Never again, regret my booking REALLY
1) lizard on the ceiling and needed the house keeping to come to take it away, disgusting
2) Bed bugs in the bed, woke up in the morning with many bites and wheels on my body and needed to change the room to avoid the bugs, disaster
3)When checking in with Loysias, he was suggesting to charge me additional for my 4 years old daughter. Finally he thought that he wouldn't charge unless I asked for an additional bed. Cots are only available for less than 1 year hold. Never happened to me before in any single hotel. Just turned me off from the stay. Surprisingly, the duty manager Ms. Alaya was on the same page with him when I talked to her.
4) the room is not clean and corners are dusty, way below a standard cleaning of even 3 stars hotel
5) there is a big sign at the entrance of the hotel saying food and drinks are strictly prohibited from outside. Sign at this place should welcome people, hotel management.
If you are not planning for a full board don't book there.
