yes, I understand mistakes. however, when a mistake is obvious then an action gets taken (with an appology), and not 19 more emails from the customer to keep asking ! - can someone explain to me the logic that drives this behaviour of your staff please as I really do like to get to the bottom of this unusual attitude !!

The staff have all bought into the culture of customer service and demonstrably adopt new methods and technologies to enhance the customer experience and demystify work about which most customers know nothing (except for paying the bill). So, things like Audi Cam where you can see the issues on your car and have the options explained by the mechanics, places the customer at the centre of choosing to do something or not, instead of having to accept what may already have been done when coming to collect the car. This openness is really refreshing and makes for a better relationship between customer and the company.
My entire experience from the first call up until vehicle delivery from Jardine motors, Milton Keynes Audi has been perfect. This was my first car in the UK and I had lots of questions. When most other vendors called and were not ready to confirm vehicle availability or delivery readily, Simon Moss was confident on vehicle availability across Audi dealers, and gave realistic delivery dates and even matched the price. He made sure there were constant updates shared and vehicle delivered on schedule. From the first call to vehicle delivery in under four weeks, especially when the vehicle was not readily available in stock was excellent. Most other vendors who responded had given me a two months waiting. Extremely happy with price and service offered. Great job guys.
Was on a trip to Milton Keynes when my car came up with a fault. I was asked to contact the workshop for advice. Went into the showroom to see if the service team could help. Had a very cold reaction from the person in-charge, he wasn t even prepared to see what s the problem was. When asked for advice on to continue driving, he said I don t even know what s wrong with your car , how would you? Unless you aren t even prepared to ask what s wrong.

Took my car to my local dealer in Norwich, they were happy to loom at the issue on the day, it was a faulty sensor, got it fixed in less than 2 hrs.

Cut a long story short I had purchased a car from this dealership before, back in 2010, my first Audi Q5. Thereafter I purchased my Q5s from my local dealership in Crawley, which if I am honest I wish I had stayed with Audi Milton Keynes. Therefore, for my current Q5, I decided to go back to Audi Milton Keynes for a number of reasons.
The professionalism and customer service is the best I have every experienced in the 20 years I have been buying new cars. From the Receptionist to the quality of the end product and the care taken to make you smile when you see your new car for the first time.
The Salesman Craig Lofthouse was an exceptional individual who I couldn't ask more from. His attitude, politeness and caring nature was so good, not only in his pride about the Audi range, but in his approach from the start of the process to collecting my car today. Outstanding individual who I would recommend you ask for if you were looking at a car with Audi Milton Keynes.
I must also give credit to the Sales Manager Philip for his professionalism at the outside, because he was the individual that started this process with me and passed me onto Craig. He listened to my requirements, from the model right through to the price, taking on board what I was after. Good job and so easy to talk too, and again another recommendation to approach if Craig is not available.

Terrible terrible terrible communication. Awful feedback on a problem with payment I was owed by MK Audi. No explanation nothing. Multiple phone calls and emails left. Rubbish. Typical main dealer service. Wish it had a no star recommendation
Took car in to get a fault remedied. Whole customer service was excellent, from the friendly 'Meet and Greet' in the morning, providing a lift to work, to the updates throughout the day. 'Audi Cam' was a nice touch.
Car was returned on time, fixed, and cleaned inside and out. Very pleased.

