I liked your mofongo and they have a lot varied but a little slow service

The waiter was a nice guy but incompetent. We order one regular and one light beer, we got two light and not the brand me asked for. We ordered paella from the menu that happened to be the most expensive dish in the house but when it finally was served it was too salty to eat. We ate one tablespoon of food and left the rest. We should have sent it back but we didn't just in case they wanted to replace it and we would never give the staff any excuse to "interfere" with our replacement! I would never return nor recommend to anyone.

This place is a hit or miss. The food is ok and the staff as I said hit or miss.

We went to dance on Saturday and we pass and excellent time. The music and the ambience are amazing. Very recommended.

They do not explain the difference between the menu and the buffet and it turns out one goes to the buffet for going out quicker and eats a little the cost is very high imagine a spoonful of rice and a stew at 24 dollars with a juice that is called stealing without warn

The place has changed over the years it's smaller now and the music from the club next door still bleeds over. I usually go here latenight think 11 pm or after 12 usually less of a selection and since its slow, the staff might forget you're getting up for a 2nd helping look its a cheap Buffett in Inwood don't overthink it.

The food tastes different as of now than it did in the past. They completely changed their staff-and not for the better either. The food is okay but there is horrible service. Their costumer service is too slow even when the restaurant is practically empty. Would not recommend if you are in a hurry.

Worst service ever, I came with my sister to dinner, she ordered the buffet and I ordered a burger of the menu. THE BURGER MADE HERE IS AT THE LEVEL OF BURGER KING OR MCDONALD. The waitress took the order of my sister and she left and didnt ask me for my order, I had to run after her and tell her that I want to order a burger and fries. I AM A PERSON WITH HIGH PRESSURE. She looked at me with attitude and did not reply me yes. Very Unprofessional. Then my sister was eating the Buffet while I was hungry waiting for my burger. It took like 30 minutes just a burger. My sister went to grab more food from the buffet and I was having a bite of her dish. The waitress told my sister that she will charge us twice the buffet because she saw me eating from my sister dish. My sister replied her that I was eating because I was starving. That day I wanted to speak to the manager but my sister calmed me down. I AM A PERSON WITH HIGH PRESSURE. I literally never will come back to this restaurant again.

Food is fine but the service was very bad, you have to throw the waitress Cesilia, treat a bad one and do not smile for anything.

Just got back from lunch after visit to the cloisters. We had the pork (me) and chicken (my wife) lunch plates. Both were great, price was right, waitress was fast and attentive (and patient with us senoirs). Highly recommended.

I loved it ive been going there for years always loved the music and enviroment never a fight which is very important compared to unlike other places around and plus a buffet in the same lounge!.. nd the hookah is really good....i basically just started recently going there again and the same bartender has been therr his name is lery hes such a sweetheart and so professional,same positive attitude, and very efficient also remembers me from a long time ago ..! What more can u ask for !

Solid. Mofongo can be a bit dry but their sauce game is on point. Don't bother with the sausage or chicken, just get the standard pork mofongo, by far the best.

Excellent service. And thanks to Odalis for the attention and for the way of congratulating my sister for her engagement. It was great!!!

Really good place and the food is delicious. But every time that I go to buy food , cashiers are with a really bad attitude against clients. It shouldn t be like that .

Food is on point. They knocked down the wall now it's a restuarant / night club lol. Still my go to spot for Domincan food uptown.

Service was O.K., food was unpalatable and lukewarm. I ordered the Mero and it had bones in it, please mention which fish dishes have bones in them on your menu as to prevent people from choking on them. Atmosphere was O.K.

The food was really good! I had the Camaron Fongo and it was amazing. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. The service was good our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Anyone looking good food should definitely try this place.

This place has one of my favorite churrascos Uptown. Honestly, just wish their service was better. I tend to go on very low volume days, and the waitress still goes MIA. Other than that, the churrascos and mofongos are top notch. Give this place a try if you haven't already. Just go there before the place turns into a dance floor lol

Food was cold and salty. Service was slow but not because it was busy. Crew was just standing around talking to each other. Disappointed....

BEWARE this place has the worst customer service. but Management is in denial of how bad it is . complaining to owner doesn't do anything .the only thing good at this place is the Music. BeWARE THEY STEAL FOR YOUR DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD.Letting the owner know WAS USELESS, All they was found one receipt i actually signed by me $17.16 and 3 other charges made totalling close to $300.00. I was told call my bank to dispute because we have they no proof of my signature on those CHARGES. WOW then i asked how can this happen here , is it knowed who did this . ANSWER WAS CALL YOUR BANK. Complete disregard on the unbalance to my checking account bills not paid and to hear that dispute with bank .WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE WAS CALL COPS BECAUSE I WAS ROBBED.

