races for free, an amazing out door activity fun for the family

Bar Louie was great and do we the bouncers at the Casino when my passport card was being a difficult ID haha.

The room passed my inspection, I refuse to stay in a unclean room. I use my phone flashlight to check around the furniture and bathroom which drives my husband crazy. The bedding was fresh and clean as was the furniture and carpet, absolutely no complaints. Totally enjoyed the room plus the t.v. is nice and large with a lot of channels.

Good casino with a decent amount of tables and an attached racecourse.

I enjoy now and than to visit the casino. However I think I am going to lesson my visits. They really don't pay out much. When it is busy I don't think one person should be able to play the machine they are sitting at and have their jacket on the left playing two cents and a card on their right in the machine playing two cents taking up three machines at once! This should not be allowed and almost every time I go there this is the case. Nothing is done I reported it nothing was said to this person.

The Mohegan sun pocono was nice and clean on the inside. There are bars to eat , and drink . Quite a few actually. A lot of different games to play. The only thing that put a damper in my visit was people at every counter of the floor to if you once you came back on the floor. I feel like if you were I d when you came in that was too much . I also lost a person that was with me during my visit and I talked to the security team and they let me know that they couldn t page the person over head because the person had to be dying. I was disappointed by that statement because it could of been a better way to handle that situation. I also wasn t from the state so a certain amount of fear set in . Other than that the place was clean and fun.

Its a great place but man do I hate losing all my money. LoL

Fun if you want to get out and away for a bit dont take any more than you plan on losing. Pay outs aren't to good right now.

Came to the casino last week had a good time today I'm back they didn't let me in because I have only green card as identification I drove 120miles for nothing I'm really disappointed.one more things not every body ID was checked because they was white and I'm not , they is a camera to prove that.
I will never go back overthere.

They need more of a variety of machines the smoking area needs to go after visiting this place the smoke literally burned my throat!!!!! They need to do something its absolutely a disgrace for a casino get RID OF THE SMOKING AREA

Depends what you're up to, but this is a pretty solid non-Vega casino experience. If you're serious about gaming make sure to wrap up before 7 as the booze hounds might interrupt your bliss.

Been to better casinos. Smoking section was so much bigger than non-smoking section. The non-smoking section seemed to be in the middle of all the smoke.
Went for the magic show and that was the worth while part.

Ate at timbers buffet, hardly no wait time, great food, and the waitress was very prompt!

Went to see Bon Jersey, they were good. Food at Wolfgang puck was okay, overall good time.

Had 5 dollar 3 card poker tables. Great restaurants. And a room full of penny slots.

Attended a karate tournament in the main ballroom, conference areas were very nice and clean.

worst place ever, timbers buffet was a complete mess, the "cooks" and i use the term loosely knew absolutely jack squat about food. i ask this one "cook" named eddie short black hair scrawny puertorican guy about why the food was so dry and tasteless, he answers "I'll go and find out" he proceed to walk then stop for 20 whole minutes talking to some of the coworkers, one had a white coat almost bald head named nick another brown coat red beard glasses named greg and the last one tall black clothing name shaun, they began saying about how they are gonna get high and wasted, used very vulgar language and thank god my daughter was nowhere near these foul uneducated trash, and what made my blood boil is that they insulting this one coworker who's name i didn't catch but looked in his 20s black hair pale skin had a pair of headphones on, they proceeded to call him in a "stupid worthless mexican" and other stuff which i can't write about, they only got lucky that boy had his headphones on, had he heard them i don't think the casino's security would have been enough to stop him. after all that trash talking they parted ways and eddie never gave me an answer about the food i was dumbfounded i went to complained to front of the house manager he didn't do nothing about it, it's almost as he did not care don't know his name but his tall almost ball head crappy two piece suit like belongs to a hobo. Im shaking with rage about theur lack of care and for their lack of respect for their own coworkers, please what ever you do don't eat at timbers buffet worst place and the worst scumbags that are employed.

Great casino but need more drink servers on the floor took forever to get a drink and I was there from 3:30 until 9 only had one server go past me.

One of the worst casinos. No entertainment or shows. Only gambling.
