Mizu Steak and Sushi Review

Nice presentation, food was delicious. We were a party of six, had a great time.

Don t like the management here. No customer service at all. I wanted to pick my spot on the hibachi table and the manager did not let me pick where I wanted to seat. The food and the service were substandard. The seating guy who happened to also be the manager did not make the situation better cause all he was concerned was to fill the chairs on the table. No concern for customer service at all. Would not recommend this place.

Best Hibachi, excellent & attentive service, great prices.

This place was pretty nice when you get inside. Our service was also pretty good. There wasn't much people there when we went tho. The water wasn't great, even with the lemon. Tasted like we was drinking straight from a pool. Misogyny soup was ok. Noth ok Nguyen fancy. Got the Tonka tsu which was average. I must say that the roll we got was really yummy. I got it without the spicy mayo and only unagi sauce. Can tell that the only thing spectacular about this place is the sushi.

The service is exceptional. The decor is Tres Chic Oriental. The King of the Ocean plate is mouth watering delicious.

Quaility is good and service ia good. They do both sushi and hibachi. The are doing construction to add more hibachi tables so should be very nice when they are done

Love this place!!!! Great food, wonderful show and lots of fun. Well worth the price! Your plate will be full also. I know of some places that you only get a little bit of food and even leave still hungry. For the same price my plate is full and laughter is abundant!

Best chinese food in town. They serve in big quantities and good prices.

I went to pick up an order only, I thought it was a very nice place, it looked clean and the smell of the food was excellent !!!

After making reservations, a group came in behind us, complained and asked to be sat and were sat down well before us while he just blew us off. 100% dissatisfied and will not return. Management needs to reevaluate this.

Had dinner with my daughter and both were very pleased. Next time we are in the area we will make it a point to stop in.

First time here. We were seated and we were met by our waiter. Our drinks came out quickly and the food order went smoothly. The chef came out soon after ordering. While the cooking had started my drink was empty. The waiter I noticed had our table and the one next to us, not to terribly busy. Our meal was completed and still no drink refill. Not sure if he was new or if there was a possible language barrier. The food was cooked to perfection, but we were disappointed in our waiter. I would still recommend Mizu

My family and I have been here about 6 times since January of this year. Of about those visit I would encourage all those dining here to check your bill before PAYING. The servers will primary tac on an 18% gratis to your bill. Upon printing it and presenting it to you the bill will reflect the meal cost, the drinks, taxes, and the 18% gratis, followed by your total. JUST BELOW your total your bill will show TIP SUGGESTIONS as a % in addition to your total. Any regular customer not paying attention and having a good time will for sure over look this DOUBLE TIP ATTEMPT. So in the end you will have paid your meal, your drinks, your taxes, the 18% gratis, AND ADDITION to an total amount you will unintentionally pay a 2nd gratis. I've fallen victim to this at least 3x's. Not sure if this is even legal to do, but at no time did the server or Mizu representative advise of the tip already added to your bill.
SO, read your bill carefully, DO NOT DOUBLE TIP. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE DOUBLE TIPPING.

The sushi is always excellent we go on a regular basis..

Every time I go here its always either a pleasant experience, an okay one, or a bad one.... Their sushi is okay, nothing special. Their staff is not very attentive.

This place was closing as we walked in but Eddie took good care of us!! He also got us to spend double what we were initially planning to, smh. Lol but I'm not mad because it was YUM-MY!! I LOOK FORWARD to returning and trying their sushi.

Has become our new favorite hibachi spot. Food is amazing especially for the price. Definitely will be bringing family and friends to.

