Mirasierra Suites Hotel Review

We have been in a communion and it has been all very well, the gardens and the animation for the children has had them very entertained.
The food was very good and the truth is that everything is perfect.

A very good attention, the rest very cuttable, exceptional rooms and facilities, just a small but, breakfast, we assume that when arriving a little late, many things were missing and the service, it looked somewhat overflowed, but I do not remove any stars, since the hotel was quite busy and we have come down somewhat late

Good gym and relaxation pools but bad room cards are constantly degaussing and hot water doesn't always work.
Breakfast is very low quality for a 5 star

The comfort and elegance of the hotel is pleasant, I was there from January 7 to 10 but I did not get a good impression of one of the reception employees, unkind with a disgusted face and it should not be like that in a hotel with these characteristics , the heating is very old in my opinion and does not fully fulfill its function ...
The phone in the room did not work from when we arrived until we left ... I stated it on several occasions but they did not do anything about it ...

One of the best hotels to stay. Little far from the city. But the rooms and nice and luxurious. The breakfast is nice and staffs are very helpful. Will visit them again.

Super comfortable hotel with very spacious and 10 clean and friendly rooms. The pool is phenomenal and the area for sunbathing too. Only use breakfast and very well varied and with good products in the hotel price include parking

We satyed at the hotel on our weddings night. The room was confortable and well equiped. It was end of July so the hotel was busy and as the outdoor pool is not very big there were not enough sun beds available. Otherwiese everything was good. I recommend it.

I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel and too many good things to say. My only criticism is I would not recommend using the Taxi as your main source of transportation. It's about 40 roundtrip to downtown Madrid from the Hotel, it's a bit out of town. That being said, two staff members came out to open our Taxi doors at 1am after a big date in Madrid. Amazing service even when late at night.

We did not use the Hotel Spa or Restaurant services.

I celebrated my wedding there on 09/14/2013.
NEVER hire it !!!! They stole the bag from a guest inside the hotel, the maitre d 'little more than insulted her, my brothers had to look for the bag because the hotel did not do anything, a bag that my husband found the next day next to its facilities. They lied to us saying they would look at the security cameras, but they never did.
They told us that they gave us a room superior to the one they had shown us and they lied to us since the room was exactly the one we had seen.
On the night of the wedding, I couldn't have dinner because of the theft and how nervous I got to see my friend so hunched over. And my friend did not eat dinner, nor did one of my brothers, since despite the fact that their table companions requested that they not remove their plates, the waiters did not pay attention.
We could see a waiters serving the ice from the glasses with their hands, the duration of the special gin and tonic free bar that he had hired was less than agreed, the dj did not put the songs we had talked about, but the ones that seemed to him convenient, completely ignoring the taste of the bride and groom until the groom had to go talk to him, at closing time they were very rude to customers and very rude ...
Of course, in many ways, they LOADED my wedding celebration.
When we spoke with them and we told them that we were very unhappy, they offered compensation, when in the end we opted not to report they sent us an email saying that there was no compensation, now we are going to report them.
Of course they lie more than they talk! The Sheraton chain must go very wrong to allow one of its 5-star hotels to do these things! A SHAME!!!

INCREDIBLE, I can not define it in another way. The rooms as the name suggests are beautiful and clean suites with large comfortable beds that make you not want to go back home. The spa that comes included in the price of the hotel is very good. Although the price like everything good is expensive but it's worth it.

Nice size guest room, very clean, quite, excellent bed & pillows for a nice good night sleep, fast internet (ethernet and wifi), breakfast is great.

Room was really big, like really. And staff was wonderful, reception and restaurant. Good deco as well and good food at the restaurant, specially liked the Red Tuna. However, upon checking im I saw that they clearly had tricked me and that I don't like.

WiFi in the room was not included in the price, and it was 20 per night! That's the price of a month's internet in Spain. But it's not even about the price, more about the hassle of having to introduce codes, and spend 5 minutes in each device and every now and then it would stop working cause it forgets you.

