Our experience was TERRIBLE!!! My family and I are in town on vacation and the car alarm for our Highlander goes off for no apparent reason. After research, we discovered that the issue happens often with 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 models. The fix for this is to replace the hood latch.

We made an appointment for first thing in the morning requsting the replacement of our hood latch. When we arrived, the service department seemed very disorganized and no one even went over what we wanted for at least 10 minutes. My husband stated the issue we were having and what he wanted done to fix it. After waiting over an hour and a half, Ron told us our battery was a little low and that they were still trying to recreate the issue, NOTHING had been done to fix our car.

Now, our car is not fixed and our two small children who are waiting with us are upset about missing time at Legoland.

I've always thought that the customer was important to Toyota. This was not the case for the Miracle Toyota service department. I personally feel the worst part was not that they didn't do what we asked, but that no one cared that we were upset. For anyone reading this, I would seriously consider taking your business elsewhere.
