It s very good place in dibba to have something to drink and shisha, and enjoy with your friends away. They have two place one is indoor in the lobby and the other one is very cool place most in winter outdoor, where you can smoke a shisha with dim lighting and music.

Frankly, the design is different from the rest of the hotels and sophisticated treatment in reception and hospitality.

Amazing place to unwind.its relaxing and quite, they always have activities to make your stay more fun! The staffs are friendly and accommodating!

Great hotel, good service, delicious food. It is worth taking All Inclusive, because in the vicinity there is nowhere.

I've been there for many time :
1. They have the only disco " Bliss Disco "at AL Aqah serve all the hotels in the area.
2. They have the shisha terrace outside of the lobby area witch serving food and beverage with the shisha.
- They have the most delicious Shawerma with F.F and garlic sauce.
- The shisha its good but need for more work on it, could be better.

Great hotel all staff are friendly & helpful; however some reception staff think they work in a bureaucratic public office & they are superior to the guests.

Friendly team, clean rooms, good food (highly recommend the Italian restaurant).

The hotel left a double impression. The sea and the beach are excellent, the coastline is large compared to neighboring hotels. All facilities was good.

Disappointed about the resort. Staff very good and friendly. Buffet dinner not worth going. Paid room in advance and didn't want to make any advance deposit (bad experience with other hotel). This meant that nothing could be put on the room bill. We got treated like suspected criminals, one waiter even following few of us. Very strange for a five star hotel, normally you can put everything on the room and pay at check out. Will not return.

Very helpless, staff, misguiding reservation team. We were three adults, asked for a room. They suggested family room, that fits 2 adults and 2 small sofa beds for kids. When we asked them that this doesn't suit us. They asked to pay to change room which we booked it after they recommended it. Eventually, they didn't solve anything at all even if the hotel is empty, they could easily suggest other alternatives. Very poor management. Very disappointed. I will never come back again. It was good before, but the level of service has gone soooo bad. Don't come here

Everything very much to my satisfaction. I would come back. Friendly, helpful staff and quick check in. A small suggestion for improvement but I still have: the car transport, the staff at night and early in the morning on the area are too loud and rattle like crazy. Otherwise everything is very good

One of the finest Resort, both Sea and Mountain talking each other, you as a Human being, Just watch it and Enjoy.

The location was great, our room had a nice view over the sea. but we prefer the swimming pool. it was big and clean and had places for kids to play. we enjoyed the activities of pool volleyball. The breakfast was in Al Majlis restaurant. it was a continental breakfast. the bread section had few options. arabice bread was cold and looked not fresh. juice bar had a lot of choices from juices to flavored water in addition to coffee and tea. there was Foul station, it was great and the chef who handled it was great also. Saj with Zataar and lebnh was available. hot and fresh. omelet station always busy. for kids they can choose from cereals to hot fresh made waffles with jam chocolate or syrup. I would give it 4/5 for breakfast, unlike Breakfast, Dinner which we had the night before was terrible, I would give it 1/5 for the lack of cleanses and and over pricing, it was Arabic theme night but nothing Arabic about it but with dishes that had Arabic names. The room were hot and humid at first when we entered them. we booked two connected rooms but one of them weren't ready. getting to the room from the reception it was relatively a long walk. ours was closer to the sea. so try to choose weather you want the room to be next to pool or sea, ground level rooms are much better since it has a private access . especially Family rooms. at the time of check out we waited for help for out luggage but never showed up so we had to carry ours all the way.

The place is magnificent and the service is the finest and there is a coach named Ahmed creates a terrible atmosphere in the swimming pool

Hotel room was a good size and very clean, everything was air conditioned, the service was always very friendly and helpful. Plant very well maintained. Spa deals expensive. Be friendly in the boutiques. Goods about Pentecost 2018 u temperatures are already very warm. For young people a little quiet or little program in the evening. But it was also Ramadan. Any time

My favorite place in whole UAE. We came here 2 times for a weekend stay and were more than happy with everything. Their service is great, nice restaurants around, beautiful Mountain View and best is the sea. The beach is really amazing very well recommended to everyone, great place for families too

Great hotel with very friendly service and delicious cuisine. Beach is spacious, enough moorings available. Ambience reminiscent of Morocco. Nice that it does not seem too huge.

We felt well, although we did not respond to the very international audience. The New Year's Eve event was the POPULAR.

And the problem is that the drinks in the hotel are very expensive and at dinner you are half board forced to order something to drink

Nice Hotel Right On More Was twice in January 1917+ 1918 and in April

We stayed there (Booked 7 rooms for my group), infact they upgraded my room also. Now let me write a quick and different review.