I called to book book my A4 in for a big service, was told there was no one that could take my call and someone would call me back, that was 2 weeks ago and no call back, now booked in elsewhere, they have just sent me an marketing email saying "we shall continue to offer the same high level of service", I some how doubt this.
I have just visited the dealership to ask for some help syncing a new phone. I bought the car from them (and others previously). I was stold by the receptionist "someone who be out to help me in a few moments". I waited and waited and waited. Nobody came, no reasons for the delay. The really annoying bit was that there were groups of staff standing around chatting to each other. They are very keen to sell you a car, not so keen to provide a service, which they claim is one of their selling points. Look elsewhere
Recently bought a 6 month old A5 black from MK audi .. couldn't be happier with the car or the service I got from Oliver and Phil , only thing I could pick up on is the on line survey I was asked to complete .. Will be going back nxt time I want another A5
** Edit - purchased my second Audi and recently had a throttle valve fail (11/2018). its mechanical, these things happen. what i would say is MK Audi provided an amazing service and took the stress and hassle out of getting it in for repair. I would like to make particular reference to Roger who went above and beyond in minimising the impact on my day to day activities, he provided taxi's to and from the garage and the work was carried out swiftly under the warranty with no fuss. His manner and approach were 1st class. upgraded to 5 stars!
It was my daughter s aspiration for an Audi A3, that we did the usual search rounds and dropped in to our local Audi dealership.
The showroom was attractively laid out, and the salesperson pleasant and helpful. However, after lengthy negotiations, we were unable get within touching distance of our target price as stipulated by What Car. We were considering pulling the trigger but on impulse decided to visit Audi Milton Keynes, with little hope but little to lose.
We are so glad we persevered. The showroom was immaculately laid out, the bubbly staff and courteous hospitality, set a very reassuring tone. I was met and greeted by Simon Moss who is the complete antithesis of a sales type but is the consummate professional.
His personable approach, thoughtful insights, addressing my daughter's concerns, checking a number of permutations, before meticulously finalising a package.
Astonishingly this was well below our target price! My daughter was delighted and thrilled to say the least
The whole transaction was pleasurable, stress free and lacked any sense of pressure.
Overall, the service was exemplary and will be recommended to both family and friends.
Finally, as a committed brand loyalist (Mercedes), I switched to an Audi thanks to Simon. Really chuffed with the Avant.
Whilst looking to purchase my next car an Audi TT, I was fortunate to come across Craig Lofthouse from Milton Keynes Audi. From the get go he was completely professional and responsive to my needs as a customer.
He listened to my requirements and provided the best options. Along the sale process I also was introduced to his manager Phillip Butler like Craig was too completely professional and understanding to my needs.
The handover was a very smooth process and very professional. As too has been the after sales, checking up to ensure everything is alright.

