Food is good but two times I ordered the shrimp tempura appetizer and when I go to pick it up they have made a shrimp tempura roll then I have to wait another ten minutes. They clearly do not pay attention when taking online orders.

The kissimmee location is the best Mizu there is. Their food is phenomenal. The chefs are very entertaining and the waitstaff is on point. Plum sake, clear soup and the filet are my favorites. Their ginger sauce for dipping is the best that I have ever had
Outstanding, first time hibachi grill and I caught all the egg he tossed in my mouth, we went at like 5pm and had the whole table to ourselves, our mouths were full of saki, twice. Let's just say the boy is taking a nap

Been here more times than I can count...OUTSTANDING! The chefs are wonderful, the food is fantastic, the portions are very nice, and the prices are awesome! All in all a great experience at the hibachi table even though I've seen the show a million times! If you're craving sushi or hibachi, DEFINITELY give this place a try!

Decent hibachi place, my only complaints were that some of the food was a little overcooked and oddly enough, the flooring choice for the hibachi dining area. The whole room is done in tile and the noise level of the chefs clacking together the cooking utensils combined with the sounds of cooking and people talking make it unbearably loud in the room. The sound just echoes off the tile and accumulates. My entire group was practically having to shout at each other around the table to communicate. The owners should really reconsider the flooring choice in this room.

I don't know what happened to this place recently. The service was chaotic. We have been here about 5 times since we moved to Orlando. The last time we went, we waited for our sushi for about 30 just to find that the oder never went in. So we got up and left. The still charged us for the 2 dollar soup. I'm not sure if it was new management or something but I'm sad to say never again.
Had a reservation for my family of 13 for a graduation lunch for 4PM. Was not told we would be at two separate tables when reservation was made
Arrived 10 minutes early, and finally seated at 4:40 for our 4:00 reservation, with out an acknowledgement of the delay or an apology. Orders not taken until 4:55.
We asked if we could still order from the lunch menu, which was available till 4, since we were seated so late by no fault of our own. The manager refused our request!!!
After the orders were taken, the service was good, and the food and our tableside chef were excellent.
Too bad the manager blew a chance to recover from their 40 minute seating delay by his decision on the lunch policy. Well never go back again.

Me and my best friend were tired after a very long day of work, and we made it to mizu at exactly 939pm. We couldn't even attempt to ask for service, since the manager or whoever it was came to us and told us that the restaurant was closed already. And it wasn't at all, there were at least 20 people in. I tried to reason with him, but it was no good. Never eat at a place who doesn't care for you. And that was mizu this night.

Very disappointed of tonight's service. My family and I love Mizu. But tonight was not their best night. We arrived 5min before our reservation time, the hostesses sat us late I asked him what happened to our reversed time. He had the audacity to tell me that we arrived late and our table was given away. The server was rude and not attentive and the habachi guys was completely quiet barely talked and did put up the performance like the other guys next to him. We will most likely not come back to this Mizu ever again.
Tried the habachi and a few of the sushi rolls with a party of eight we all had a very good time. The food was delicious and the service was great.

Place has great lunch special. Great atmosphere. However it is upsets me that they cant get a filter for their water! Everytime i go in, hoping they have invested on one.

The sushi tasted fresh and delicious. New to the area and this will be the go to sushi spot. They give generous portions and everything was very tasty. Tried the chicken teriyaki bento box, sweet potato roll, shrimp tempura, VIP california roll and loved every bite.
Great food, fast service. One of favorite fresh sushi spots in the orlando/kissimmee area. If anyone on here is complaining about the food it's probably because they are the type of people who complain about everything in life anyway. I've been here countless times and never been treated badly and have never had a bad dining experience. I work in the hospitality industry and I constantly recommend this place to my guests. They always come back with positive feedback!
This is a good place to dine in or grab some food to go. They have a large sushi selection. I was impressed by the speedy delivery of food. We went after 9 PM on a weekend and the service was good. 4.5 stars
Most sushi places in this area close from 3 to 5 or 6 o'clock. They are open all day.
Pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was clean and seated us quickly. The food was fairly priced and came to the table very quickly. Everything was delicious. We will be returning
We had 30 people for my mother's 70 birthday and they were great! The staff was friendly and accommodating with some last minute changes. Couldn't ask for better.
I love the hibachi here. The fact that I can get hibachi for lunch is even better. Great food prepared right in front of me is my favorite. The prices are reasonable for hibachi and they do have a lunch or dinner size option for most of their hibachi meals. The difference is the dinner portion includes noodles. Check it out, this place is amazing!

Great Sushi and Great Hibachi. Not the most fancy place but my favorite for Sushi so far. Magic Roll and King of the Ocean my favorites! I drive from Orlando here just for my Magic Roll.
This particular location is absolutely amazing. We ve only done pick up so far since we moved to the area during the middle of the pandemic but everything from their customer service to the quality and freshness of their ingredients has been excellent each time. We visited the Poinciana location(#3) because it was closer and it was such a huge disappointment. Luckily, we visited this location first and it will remain our go-to sushi spot! Worth the extra drive!
