Exquisite restaurant Maybe not for all budgets. But recommended

It is a UNIQUE hotel ... An oasis in the city. In winter its Spa is ideal and in summer its terrace and outdoor pool. Very spacious, cozy and comfortable rooms. IDEAL

Clean, careful, we have been very happy. If I have to put a serious stick they put more sunbeds in the pool.

Very good hotel with an excellent breakfast. Spacious and comfortable rooms for business or family tourism (it was our case). Free parking is a plus. It also has an outdoor pool and Spa. Metro nearby to go to the center of Madrid. Recommended option.

Very spacious and very comfortable rooms; the big bed and with the possibility of choosing pillows, the very large bathroom too, with enough space for several people at the same time. Free parking for guests, something very to take into account if you are in Madrid with a vehicle. A few minutes from the metro stop and 10 'walk from a shopping center. Free buffet breakfast, very complete. And the staff very attentive. Of the best quality / price that I have seen in that city.

Somewhat dated hotel with nevertheless nice big rooms. Very good parking facilities are available. The breakfast was rich with a good selection of local produce.

One thing was very negative, however, when we wanted to post a stamped postcard at the front desk, we were referred to a mailbox in the nearby shopping center. Sorry but that does not work, in a supposed 5 star hotel !!! Although a little thing, but shows the attitude of the service staff.

We chose the hotel deliberately because of the location outside. For anyone who wants to stay in the city center, choose another hotel. Most sights can be reached with the nearby metro in 30 minutes (travel time).

Special for all business people for being very close to the airport, also has great facilities, everything a five-star hotel can give, its sevice is optimal, its rooms are very comfortable, all the best you find in this hotel, also the food is exquisite so it is definitely a highly recommended place.

The room very comfortable. The breakfast good and diverse. The pool is a relief in the middle of Madrid but it is not safe for children and access to it is not comfortable at all.

To be a five star you lack details. It looks like a four star with large and spacious rooms

Although it is far from the center and rather in a quiet residential area, the hotel is amazing. Very modern, beautiful, ten attention. The rooms are suites, very spacious and impressive. Bed! My mother, I had never slept in such a comfortable bed. In fact, we are left with the mattress brand for our future home hahaha we also have breakfast and everything is perfect. I would go back, without a doubt. There is a bus stop just in front and about 5 minutes walking, the metro. The tiny pool but it is enjoyed.

The comfortable rooms, although they need a bit of affection, have several broken things like blinds and decorative railings that do not look good in a hotel with these stars. I had some dirty corners. The continental breakfast pretty good.

Quality you expect from a 5 star. The treatment of very professional and attentive to the client .. The suites perfectly distributed and equipped. I loved the sound equipment with the CDs to create an ideal environment for relaxation.

A 5 star hotel ... Highly recommended to stay in Madriz.

A very nice hotel, especially the terrace area, although the last time I went the artificial lake was empty and so loses a lot. The spa is not bad, the pool is not bad, but the rooms are amazing.

Very nice hotel with great pool area. Hotel can only be recommended. Rooms are a very nice size with small kitchen. A small coffee station is also included. Nice bathroom with bath and separate shower. WC with bited. In the evening you get a bottle of water. Rich breakfast and parking is free. There is also a Spar and fitness area. A point off to there's because there are no utensils in the kitchen and if you ask for it you have to pay 5 euros for knife and fork. But everything else was great and staff friendly.

The perfect rooms and the great service. The only thing I might have expected more from some meals. Just as the octopus was delicious, the beef tenderloin turned out to be quite average but I suppose it depends on the taste. Another thing that bothered me a little was that sometimes the cards in the rooms did not open well and it was a bit annoying. Everything else excellent.

The room was spacious and the price was very reasonable. Very friendly staff. Like but just say the room smelled a bit of cigarettes upon entering.

It was one of the most beautiful hotels in Madrid ... Very large suite rooms, friendly and attentive staff, excellent finishing touches. They have not been able to manage the passage of time and now they need a careful renovation .... Furniture, finishes, consumables ... Everything should be largely changed and replaced ....

I do not know how the rooms and the spa will be. I went for a business issue and they gave us a room where they put us all at different tables. The room was very good. It was spacious and very well lit. We were not many people and did not give the impression of being in a huge space. The hotel reception is quite nice and the best part was that there were no problems leaving the car.
They gave us a dinner there, and the truth was that everything was delicious. We ate a grilled vegetable with goat cheese, meat and cheesecake at the end. They accompanied him with wine and water. The truth is that the dinner was great, everything was delicious and the waiters were polite and very attentive.
Of course, if some day I have to make a meeting or presentation, it is a place to take into account.

We have spent a great and relaxing morning in the Spa, the massage and the tasting food very rich, especially the friendliness of the staff. Okay, we will repeat

Perfect, watch out for room 410 there is a dead man

Excellent hotel, it is the second time we have stayed and again excellent. Rooms of 60 m2 that make the stay very comfortable, spectacular breakfast and easy access to the center of Madrid.

Stayed here in the past and it was great! Unfortunately, will not give them my business ever again!!! They claim I booked a nonrefundable room (I rarely ever book nonrefundable).

Weeks before our August 2019 stay, due to life circumstances, we asked to slide our 1 night reservation, for 2 rooms, back 2 days. They flat out refused saying it was a nonrefundable reservation. I wasn't asking to cancel, just to slide back 2 days. They would not budge!!

I told them I couldn't be there if they didn't slide the reservation back. Well, they ended up charging me for the one night for 2 rooms ( we have 5 in our party) for a total of almost $500!!

They were not willing to work with me AT ALL! Maria Lopez, the manager, didn't give any consideration to my request to slide rooms back 2 days, despite giving plenty of advance notice. She was extremely inflexible and obviously doesn't make customer satisfaction a priority. We are repeat customers and to be treated this way is unjust and unfair. Regardless of the booking , if a customer , with advance notice, notifies the hotel with a reasonable request, consideration should be given. If it wasn't for their customers , they wouldn't be in business!!! Will NEVER stay here again and DO NOT recommend!!!

Large rooms. Good service.. Pool good but no shallow bit for kids

The only downside is that it's far from downtown, so if you're quiet, it's a good idea. First of all, I like spa facilities !!
