Costumer service is rubbish. Specially front office at all not help full .Please guys not book with them .i have issue .i want explanation they staff rud and rubbish

Very nice place to have breaks after long time of working days

A class for itself that is unparalleled. The complex has several restaurants, driven to perfection, the staff, nice and reads the wishes in your eyes. The small shopping area is very very expensive, souvenirs and the rest (cigarettes and clothes) way too expensive, almost rip-off. Direct beach access is great.

Brilliant staycation. Good food. Excellent service. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Beach was clean and great for early morning walks. Pool was a favourite for most people while we stayed there ... child friendly pools, play areas, etc.

The hotel is amazing in all respects, the service is clean and the hotel is very classy

A very nice place with a reasonable price. There service is very good. People are very friendly. The breakfast is good with a nice collection.
Pool was heated, especially for kids, which make it super comfortable to swim at that time of year.

Nothing special... So traditional... Mosquito everywhere you should accept it as your unwelcomed guest... You may find some well cooked food.. Eat that and leave in a hurry.. All in all, I am not pleased with this depressing experience.

Magnificence during the crazy the most beautiful hotel ever

*Hotel rooms on the right side building are quite nice, however on the left side building(family room) are not, smells a bit. not so nice view.
*Beach is the nicest feature for this hotel. As nice or better even compare to nearby hotels( Le Meridian).
*Outdoor Pool is overall average. There is also a indoor pool in the spa, can be cleaner/better maintained. But good to have an indoor option.
*Service staff here are very helpful and warm.
*Downside- low quality service of the reception staff and the management. Not very well trained and not polite/accommodating to any request or questions/issues.
*Food is good in the Italian restaurant in the evening, however lunch is not as nice.
Overall the hotel is nice for this price range(not too pricey) for a 1-2 night stay.

The worst reception and the worst management
In fact, they left us waiting for two hours, knowing that we had a paid reservation, and we came after the time of the check

The Lebanese and Egyptian administrations have a very weak level
The best take care and respect the guests
By God Almighty, I have not seen a bad reception like this hotel, represented by the receptionist and customer service manager
I do not recommend it at all as a hotel for recreation if you want to disturb you, rather than relaxation and rest.

The food is ok. Not very great taste. I think the rates are a bit on a higher side.

While time discounts do not have interest with a policy of cost reduction

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days and felt very comfortable. Nice staff, clean and everyone can find something to eat. Cool drinks, what more could you want! Great location right on the beach and a pool is also available. If you want to enjoy all inclusive, beach and pool ... this is the right place for you!
Except for the television program something could be improved, maybe the management should think about offering FOX Movie etc. But that's the only point!

It was very nice. We stayed two nights and we had no issues with our accommodations. I would recommend this hotel to people I know. The Arabic theme is rich and vibrant.

I passed by to know what to expect and the stay will be the best judge but it's a great hotel in general...

This is not the first holiday in the Arab countries, but perhaps the first hotel, which remained full of positive memories. On the advice of a friend who visited the hotel in September, I, after reading reviews and watching photos, went to look for a profitable offer to travel agency sites. The choice stopped at Travel Professional Group, as it had used their services several years ago. Not lost on this time! At a nice price, I received and prelova, and the hotel, and incredibly cool tours of the UAE. Now for the hotel. Territory groomed and green, service at the highest level. All decorated in a very beautiful style, oriental, fabulous. The room I was given was spacious, with a large bed, all the necessary, workable equipment, in general, super. We cleaned 2 times a day, towels and beds were changed frequently, soap equipment as needed. The food is delicious, varied (meat and fish dishes, two kinds of soups, noodles, cheeses, potatoes, pastries, fruits in abundance), very tasty coffee and of course delicious desserts. The beach was pleased with the clean, clear water, the presence of sun beds, umbrellas and towels. There is a cool pool in the hotel, decorated with fountains) There is also a chic spa for complete relaxation. I rested and body and soul, so everything was cool organized. My sincere thanks to Tpg for the tour and the hotel for your service and amazing staff!

Nice beach, great food. Bad internet, water on site is 10 times more expensive than the store.

I just love this hotel, nestled in the mountains with lovely scenic views it really feels like you have travelled out of the UAE. The rooms are very slightly dated but that adds to the charm. It was all super clean.

The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with full buffet service now back on. Our breakfast server was lovely can't remember his name but he went above and beyond and really made us feel welcome.

The pool is gorgeous and family friendly with a delicious Italian restaurant right next to it so the kids could stay in the pool in the evening while we had our dinner.

There is a smaller kids pool with a small slide next the bigger pool. A large chess set and a football and ping-pong table too.

The beach is lovely and clean. The water can drag in bits of rubbish but not the hotels fault. The sand was soft and the waves were great fun for the kids...erm and the adults.

Loved the Miramar, loved Fujairah and want to go back.

