Walked around the forecourt and the showroom for 25 minutes with not one salesman approach me to ask if I needed any assistance. Would never come back to this dealership. Awful service!! How can they expect customers to purchase a new car when not a single member of staff offers there help.

I was treated in a five star manner from the moment I arrived until I departed with the car. Everyone I had contact with was attentive, courteous, helpful and proficient. I was kept in touch with what repairs were necessary and the cost and given the option to go ahead or not. I would not hesitate to recommend Milton Keynes Audi and give them a five star plus rating.

I was impress with the service provided by Adam as he was very competent in setting up my car entertainment. He was also very efficient in completing all my paperwork for my new TTs. During the lockdown, the website displayed that Audi MK is still doing their best to serve Keyworkers. There was no way of contacting over the phone and email just said we will communicate when lockdown eases and keep you on the priority list. If it was not possible to serve during lockdown why say it on the website? Also after lockdown eased and you resumed services no one contacted back, again why false promises.
There were no issues during the service though.

We purchased an Audi A1 for my wife recently and so far have been very impressed with the service received. Craig Lofthouse was extremely helpful and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone considering visiting this dealership. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that we've had an intermittent warning light appear on the car which hasn't been dealt with yet, however I have been more than satisfied with the way in which the aftersales department have dealt with this for us.

One of the worst service and after sales support. They sell you all kind of insurances and come back with excuses when you need them. I ll never recommend Milton Keynes Audi to anyone. Really felt cheated and can honestly say that this is my worst experience ever with any car service centre. Please thing twice before going to them.

I can't believe places like this still exist - 5 stars definitely! I had problem with my Audi A4, apparently fly wheel needed replacement - so all done withing few days, technician could identify and resolve the problem quick. Justin was very helpful and I wish him and his team all the best! I'll be using Milton Keynes Audi from now on for services, mots and everything else. Thanks Alex. Audi A4 visited on 20/07/2018

The service I received from Craig Lofthouse was excellent. He took time to ensure I selected the right car for me and was very helpful in regards to the configuration process. He then ensured I was kept updated all the way through to delivery. Very impressed.

Mostly a good experience.

Mostly a good experience.
However, I was promised a call back to rebook another issue that was found. However, no callback was made and I had to recall 2-3 times in order to get it rebooked in with the service team.

The service couldn't have been any better and Craig made the experience stress free and enjoyable from first visit to collecting my brand new car. He was in constant contact throughout and I couldn't recommend him and Audi Mk enough!

Both me & the husband got new cars. Excellent customer service- Nothing is too much trouble, went above & beyond in everything. Tea & latte was always readily available with biscuits! Everyone was polite, friendly & helpful. It's lovely feeling as though I'm not just a number- Craig & Tom really seemed interested in us as people rather than numbers. The process of purchasing an Audi car, for me, has just begun. By the time I have completed this purchase (at the end of four years) I shall have a much better idea of the over-all service provided by Audi, throughout this period. Should you wish me to assess the service I received from you, I am more likely to be better informed then and more confident about my over-all opinion.
At the time of purchase, I did provide an impression of the initial service I received, to a more senior sales person and filled in an appropriate form, at his request, which was favourable.

I have never experienced such professionalism before, from the minute I made the booking to the collection of my car, was like clockwork. Emma my service adviser for the day did an excellent job, kept me informed, was welcoming and knowledgeable. The idea of a coffee in a takeaway cup is excellent; I was able to take this with me in the taxi rather than rush to drink it.

As some of the other posts, MK Audi's price that they quote are far more expensive than other Audi dealers. I initially brought an A6 Avant Black Edition from them which at the time was via Carwow. But upon being invited back to the VIP event (when I turned up there was no such event - complete waste of time), but I still gave them the opportunity to quote for another car for myself (S3) and Q3 for my wife.

However after saying they could take in the Audi and sell it on the forecourt, they changed their mind and said they'd only offer trade price. They then gave me two prices for the S3 and Q3 which were far more expensive than other dealers (checked carwow again), and even their own MK Audi sales people on Carwow beat the prices I was given.

Far too quick to rip off a customer that would have been loyal. I don't necessarily go for the lowest offer and if MK would have been out by a few hundred quid I would have most likely brought the cars from them.

I had a few phone calls since saying they can knock the price down, but told them they have lost my business

Although my husband Craig Lofthouse works there, I must say the dealership is outstanding!

I surprisingly collected my Brand New Audi on September 1st and what a great day it was! I was greeted on arrival by a very nice man named Roger who directed me to customer parking and escorted me into the showroom. All of the lovely ladies on reception were quick to say good morning and I was then offered free delicious taco's for breakfast. Before I left i was then thanked personally by their very pleasant management team.

All of the other customers i was chatting to seemed equally as pleased and it is an experience/dealership that I would recommend to everyone!

I visited yesterday and found it very busy. The busiest of all the places I visited on my search that afternoon. This said, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and very helpful! I would like to thank the salesman I spoke with and also the sales manager who helped make my dream a reality! Thank you - I am now the proud owner of a brand new Audi!

Recently just got my very first Audi A1 at Jardine motors, Milton Keynes Audi. Abdul worked with me from the beginning of this process till the very end of me collecting the car. An excellent service I have received and has kept me updated all the way through and even since I have had the car to he has contacted me to ensure I am getting on ok. I can not believe it has taken me so long to switch to Audi. Love my new car and feel very proud to be driving it. Thank you to the staff at Milton Keynes for all your support. Surina was absolutely brilliant, I would recommend her to everyone looking for an approved used Audi at Milton Keynes. She went through and made sure that the car was absolutely right for me, from the features to the price bracket. I had help every step of the way with getting a test drive, sorting the finance out and finally picking up the car and learning how to use all the gadgets. Surina took the time to make sure that I knew how everything worked and was 100% happy before I drove away. Thanks to the team at Milton Keynes Audi for making it such a pleasant experience!

High level of service as usual from Audi. Only thing preventing a 5 star rating is that they informed me via webcam of work needed on my car, which needed an immediate authorisation. However I did not access the msg. until two hours later, (as I was working) meaning my car was not ready at the prescribed time. It would have been more sensible for them to call me for the authorisation.

Yet again, the Audi Team delivered and looked after a member of its #AudiFamily
I attended the customer event on Saturday (16/07/16) morning and was not disappointed! Tom understood my requirements and got me the very best deal on a Black Edition A6. I'm a realist and never expected to get such an amazing deal as I was offered and I couldn't sign quick enough!!!
I was even provided with multiple pots of tea which always makes me happy... :-)

A fabulous experience in dealing with David Georgiou at MK Audi on my Q2 purchase. Highly professional, quick to respond to any queries and the best handover experience going - the effort was amazing. Receiving my engraved keyrings was the icing on the cake this week...a happy customer indeed!
