The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Herrera Oria metro station and the vaguada shopping center. In addition to that it does not have many services around. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The very friendly staff helped us at all times and asked us for taxis.

A good hotel. Accommodations are adequate. The door to the bathroom in the room I would rather it was not transparent. The breakfast is good. The gym would give 5 stars as it is quite complete. The pool is paid even for those who are staying at the hotel. This could change or lower the value. Well, it's 15 euros a day. Overall was fine. 4 stars

A good hotel. In a quiet area of Madrid. The Hotel is a 5 Star, however some details are missing and I assume they are due to COVID-19. The service at the reception is very good. The pool is very good, too bad it has shade at the end of the afternoon. The beds very comfortable, the rooms are very comfortable.

It's a brilliant hotel it has everything you need including a indoor and outdoor swimming pool the staff is soo helpful. You can tell how good it's going to be from the outside. The hotel is near the Madrid stadium and a metro. I recommend this hotel if you go to Madrid Spain.

A good luxury hotel at a good price, all correct and super friendly staff. I do not give the 5 stars for the slowness of the kitchen, 40 minutes we were waiting for breakfast since we ordered it until they brought it to us.

The hotel is fine everything and that the maintenance is very improvable.
We spent the first night in a room where the light fuses blew 2 times and the water pump died at 10pm. The next morning they changed our room and everything was perfect, although it should be said that the maintenance in public areas is still improved.
The breakfast is varied and complete, the whole hotel is very clean and the hotel staff is very friendly and professional.

The passage of time has removed the 5 stars of the establishment of the perception of quality that is received when you take time in it. It wouldn't be bad if they gave a slight renovation. The correct restaurant but you miss a more extensive wine list that best represents our wine geography.

I went to a professional event. The quality of service was perfect. The rooms are spacious and modern. Those attending the convention were delighted.

Good room for events, with access to a terrace. A nice and comfortable location, good for corporate events. The restoration is improvable, but I guess it depends on what you choose.

A little ago for a promotion of my gym (Go fit) I was able to have access on weekends and holidays to the gym and the hotel spa. My experience is quite good, the deal is quite correct, and the facilities are quite well maintained. As a result, the gym is a bit small and all the machines are close together, but nothing that does not prevent a complete routine. The spa is not that big either, but it's quite comfortable and the times I've been there have not been many people.

They did not know in reception the agreement signed with companies to receive guests applying discounts.

They don't say the hotel rates at the right time all at the last minute

Where I have been is at the spa and very well. The massage too.

I spent the last night 2019 -2020 with my partner in this hotel and the truth is that everything very well.
The reception staff very nice and had a very nice detail of leaving us 1 hour more the next day (today January 1, 2020) at our request at no cost.

Everything is great. Faucets and way of making the bed. Perfect room temperature with coffee machine and microwave in room. The only thing I see is the ezto very old but with how good it is being forgiven. I'm sure I'll be back

It is a very comfortable hotel totally recommendable. It has a terrace that is wonderful, impressive, with some jahimas surrounded by water everywhere to drink something even if you are not staying, at any time of the year alone or accompanied. I will return.

Fantastic room, excellent breakfast. It's a perfect place to repeat.

We took a package of Spa and couple massage. The truth is that the spa has some "jets" within the circuit that are not operational, but being a small site and not being overcrowded is not a real inconvenience.

As for the massage, we had contracted the one-hour massage. Simply great. We are an athletic couple with office work and we have left super satisfied. Great professionals and taking care of every detail.

Fully recommended.

WOW, I WOULD SEEK 7 STARS! I love this site! It is the perfect place to stay when you come for business reasons and you need a very quiet and very careful place! The rooms are luxurious, the service is always great, it has a gym to unload energy and de-stress from work, and also a beautiful suoper pool to relax! I LOVE THIS SITIOOOOOOOOO !!! I WOULD LIVE HERE !!!!!

Formerly it was called Mirasierra Suites. Although this on the outskirts of Madrid, next to Mirasierra, it is worth staying here. The service is impeccable and the rooms beautiful. Real Madrid is concentrated here the days before the home games.

Nice location, walking distance from the reason for my visit (hospital Ramon y Cajal). Nothing else near by that tourists would be interested in, however the subway system is convenient. Service is very good, especially for a non Spanish speaker such as myself. Only complaints are with the room. The shower didn't drain and the air conditioning did not work.

My score is based on the reception by the hotel (an employee called "Laura" or at least that was in her suit. <br/> For our work we travel throughout Spain and it is a real shame that a 5 star hotel has so Nefarious service, not a good reception, nor a cordial greeting nor even a minimum indication to go up to the room. <br/> Tired of staying in the Eurostars chain, I had never encountered anything like it and even when you directly show him your indignation laughs. <br/> Post: To that lady, I would like to convey to her that thanks to the guests that stayed in this chain, she has a job.
I hope this review reaches the Hotusa group and take action on it, although unfortunately education comes from home and there are no training courses.

Very comfortable and well equipped hotel. A bit far from the center but is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a subway station nearby. The breakfast is spectacular, and the wifi works very well. Points that could improve: noisy air conditioning, very small sink faucets (incompatible with the size of the sinks) and TV with problem (I confess I did not go to ask to fix it, but because I do not really need it) ...

The hotel in general is fine, although to be a 5 star I do not think so. The "Deluxe" rooms are quite large and have positive aspects, such as shower and bathtub, good views, ... But the furniture in the room is very dated and deteriorated (to the point that some drawers are not kept closed), and although you can not hear anything from nearby rooms or from outside, you can hear all day and night like the noise of a generator or something like that from the roof.
The pool is beautiful and in very good condition, but everything has a depth of about 2 meters and peak, are not covered area, so you have to be careful with children and is not recommended for seniors.

A beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms and to feel at home and with an unbeatable staff, it is the second time we go and we loved it!