Very nice service and the food is to die for i had the skirt steak beans and rice and to drink a virgin coconut pineapple o my god the best drink and the service was beautiful a must go people.

Great place to go for a quick bite, specially when you leave the night clubs. Fast service, great service, food is delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick bite at any time.

Food was good, service was a bit slow, but definitely good. Dessert selection was great. Both buffet and sit down options are offered as well as a lively bar.

First, the food is rich. But what I did not like is that they have a buffet of a price and then starts to restrict some things, such as shrimp, leafy cakes and another thing is that it does not compete with other restaurants that offer the service Buffet, because they do not offer dessert or soda included.

I waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken. After I ordered, I waited 35 minutes for it to arrive. And to top it off the food was appalling ... it didn't meet my expectations.

This place is a RIP OFF, Look at your Bill and make sure u arent being over charged. The servers are hostile and push u to get things you dont even want. They are totaly over priced for really bad food.
I went there to celebrate my cousins Graduation, and i regret taken her to this awful place. The place is not the best environments for a nice meal, with bartenders over serving their patrons to the point they are stumbling out the bar and falling on there faces, there was hookah smoke all over you while u trying to enjoy a decent meal, and the server was the worst trying to force drinks and certain things in the menu that weren't wanted. They lack total customer service, and server needs to get himself another job that's not in the restaurant industry. My cousin went to use the bathroom and the lights got turn off on her while using the bathroom, which was a total disrespect. We order the food and it was not good quality food. The chicharon where all pure fat and it didn't have a crispy skin. I order the garlic shrimp with fried plantains, but the dish had only 6 shrimp, in a garlic sauce that wasn't good at all, plantains where over cooked, but the worst part was the $30 dollars i was charged for this dish. for a cup of passion fruit juice they charged $6 which is outrageous. The total bill for 4 people that got two mofongos chicharon $17, one Garlic Shrimp $22, fried chicken chunks with bone $17, and two passion fruit juices $6. They charged us 105 for the worst food that's not worth the price. This is more of a sketchy bar with bad food, than a restaurant. I wouldn't even take the food to go. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

So bad mofongo that I have eaten in New York. This is the only site that knows how to do it. If you want mofongo, there is no equal.

Good place to go for a late night bite. They have an all you can eat buffet for $15 during the day not sure what time it ends though. If you like a festive and loud ambience, this is your place. They have a DJ in the restaurant and also offer hookah. It can be a bit overwhelming, but food is good.

Exquisite I go every time I can, I think that daily lately, I love if food and its snacks, the divine patty waiiiii with mashed potatoes the good thing is that it is daily and they work 24 hours, I am almost your neighbor, when the Scent from your kitchen to my bedroom window I am happy because I know that only with a call do they come to my door or do I go down where they, good atmosphere and good Live music, I recommend them.

WORST EXPERIENCE BY FAR IN MY LIFE! today i went in for a family lunch and there was a heating issue., which is understandable but unacceptable to be told the issue will be resolved in a few minutes. we were in the restaurant for 2 HOURS AND A HALF AND THE HEAT ADNT BEEN FIXED! the waitress was the worst on earth. she was gossiping with the other waitress about me and my family because the food was cold and she said that we were being nip picky about our dinner. the food was cold and disgusting; literally looked like leftovers. DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL UNLESS YOU'RE GOING FOR DRINKS AND NOT A FAMILY DINNER! when we had ask to speak to the manager the waitress had said that she was the manager; if she was the manager how can she be giving the worst customer service that i had ever seen. when she heard the complaints her body language showed that she didn't care about a word that was being said to her. she didn't even offer to give us some sort of discount for the horrible service that was provided, for the cold restaurant that we sat in or 2 and a half hours, and the cold food that we were given. she also had told us if the food was cold why did we eat the food. WHOL THE HELL WILL TELL THAT TO SOMEONE! when we asked for her name she did not want to provide it due to the horrible service that she gave. if i was able to provide a negative star i would most definitely do so. if someone is able to contact me with any of the owners information that'll be great. this is family restaurant and no one should be treated this way. please refuse any service if provided and continue to do reviews, hopefully someone will finally fire these horrible waitresses and change the way the service is provided!