The hotel is very sophisticated and beautiful and its location very suitable for those looking for tranquility and recreation from the bustle of work and cities includes several facilities suitable for the whole family

Decided to get out of Dubai for a day, chose one of the fanciest looking hotels in Fujairah and a 5* one nonetheless. However, early on we came to the realization that this place doesnt deserve at least 2 of those stars. Check-in time is at 3pm, but before coming (weekday btw) we called in advance to check room availability so that we can come earlier. Arrived at 2pm but were immediately told to wait till 3 as the room wasnt ready yet, by front office girl who clearly spoke our language but still carried on in English as she had something against us. Having waited for 1 hr for our room to be ready, we were at exactly 3pm as though by some magic the room wasnt ready even 10min before that. After spending a day out at the beach we were eager to forget everything and came to have dinner at their Al Majlis restaurant for which we paid in advance through the half-board option. Oh how we were disappointed. The food was beyond bland. In any other 5* hotel in the world, the chef would be fired for this monstrosity but here it seemed to be the norm. Having tried everything in the buffet, we ended up having to satisfy ourselves with make do sandwiches of bread and cheese, after which decided to down it all with some digestive pills to avoid night complications. In the end the stay was not what you'd expect but hats off to the porters who were actually quite jolly, hence i'm giving this review the 1 star.

Clean, very nice beach, super friendly employees (especially Prashant from the beach restaurant). The breakfast is just OK, but it's fine.

Mega hotel in oriental style. I recommend a ground floor room with a terrace and ocean view.

One of my favorite hotel in Fujairah !! The staff is amazing, taking Care of you like nowhere, the ambiance is great and the food at la Coccina is just yummy. My +++ is Sunday, who makes you feel welcome from the moment you reach the door and make you want to come back asap !!! Ho and don t forget to check out the aquagym ;)

If your looking for a getaway away from the city bustle, give this place a go. Tucked away by the shore of Al Aqah, this beach resort is a good place to unwind. Upon check-in was greeted well and check in was fast and easy. The rooms are well sized and you ve got an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool. Access to gym, jacuzzi, steam / sauna, and the hotel s private beach is complimentary. Weather was still
Humid outside and cooled down a bit after sunset . Breakfast, the following day was a big spread of a few cuisines and was good . The only downside is that takeaway food being brought in or food being delivered to the hotel is not permissible.

A very nice hotel, quiet and comfortable and the service is wonderfully hard

I think it will be my last time, staff was very nice to be honest, but very bad smell in the rooms, core-doors and wash rooms , un clean washrooms.

I love this place, the employees are amazing. I am here with my family in long vacation for the third time in last four years. I strongly recommend to visit.

Great hotel to relax! Very nice wellness center, the prices for massages a bit high, but still ok. The medical massages definitely neat! I have to feed myself gluten-free and this is no problem at all. I am shown exactly what is gluten-free. On request, I also get something extra prepared for me. Totally great! If you prefer to go to lunch instead of dinner at half board: no problem. Room really huge with separately separable rest / living room area. Of course diving is not like in Egypt. But I saw a blacktip reef shark and a turtle here. With flow is however to be expected and on Arab WE it is here and at the dive center already very full. I always had gastrointestinal problems in Egypt, not here at all! I'm in Fujairah for the third time and for the second time in this hotel and can recommend everything for rest and relaxation. Only one should know that it is something far away from the shot here. But that's the attraction for me! Thumbs up!

Very nice hotel from friendly staff to nice restaurants the whole place is very clean except the beach water is very green and is not very welcoming but sand on the beach is nice I recommend this and not the meridian because this hotel is more of a hotel for a vacation and the meridian is very commercial. Miramar also has a lot of water activities from exercise to parasailing but the activities on the beach other than water exercise are very expensive like around 190 per a person for 15 min of parasailing

The Hotel is beautiful but avoid the medical massage! The Pizzeria La Cucina is absolutly perfect. Prices are expensive but the service is very frendly.

Lovely relaxing Friday afternoon vibe about the place. Well worth a visit.

We spent here 2 nights as a group of families, and we had nothing to complain about it. Everything was so great, they staff are very professional and welcoming, the rooms weren vary luxurious and comfortable, the facilities such as SPA and pools were fantastic. They resort has a lot of activities for kids that were reallly fun and kids enjoyed it so much. I really recommend it.

Comfortable, lovely reception, the sea is great, the food is varied and the internet is fast

Never again, regret my booking REALLY
1) lizard on the ceiling and needed the house keeping to come to take it away, disgusting
2) Bed bugs in the bed, woke up in the morning with many bites and wheels on my body and needed to change the room to avoid the bugs, disaster
3)When checking in with Loysias, he was suggesting to charge me additional for my 4 years old daughter. Finally he thought that he wouldn't charge unless I asked for an additional bed. Cots are only available for less than 1 year hold. Never happened to me before in any single hotel. Just turned me off from the stay. Surprisingly, the duty manager Ms. Alaya was on the same page with him when I talked to her.
4) the room is not clean and corners are dusty, way below a standard cleaning of even 3 stars hotel
5) there is a big sign at the entrance of the hotel saying food and drinks are strictly prohibited from outside. Sign at this place should welcome people, hotel management.
If you are not planning for a full board don't book there.