Also, while the hotel has Spa in the name, the basic gym is also NOT included and costs another 20 per day... This I particularly disliked. It was so misleading from the name of the hotel. And I felt bad for paying 20 to run 30min, which is what I was planning on doing.

The room is large, but there is definitely no 60 square meters mentioned in the reservation. The facilities are perfect, but some are old. Some places are not very human, such as the switch of the electric light is very much, and not concentrated. Turning off the lights is very laborious. The water pressure in the bathroom was not big enough and the shower was very uncomfortable. No free mineral water was prepared in the room and I did not receive it after calling the front desk. Compared to other Eurostars hotels in Madrid, this hardware and software service has made me a bit disappointed. I barely gave four stars because the price is not expensive. Add a little comment about the restaurant. The level of the restaurant is very high, the dishes are exquisite and the taste is delicious. The price is slightly higher, the main course is basically 20-30 euros. But considering that this is a matching restaurant for a five-star hotel, the price is not expensive, and the dinner of another eurostars madird tower is basically more than 60 euros per person. Maybe because of our late arrival, the serving is a bit slow. We waited for about half an hour. Fortunately, the dishes are delicious and did not disappoint us. The level of breakfast was a little bit worse, not enough for Madrid's five-star average. The choice is better than some four-star hotels.

Catastrophic! We did not expect it .. room problem the day of arrival .. time wasting the ride .. 3h to get my room. Excuses and small fruits .. but that does not change our arrival and reception. Am a guest at the Eurostar Hotel from December 6th - 9th, 2018. The equipment of a deluxe suite is anything but "deluxe". The equipment looks very worn. No dishes and cutlery in the cupboards in the kitchen unit. The carpet is quite stained, the sink area is soiled with lime. There are no hangers in the cloakroom. The floor tiles in the bathroom area and the fittings are also loose.
The best thing, however, is that a foreign soccer team has checked into this hotel and every guest is checked penetratively every time they enter the hotel and who refuses to enter their room will be denied, that may be house right, but I will When booking, informed when checking in that half a football stadium is lurking in front of the hotel and the fans singing about their stars all night long. From my side, this was the last time I stayed at this hotel. If you are allowed to enter your paid room with intimidation and revealing your name and room number, then I am not prepared to continue to be a regular guest of this 5 star hotel, which promises peace, anonymity and discretion on the outskirts of Madrid.

Definitely a 5 star hotel. Sadly was not able to enjoy as much as I wanted the buffet breakfast due to COVID-19. rooms were incredible

Spacious and elegant family suites. Decentralized but well connected to the center by Metro.

It was our first time and wow I can tell you it will not be the last ,Spanish hospitality at it's best, we had a great time at the poolside lots of fun.

My partner and I were in the spa. Not bad. It is cheap for what it is, although it had some somewhat annoying details: the room temperature was very high; the doors opened only from within or if the receptionist opened, so you could not go to the bathroom and return to the sauna area without help, and, most uncomfortable for my taste is that the sauna is in each of the changing rooms, so you can not enter with your partner or your friends. It's the only spa I've ever been in that way.

I love this hotel! It is very elegant and its rooms are very large and cozy and have all kinds of amenities, the wifi is free and include the buffet breakfast that is incredible. They also have free gym ... the truth that quality price I give a 10. The customer service and the service is great I have no complaint I love this site ... aaaa also have free parking

The truth is that to be a five star hotel, I expected more. The decoration is very old, the blinds in the room were dirty and when we arrived we could not access the SPA because they had not opened it yet (on the web they did not notice anything). The elevator card system failed and if you wanted to use the stairs you had to ask why you could not find access anywhere, you see it was in the service area. The variety in the breakfast buffet also a bit scarce for a 5-star hotel, and in addition to poor quality, I do not know, Iberian ham and Iberian ham little, the orange juice was not natural and the pastry frozen. ..

The rooms are really large, especially by European standards. They are pretty well appointed as well. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, and not much else in walking distance, so you can feel a bit isolated if you are spending a lot of the time at the hotel. The main lobby is light-filled, if not exactly comfortable.
