Bilka, Odense Review

Just stood in line for 45 min on item delivery and drove again without my item

Bilka, like everyone else, has seen it all at ok prices

Self-scanning of goods is really bad! We did not see anyone who did not need help.

Lovely place to shop almost always has what you want and good prices you can almost always get! ;)

A place where you can come every single day! ;)

Here is just everything and breakfast for 10kr and a cup of coffee 15kr

I would try to hand over my cleaning clothes in Bilka as it is closest to where I live. Handed the clothes on 8/8 and was told that it would take 5-7 days. Since today I did not hear anything today, 15/8, I run out to hear how it goes with the clothes. I am told that they have not received any clothing back from Butlers that they use. I walk out of the store, call Butlers as I need to wear my clothes this weekend. Butlers have nothing on my cleaning number and have not received any clothes from Bilka Odense this past week. I go into Bilka again to find out if they have my clothes lying around, as I really want to know where it is. The clothes are so out of place in Bilka's customer service.

It is definitely not advisable to hand over your cleaning clothes in Bilka Odense!

Bilka is a nice store .. Missing staff more. Visible in the store and lacks smile

It has become a nice warehouse after conversion. They have done well.

They have many good different items / food you can buy

They proparbly have the widest selection of goods of any supermarket in Odense. Be mindful of the prices though, while they have many great discounts and sasles, some prices may be quite above average.

All bottle vending machines in Udu and no help despite inquiries and calls

Good customer service by Anja Andersen. But the iced breads were not the icing dry. So they smoked out on the floor at home. Practice Practice It was good my boyfriend bought them today

Always spend more time than expected as they have so many goods and bargains. I go in for 2 things and come out with 20

They did not have it (about 2 kg of cheese without bowls) that they advertise with ..... And grabbed several expedients who reported that it was not their area. And ok, but I should find someone who could call for help.

Throughout the fine shop to shop in a very varied sotiman to choose from at the same time also at reasonable prices so that everyone can join.

It's impossible to spend under half an hour at this place. The most common goods are the furthest down, so you have to walk a kilometer inside the store to buy milk. Then, once you get to the cashier, the staff are almost always incompetent, tired and slow. When they come across a situation they are unfit to handle, they just stare at the register as if they're trying to find a solution, instead of just calling for help by default. Of course you can choose to use a self checkout lane, but there are always problems at those, and the staff that are there to help are just as incompetent. I still choose to give this place a two star rating, because it has a large selection, which is great for larger purchases for parties etc, and they have everything you will ever need, including clothes and even gardening equipment

Terrible place. Too many people who are stressing around to buy a lot of goods they do not need anyway.