Check in time: Too much time wasted (Also lack of communication with in the staff)
Location: Recommend Google map for sure
Ambience: Awesome
F&B, Swimming pool, Beach, Kids play area, Activities: All good
Room service: Super slow
Staff, hospitality: Amazing, very friendly
Check out process: Smooth (Take little time)

Room Tip: Ask for Ocean view. If you are booking pool view, top floor recommended)

Hotel Gali is not what it is - there are many activities

We spend our weekend out in Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort, We like the activities which they offers for adults and kids for the whole day which is simply awesome.

My daughter enjoyed a lot in the kids activities like making cookies, coloring and dance class.

My special thanks Chief Shaktival Kumar who was taking care of every guest who visiting the restaurant including us :)

Good place, the checking trainee were very slow to be working as a primary service during the holiday season at the front desk, the check in suppose to be at 3pm we came with delay around 4:30pm and the room was not ready plus the waiting time to receive the luggage at the room. Once you come in the carpets were having a humidity smell. The washroom was having few damage and not working properly. The service guys were knocking on the door at 8am to disturb while we were sleeping. The beach area was small and the beach service was deficient to bring the orders( 2 drinks never arrived) I did come after 3 hours to pick up my order again even when I paid previous and agreed that they should bring it to my sun bed. Pool area was having a great entertainment but the guys were repetitive offering many times at the same hour same service (very bothering)Interrupting conversations and dont respecting that all. The dinner offer was good and the breakfast buffet was good the staff was friendly and low fat options were there but not gluten free also not lactose intolerant option

Nice place, hotel that fits in well with the landscape. The Italian restaurant is a bit expensive but excellent. To be calm book on weekdays.

I can rate 5/5 for staff except the reception, they deserve 3.. but rooms 3

The hotel is in good condition and the staff always friendly and helpful. The waitresses at the food are always attentive and courteous.
The food is varied, but the "theme evenings" promise more than they can hold. Pizza or lasagna, for example, does not taste nearly as good as you would imagine. In a Arab country, good Arabic food would have been better than trying to offer something and not being able to implement it satisfactorily.

Had an amazing experience! The staff were kind respectful and treated every individual like they were family. Ever ready to assist when required. The hotel itself was clean decorated impeccably and located at an amazing spot. Will recommend it to couples, friends planning a vacation and to families as well. The rooms were well equipped, spotless and very comfortable. Thank you once again Miramar! Hope to see you again soon!

Many reviews will find online. From myself I will say that everyone liked the hotel: rooms, kitchen, service, leisure. The territory is not big, nepologiye entry into the sea and close buoys. There were no problems with sunbeds. I think it will not be news for anyone that jellyfish may bite into the water. They are sometimes brought squalls, but there is lime, vinegar and a lifeguard on the beach, and a good pool in the area will help to wait out the invasion) I would like to highlight and thank the animation (we went to the nursery a couple of times, because it seemed boring and needed essentially those who want to deposit a child), which is beyond praise. The staff did not let them be bored day or night: water polo, darts, volleyball, karaoke, salsa and boate workshop, etc. In the evening, all the children played table football. The matches were very tense))) There is no place to go from the hotel: the geography is not the same, around the mountains and the desert, except on an excursion. Such a small and good hotel for a beach holiday with children.

It was our pleasure to spent our holidays in this hotel. It was one of the most enjoyable stays. If there is any resort in the world who knows how to satisfy the needs of customers it is definitely this one. We have never experienced such a big hospitality before and it was such a warm welcome every time when we have passed the different departments of the hotel it does not matter if it was the reception, the restaurant, the lobby, the poolside, the bar, etc. All the staff in this resort which we have met had a big smile in his/her face and it has been a great atmosphere for us.

I will give the hotel a nice but if you set out for sightseeing I wish you good luck, taxi and basically only a taxi, the hotel kind of offers a bus for 8 people but good luck to get to it, after 2-3 days it is just boring, yet terribly a lot of Russians

Not good experience, rooms are very good, proper in size and clean, the staff are not helpful, never take half board, I had a very bad experience regarding the food, dinner buffet was below average, I had to eat something else from out side. On other hand the pool is big and the beach side is wonderful, not recommended

Hotel is nice buy old a bit needs new decoration in my opinion been there more than 6 years ago and still looks exactly the same. Beach is one of the best compared to neighbouring hotels. Kids activities are limiged would've loved more entertainment for kids. Prices of restaurants are extrememly high and there is only breakfast bouffet and an italian restaurant which wasnt that great (only burgers were yummy) rest are less than normal. The grill restaurant was very expensive. Overall our stay was pleasant nothjng major, staff are nice and cooperative, cleaning is good as well.
