Unbeatable place, good treatment and very friendly staff

We went to a company event and the result was very good. Lounges with enough technical equipment, and fantastic catering service. Highly recommended

The room was very large but I did not find it very cozy, and I had to change to a superior after finding an unused gel bottle in the bathroom as well as open drawers, which does not give very good image to talk about this category. Breakfast seemed very complete.

We have spent one night with dinner and spa and it has been all of 10: room, breakfast, gym and spa. Congratulate the treatment received at the reception that managed to manage a misunderstanding with the account. We repeat for sure.

Hotel of one of the highest qualities. So much so that Real Madrid stays here at matches in Madrid.
Best of all, the Spa. Amazing. I have had the opportunity to enjoy these facilities several times and it is 100% recommended.
In the indoor pools (there is an outdoor one only open in the summer months) you can enjoy countless relaxing jets for any part of the body -especially the back- and to strengthen the muscles of the legs.
My favorite place is the "jacuzzi", where if it coincides that it is empty, you can crawl to enjoy the innumerable jets that you are finding.
It also has a foot bath with very cold and very hot water to activate the circulation of the legs.
Then, in the changing rooms, you will find the sauna and the Turkish bath, and finally a shower and you are ready for the hard day!

The hotel is clean. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. This is a welcoming hotel.

It was very good both the service and the raw material, recommended the terrace in summer. 40-50 approx.

I go to the gym and it's very good. The infrastructure is a bit old, but the machines are modern.

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever visited. This is the first five stars hotel I visit attending a professional event, and I can say it's excellent. The room is quite big, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom has everything you need. You also can iron your clothes and have a tea. The food is tasty and yummy. The personal is always looking after you to help you for everything you can imagine. Best service I've ever got for meals. The tempeture is warm and the hotel also has a lot of extra services such as a spa, massage, gym, etc.. Definitely I highly recommend this hotel.

We were enjoying a spa and massage promotion through Groupon, the terrific massage and it is spa tb, but we had a drink included in the beauty bar that they did not give us and when we told them at the reception the boy told us, that is given in the massage area and did not make any gesture to solve it, which we left with a bit of bad taste mouth at the end, in such an elegant place should have given us a month solution

Visit the gym, nothing to see what it was like before. They did not tell me that on weekends they do not have any monitor in the room. Disappointing, I had paid a month but I did not return.
