Excellent service provided by Craig Lofthouse right the way through. Craig went out of his way to keep us updated, even coming in on his day off to ensure our vehicle had been delivered on time! Thank you very much Craig and special thanks also to Paul Snotra who has looked after us as a repeat customer for the past four years.

Held my car for over 4 weeks to replace a gearbox under warranty and forgot to replace the brake pads despite the warning light showing on the dashboard. I made a complaint and got peanuts for compensation. Pathetic!

I bought a used audi a3 in january 2017 and was very happy with the sale until now.

I certainly did not expect to be spending nearly One thousand pound whilst still in audi warranty.
If the salesman had told me this I would have left the car and continued my search. I can stomach the servicing parts but cambelt no.
I complained to Audi but to no avail they offered me a free service which was only done last week.
So if you do buy a used car from make sure everything is up to date and documented otherwise you will be getting a hefty bill like this one.
Obviously seeking advice now from other sources.

I was surprised and very disappointed that we were left waiting in the showroom for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, I expected more from a premium brand and was genuinely surprised no member of staff approached us in any way at all (one sales exec did smile as he walked by)? Ultimately my wife and I decided against spending money here and left.

Extremely helpful & friendly staff. I'm extremely pleased with the 5 year old A1 that I purchased from them as it was close to new car condition..Car came with 2 year warranty , 2 x free services , 2 year roadside breakdown cover. I was shown the service history and the cambelt had been changed and I checked the brake pads through the wheels and they had plenty of life left.All four tyres were like new. I would recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately I have been let down every interaction with this garage, with multiple members of staff from the sales executive, business manager and customer service manager!
I was recommended Audi Milton Keynes from family members and work colleagues, but most certainly will NOT recommend to anybody else to come here, or be a future Audi customer!! I am stuck with a car I do not love!

There have been genuine safety concerns with the vehicle and when I first expressed them, I was greeted with a very unprofessional response leading to an argument.
I have had to chase up EVERY interaction, even after promises to be contacted. I have yet again been waiting over three weeks to be contacted to arrange a follow up meeting. Simply unacceptable!
I came to Audi thinking I was going to get a premium experience and even to pay over the odds for a car, but hoping it would be a trouble free and exciting experience.
There is little to no communication between the people I have been dealing with and absolutely no care or concern in following up my on-going situation.
I have held off sending this respond in hope that all would be resolved and that I could provide feedback.

Emma was fantastic throughout the experience when we purchased our new car. She was calm and went through the process in great detail. Having purchased our 3rd car from Milton Keynes and dealing with the same people over the years, Craig Lofthouse and Paul Snotra, it has been an exceptionally personable experience. The staff here are an absolute asset to the business and I can t see myself purchasing from any other Audi dealership let alone another brand of vehicle. The coffee is pretty good too! :)

The sales experience has been pretty good. They appeared to do their best to accommodate your budget and requirements. A minor improvement would be in my personal experience is more preparation for the handover. Some features were not clear from the person handing over to as whether they had them or not.

Audi A5 Cabriolet purchased from new 20,000 miles ...

Audi A5 Cabriolet purchased from new 20,000 miles on the clock but 4 years old the car developed 2 faults one with the electronic gearbox controller and a faulty injector. I had sold the car to my brother-in-law and he took the car into his local Audi who said that as he had no history with them they did not have to do anything but if he paid for a service they would replace the parts free but he would have to pay for the labour. I spoke to Audi customer service and asked how could an electronic part fail at 20,000 miles and did not get a good response other than its out of warrenty. I asked for my complaint to be passed to a manager and this was my response.

I am sorry you remain unhappy with my previous response; however, I can only reiterate Audi UK s stance on this matter.

As previously explained, once a vehicle is outside the manufacturer s warranty period any repairs, regardless of the issue, become the responsibility of the owner.

Should the owner of the vehicle wish to take this matter further, they would need to speak to Southampton Audi as this is the point of escalation. However, I do feel the gesture of goodwill they have offered is both fair and reasonable.

This is our final response on this matter, any further correspondence will be filed but may not be responded to.

Had my Audi booked in for it's first service, after recently having the worst experience with a brand new Mercedes A Class that was plagued in problems from new I was extremely worried about what my first experience would be like with Milton Keynes Audi service department. Quentin and Russell was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much bother, picking up the car from my work place and returning it to me all clean and shiny and a fantastic upgraded Sat Nav at the same time. I couldn't be a happier customer. I was one to see all the previous negative reviews on this page and give Audi a miss and buy from Mercedes but after this experience I honestly can't recommend Audi higher and will be back again. Then lo and behold I get told its over 4 weeks to get an appointment to even look at a grinding noise coming from my 18 month old A5! I felt valued as a customer and its all the little extra touches that make you feel special. Ben Puttick gave great service and arranged a courtesy car for me with no problems.

I have a new 15 plate Audi. Phoned up to speak to their service team, who informed me they had no space to book me in until Feb.
After explaining that the car had quite a loud knocking sound coming from underneath and that it didn t feel safe to drive especially as I have a two year old in the car. They informed me to call the AA who have informed me the car has a loose engine mount! They asked me to drive it to the Audi garage (again not safe) which is only couple minutes away, to be told they have no courtesy cars! And they cannot help.

I was told a manager would call me within 15 minutes, still no call after an hour! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! CAR IS IN WARRANTY ALSO.

Whilst the staff are polite - they do not take complaints seriously. I have a fault with my Audi A6 under warranty both from Audi, and Jardine Motors - yet they remain unable to resolve the fault and keep asking me to bring in the vehicle on working days. I am having to take days off, and arrange transport after dropping off my vehicle - as they do not arrange either for replacement vehicle or for the vehicle to be collected from home despite being unable to resolve the issue repeatedly.

I walked in to ask for some advice on how to download the phone directory into my Q7. Having found the ideal car on Auto Trader, I phoned this branch of Audi to make sure the car was there. After traveling the 40 miles from Rugby to Milton Keynes, I turn up and the car had been sold a month previously.

The first guy that I spoke to on the phone came over and apologised, telling me that he'd called me, I explained that I'd been trying to call back since leaving home with no response. He also said there was some confusion he thought I'd come to see the Audi A5 Coupe in White, I'd explained I'm a little confused when we'd discussed the Audi A5 Convertible in Black - not that I'm one to argue Black is White.

The second guys was great and very open, honest and apologetic. Audi really need to look at the levels of service provided by some of their dealerships.

I recently picked up my newest Audi and once again I was blown away! The fantastic service is what sets this dealership higher than the rest.