There is no attention as good as other places, your normal food

Delicious and excellent quality of food - highly recommend!! We had the hibachi experience (able to get seated straight away too) and the chef was great: cooked the rice, noodles and meat perfectly. My calamari and shrimp was the best I've tasted but everything was tasty (I of course sampled my group's plates!!) The moonstone plum sake is sweet and very (too?) easy to drink and a large later was only $5! They do have lunch specials and take out, and I'm already planning my next order. loved it

I ordered take out from the online menu. No descriptions of the items listed causing me to order the wrong dish. They corrected the dish, but once I got home, I realized the fish eggs were rotten and smelly. It was putrid and sticky (with a weird white paste from the fish eggs rotting). Also, the sushi roll was wrapped in rotten cucumber and drenched in soy sauce. I couldn t eat it. I also ordered a house salad which was sitting in a pool of water when I opened it. My whole meal costed $19.30 this included the spider roll, salmon roll (2 pieces of small rice patties wrapped in seaweed and topped with fish eggs), and a side salad. Way overpriced and the quality of the sushi was shameful.

Food is ok. The soup udon is rather bland. The teriyaki beef is ok. Don't think the food command the price they are charging. For the same price range I expect something better.

Not my 1st time there . Waited a good 30 min before the chef came because of a family seated after we ate my soup and salad . Only reason it wasn't perfect . Food was great and the chef realized he had an all locals table and sped it up . Everyone was happy and satisfied !

It had a good flavor. Its definitely no Kobes, but the flavor and service is decent.

The restaurant was pleasant the food was good. The service is very good will paste my wife and I had an enjoyable dinner.

Very good indeed, brought the family here for Hibachi, wife and 2 young kids, everyone enjoyed the food and the kids absolutely loved the entire experience. Very attentive staff would definitely go again if in the area

Good food, good service, clean facilities including bathroom. 4 stars because it was very hot. I've been to other hibachi style restaurants and know that the grills produce heat. It was Very warm.

Terrible Service and the close the sushi bar closes 30 min. before the restaurant. We arrive 1 min after 10:30pm. Absurd!!

The best hibachi place in the Orlando area in our opinion. Have not tried their Poinciana location.

I go there every other week. Amazing food. Great service and an overall great experience everytime. My 3 yr old loves it. I highly recommend this place.

Plenty of food for a good price. The food is delicious and the white sauce is on point. (Some places have horrible white sauce. )

Fantastic Susi and Grill.
We visit here once a week for a 15 piece Sesemi plate with tuna and salmon. Clear soup, salid and a bowl of rice. Great Habichi.

I came to eat yesterday with my family, plus gotta add my cute baby...lol coming in side was a great customer service, as me and the family got sat at a hibachi table right away. Chef was amazing and had our baby laughing and amused. Now here is why they get a 3 instead of higher. Food was rather blend and no real taste at all. They made didn't make my wife easy to make sherily temple at all right... Waiter took about 10 to 20mintues to get our refills. I had to get up to tell him I need a different drink. It look like etheir a manager or cook was talking and laughing with him, mind you I made eye contact sererval time before a came over to us....annoyed at that point. Because I wanted our check so we can leave. Honestly it'll be awhile before I give them a chance again... Maybe another location... Well thats my review hope everyone else has a better experience.

Been coming here for years now. Customer service and food are second to none.

Pretty good food, the service was great even though we came close to closing! I felt kinda bad about that but it was super busy and we had to wait. They graciously served us and the food was good quality. We weren't able to get a hibachi table, but I still enjoyed my meal!

You want great Sushi ? This place is awesome! I love coming here. The food is so delicious. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely love mizu, we go there all of the time for hibachi and sushi! Highly recommended.

The food was mediocre at best. The steak had no flavor or seasoning and the salad dressing tasted like mayo with sugar in it. The spaghetti was just doused in a poor version of teriyaki. The show they would put on was glossed over as I saw a couple other tables shows. All in all probably would not go back or recommend it.

Have visited here many times and they have absolutely exceptional service. Food is great and large portions are provided. Bring an appetite!!

My husband loved their sashimi.I loved their salmon Benton box.The fish is fresh fresh and the cut size is just right.good food and service.

if you are looking for an entertaining dinner then this is the place for you. my food is always cooked perfectly. the portions are large so be ready to eat!
