Great and inexpensive hotel, friendly staff is ready to help

The Eurostars chain, supposedly five-star hotels with a customer service of four or less as well as everything in general. Noisy air conditioning for old ... we had to turn it off to rest.

Excellent large rooms (suites), some aspects are slightly dated, e. G. No USB charging ports in the room

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The dinner quite normal, acceptable presentation but even repeated vegetables in the garnish between first and second plate, symptom that came from the same bag of frozen. In addition to dinner as such the restaurant lacked air conditioning, we do not know if breakdown or custom ... but dinner at 5 * and spend cold (it was January) without any explanation on the part of the waiter was not a dish of taste. I give it 2 * since the rest of the hotel room and others was correct.

Eurostars is a beautiful hotel. I love my suite, which has a large living room, bedroom, and several sections to the bathrom, including shower, a separate full size bath tub, and a separate room for the toilet. It feels like luxery.

I'm here for a work trip, so this is on the company dime. Everything has been great, but the breakfast needs work. The selection is a bit limited copared to other hotels I've been to in Madrid.

Location is ok. It isn't center city, but it isn't too far to the metro (about a 10 minute walk).

If you're into pokemon, there is a pokestop at the entrance.

Beautiful 5-star hotel near the "Herrera Oria" metro station, line 9 (purple). The only flaw of this hotel is to be in a quite remote area but fortunately nearby as already mentioned to the subway and to some bus stop, one surely in connection with "cuatro caminos". The rooms are very large and welcoming, the staff are friendly. At the entrance there is a banquet in which there are chocolates and other things to eat, a very nice idea. The spa didn't particularly impress me and is not included in the room price but I loved the large bathtub in the room. Prices have been quite low for such a beautiful hotel. I recommend it even if it takes half an hour to reach the center.

Beautiful decor, really helpful staff, very clean bedrooms. I really can't fault them.

The Hotel very well the internet connection by means of excellent wifi, the very spacious rooms cannot be expected less from a 5 Star hotel.

The restaurant excellent good cook although prices a bit expensive. It does not matter to pay for quality but it must be mentalized.

Good location in quiet area, subway a couple of minutes. Excellent attention by the staff, resolving doubts, advising, etc. Rooms larger than average, detailed and with excellent bed, as in all of the chain I've been to. Terrace with pool and bar. Advisable. Prices? Do like me, look for bargains (offers).

They gave us two moches with a spa experience pack and the truth is that it is a success. The rooms clean and quite comfortable. Maybe they have one but that is something cold in the rooms and the heating they have in the rooms does not heat anything at all ... the friendliness of the staff is unquestionable and very helpful.

I went recently for an event of the company I work for. To do the check-in it took at least 1 hour and a half, finally when they give us the magnetic key they tell us that we have to wait for the room to be ready when it was already 5pm. When we turned up the key it did not work, this happened twice. When I go to change the key for the second time the boy at the reception asks me "if I get along with my partner" as if wanting to make a joke that left me locked out, a misplaced comment. The room had two single beds together (double) when it had to be a double room. A hotel very poorly organized.

Very nice and luxurious hotel, the breakfast is delicious, the only drawback is that it is not cleaned very well. The bed is made and the towels are refilled, but nothing else is done, there was dust hanging in the curtains and there is no vacuuming so there were all things on the floor (dust, chips, etc.), this has been repeated several times indicated to us but there was no listening and therefore no cleaning.

The plugs and telephones did not work, the door did not close properly and the air conditioning had to lower the leads to turn it off because the thermostat did not work either. Disappointing, should lower 1 or 2 stars

The truth is that it should not have 5 stars the rooms are large but very poorly maintained the doors do not close well the carpet is disgustingly dirty, the room service takes an hour and a half to serve you dinner and if you complain about noise they do nothing .. .. Completely dissatisfied with the cancellation policy of the web. When making a reservation, through the hotel website, offering a rate as an offer, it is not clearly indicated that it is not refundable in case of cancellation. In the same way that reference is made in some cases that the reservation is refundable, why don't they do the same in the opposite case? Clearly, consumers' rights are being violated by not offering CLEAR information about prices.

The hotel is what a piece of luxury hotel, since Mexico and the Dominican Republic had not been in one that had all the rooms and huge suites. My child slept on the sofa bed but he had a marriage mattress that other hotels would like. All very careful in the rooms bathrobe, slippers, iron and a small kitchen with microwave.
We didn't get to eat at the restaurant because I'm not one of those who likes to eat "pijerio" and pay for what I'm not going to eat.
Apparently it has a good chefs, I leave that to those who like delicatessen.
The breakfast is good and I have been in other Eurostars and they are similar European style buffet quite well.
The pool area is quite good, your towel and your pool bar, be careful when ordering at the bar,
Ask the price because they do not have it and you can get a scare when you pay, I was renting because I found out before asking about the discussion between a client and the bartender who was next to what he had nailed.

Parking is very good and free, we moved by metro through Madrid, which was nearby.
I do not give all the stars so that they lower the price of the terrace bar and it would be more crowded at night. Because the truth is that you wanted to be on the terrace before going to bed but at those prices the combination was going to leave us for a peak. We are 6 x15 = 90 for a single drink for each one and we are at least 3 drinks. Well, I'll leave it. BUT THE HOTEL IS GREAT.

Older 5 stars hotel in the north part of Madrid. Some equipment is not functioning well. Parking is free for hotel guest. Gyms is amazing and opens 24/7. Staff is friendly.