I phoned the dealer in respect of RS6, I spoke to a girl and explained I had two cars to PX against a used RS6 they had in stock, she took my details and I never heard back, so I brought a used RS6 else where. Having got into an RS6 I visited the dealer 4 weeks later in person to give them a chance on a new RS6, they kept me waiting, messed me around a despite the fact they had a new one in the showroom to sell they offered me a terrible deal that I beat easily within hours of walking out, I wont be going back there ever again.
This was our second purchase of a car from MK Audi the team are welcoming and friendly but also professional. Don t expect overpromising salesmen just trying to hook you in.
Went into Audi Milton Keynes at the weekend to discuss a new car. Received awful service and after being promised a follow up to two cars I was interested in, I have heard absolutely nothing. It s like they don t even want to sell their cars. The girl I spoke to didn t seem to know much about the cars, disappeared for a long period of time and changed what she was saying so many times I couldn t keep up. I love Audi s and currently drive an Audi I bought four years ago, shame their service is so bad.
Abdul was great. We had specific requirements and in the first instance as that was not met we had to leave and then we began to look at a Volvo which we then confirmed as it had more than the specifications we wanted. It was also definitely better priced. They also offered a better price for the part exchange (Audi A3) and the Apr was lower than Audi as well. Volvo came to back to say that XC40 was already sold that day and so we decided we will pause on the hunt for a new car. And Abdul shows up again with a few different Q3 options which had packages that we wanted and was also better priced and he got us back on the market. He was thorough and patient and answered all of our questions at different times of the day. He was conscientious and diligent. He was polite. We actually felt bad for walking away the first time because he had helped us out so much in the earlier instance. He sold us a car that will work for us. The whole process of transferring, part exchanging and delivery was smooth and efficiently done. We didn't spend more time in the showroom than we needed to. He displayed a lot of knowledge about the car and explained everything clearly and succinctly.
I was lucky enough to be dealt with by Ray Wong. The service he gave me was second to none. I was treated with respect and courtesy throughout and always made to feel valued. Having never bought a brand new car before the experience of collecting it was made very special with the reveal . A couple of days later Ray phoned me just to check all was well. The care and attention to detail was amazing. I was never pushed into anything and I had complete confidence. I cannot recommend this company enough. Nothing was or is too much trouble. They have a completely satisfied customer and I will be returning when I need another car. First class, thank you.
We have been buying cars and having them serviced at Wayside Audi for the past 15 years! In the last few years the level of service has slipped terribly. Trying to get through on the phone takes ages, when you do get through and try to book a service there is often no slot for at least at least 6 weeks if you need a courtesy car. I thought when they moved to the new site things would improve but unfortunately not (and that was before the roof collapse!). I have decided to take my car to a different Audi dealer who can fit my car in within 2 weeks with a courtesy car provided!! Shame as the new showroom is minutes from my home.
Im overwhelmed with my purchase and love my new car. From the minute I went in I was very happy with the customer service I got. Craig Lofthouse was absolutely fantastic went through everything gave me options and help me make the right choice he very professional no matter what question u had he answered it. When it came to pick the car up I could not collect on the day they wanted me to but Craig Lofthouse came into work on his day off to hand the car over to us i couldn't be more prouder of Craig Lofthouse my experience with him is amazing and would recommend Craig to family and friends and public health very helpful polite and goes the extra mile.
Recently visited the showroom not sure what to expect after hearing mixed reviews of the service. I was fortunate to come into contact with Aaron Wood who's care and attention to detail was quite simply second to none. I have never believed by going into a more prestigious dealership that the service would be any different to that of a lower end brand, however, Aaron has convinced me otherwise. Richie, Richie, Richie. What Moore can I say. Walked in & Richie was everything we wanted from a customer service perspective. We weren't 100% on what car we wanted so he spent hours with us laying out all of our options. Once decided Richie did everything in his power to make sure we got the car as soon as we wanted it & took on any minor issues that might have prevented us from a delayed delivery. He went above and beyond with his service by keeping the arrival time a secret from my wife & put on an oscar worthy performance on the arrival day to make it so special. Richie made buying a new car such an enjoyable experience & I can't thank him enough
The show room is brilliant aswell & has all cars in it from your low end to a couple of dream R8's. I would highly recommend popping in even if you aren't seriously looking to buy a car but just to get an idea of what good quality is.
Lastly we are so happy with our new A5 & want to say a big thank you to the Audi team especially Richie. I will definitely be buying a car off of him again in the future & Im still confident I will be taking an R8 home one day (the bet is on).
I had a 10am test drive booked for today, which I was very excited about. When I arrived the staff were outside the gate. The staff saw me waiting but did not explain the reason for the delay. The key holder then arrived and I followed them into the carpark. I gave them a few minutes to open and then entered the showroom. I was asked my name, no apology for opening late, and told to take seat. A few minutes passed, I was asked my name again and then I waited. I could hear staff talking and a member of staff shouted down to reception to ask my again and then a reluctant discussion took place about who was going to do the test drive. I clearly was not important enough for them to offer good let alone decent customer service. I walked out and will not be going back. I'm very disappointed by their attitude towards me as a customer and I will be purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.
I feel the dealers have been put in an impossible position by the VW emissions farce. Audi MK dealt with this best they could and after 13 days and one false return of the car (not fixed) they appear to have fixed the issues I had. I have not been charged for this and the car , right now, is driving as it should and reminded me of why I've been an audi user for 15 years or more. I was anti Audi for the past few months because of the emissions situation.
I would definitely recommend Audi Milton Keynes to everyone due to the fantastic service and friendly staff. I felt like I've known Gaz (salesman) for years and years. His personality and determination for me to have this car was spot on. Such a great bunch of people. Especially when they treat you like a king.
If i could give them a 0 out of 5 i would. The 5 star service is utter rubbish. No log book sent out as it was left in a cabinet, to get rid of the car, it was done by the correct ways then we get chased by dvla for the the insurance as the log book was never sorted just taken. We need to call the finance department to get a refund as the VT payment was too much & it was just sat with them. We have hopefully finally put it to bed today & removed ourselves off the audi system. Would never go to a audi show room again.
Ivor in Milton Keynes dealt with my car needs from the Sunday I called until a week later when I was driving away in my new car. He was friendly from the first conversation and continued to put me and my needs at the centre of his focus. He kept me regularly updated and showed he listened to me by never forgetting anything I had mentioned! On the day of collecting my car, he got me and my mum from the station and even with our train being delayed and him having to wait ages remained friendly and cheerful. The whole process could have been drawn out even longer however Ivor insured I didn t need to make more trips than necessary to the dealership and again, kept me updated at every stage. He wasn t done when he had completed the sale however as he still called the next day to make sure my journey had been okay and I was okay with the car. Altogether he made the experience a very positive one for me, he is an extremely patient person and a massive asset to Audi and Milton Keynes. I took possession of my new A3 yesterday and am delighted with both the car and the process of buying it. The car will always be what it is but the process and the customer interaction has opportunity to be either good or bad. We found Richie Moore to be a delight to work with, always ready to assist and offer his experience. Richie took the time to understand what we needed as well as wanted and then balanced out the two. Prior to arriving at MK Audi we had visited several dealerships across a range of manufacturers with levels of customer service varying from OK to awful and approached cautiously. The salesroom is well laid out and very well organised, all the staff are courteous and attentive. If their intention is to make the experience brilliant for the customer (as they say it is) then thus far they have achieved that, long may it continue

