I am very disapointed with Dave the manager of the service department.The door check on my 2004 sienna broke. Being over 5 yrs and 100,000 mi it"s out of warranty.Corporate said it was up to the manager of miracle toyota service dept. to pay or help me pay for it. It cost me$475.00 Not my fault it broke after warranty was up. It was a factory recall at one time. I called Dave Several times, his reply was: i will get back to you. Well after two months i give up.Because of Dave i will take my business elsewhere and that's too bad. I stopped in at service dept. and called several times only to be ignored by Dave. Everyone else was very nice and helpful. all i wanted was a Yes or No.
It was his call and Toyota certainly has more $ than me.