We walked into the dealership without an appointment but the salesman made time for us, arranged a test drive, gave us all the answers we had regarding the car, and made the process very enjoyable with his friendly attitude.
I set the appointment for ABS coding and gave them clear instructions of why the car wasnt working and why it requires coding. Instead they have not done any coding and diagnostics at all and did stupid vehicle health check as an excuse and More
I enquiried about having a car on PCP that was affordable and realistic to my budget. I sat down with Ivor and he went through everything there is to know about the plan. He was warm, friendly, enthusiastic and understanding. We discussed what type of car and the features I would like on it and eventually came to the approved used A1 sportback that I now own. He explained all of the fine details of the contract and spoke about the extra cover I could have l, without trying to mis-sell anything but instead, tailoring the package to my needs. I test drove the car and put a deposit on it that day. Only then only took 3 days to pick up and drive away looking polished and practically brand new. One thing jay stood out above everything was Ivor's manager coming to shake my hand and asking for feedback on him to in probs their service. This was genuine and made them come across very passionate on what they do, and always striving for excellence. So overall the experience was 10/10 and I honestly couldn't think of any other improvements.
Not usually one for leaving reviews online, however the level of service I've received at MK Audi has been top draw.
I've dealt with numerous members of staff who have all shown a genuine interest in making sure I'm happy, whether it's with the choice of drink when I walk in or the spec of my car.
I have to also give a special mention to Craig Lofthouse who was responsible for my deal. He was very honest, clearly had my best interests at heart and also bagged me a great deal as I'm sure all the team at MK Audi would have done.

I bought a relatively modest car compared to what's on offer here. The level of service on offer though made me feel like I was buying an R8. Picking up the car was a special experience - I won't spoil the surprise by describing it. If you're in the market for a quality car, this dealership should be very high on your list.
Not impressed today. Had to wait over 7 hours just for an MOT. And no valet. Also was quoted extortionate price for repairs I can get for a quarter of the price. Not sure I'll be going back here and I've been using Audi MK for years.

Worst team out there. Would advise you to check the car you buy. My car came with no petrol and some of the features where not in the car as stated. Their complain system is rubbish.
