I got my A1 Black Edition from Audi Milton Keynes where Craig Lofthouse dealt with the whole process quickly and efficiently. Craig was very helpful, responding to my emails quickly and answering all my questions and helping to choose the right car for me. After some discussion we managed to get a good deal and I am pleased with everything that Craig has done and I love my car! The process of picking up the car is great, a very exciting experience and I can't wait for my next Audi! I recommend Craig to anyone looking to by a car with Audi Milton Keynes.

Sebastian was extremely helpful. Provided video of car immediately it arrived in your show room. Deposit system to hold car until we could see it worked well. A fair price was offered for trade in. Extremely courteous and patient when dealing with us in showroom. Really happy with car (recognising that we have had it only for a short period).

First time I have bought a EX Demo Car. At first there where a few problems with it they told us to take it, they then came to us dropped a car off took ours away for a week and Rectified all the jobs, never argued just done them
One thing Ask for Ivor please don t work with Oliver in used sales
They have a great stoke of cars and are very helpful and do good offers and deals I would use them again they stick to there word as well I would Recommend them to anybody that loves Audi cars

Going down. Service on my car was disappointing and shocking . After several thousand pounds and days spent in service my car behaves worse after the service then before . I tried getting in contact with someone and for 3 weeks I kept getting the same answer , a member of our team will contact you . Thank you Audi , you provided me a disappointing experience .

My daughter brought her 1st brand new car from audi and she is overwhelmed by the excellent service she got with Craig Lofthouse who helped her from start to finish any questions she ask Craig answered them all he is extremely helpful very polite and outstanding very professional when it came to collect the car we could not collect on the day they told us to, so Craig came in on his day off to do the hand over which was amazing and couldn't thank him enough Craig always goes that extra mile to make his customers very happy thank u Craig .

Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Richie Moore at this dealership, from day one I was looked after, always offered a drink on arrival. I knew what I wanted when I went to Audi but Richie really made me feel comfortable in the car I was purchasing and made me feel valued throughout the whole experience, he was always in contact with me to inform me of what was happening and what happens next.

On the handover day I received an email from Richie with a video of my car to make me even more excited about picking it up, when I arrived at the dealership I was met by Richie who was just as excited as me to get me in my new car, we went through the paperwork and once it was all complete we made our way to my car which was revealed by a curtain rising which was a very classy touch.

The car was explained to me thoroughly and I couldn't of been happier with my purchase. Would like to thank Richie Moore once again for a fantastic service!!!!

I've just recently purchased my second Audi from the Milton Keynes branch. Everything was dealt with perfectly by Kornel Zielinski who was extremely professional even when they were under immense pressure due to the covid situation. All in all, they were excellent. Would highly recommend this branch

Can t even begin to explain the high level of cust...

Can t even begin to explain the high level of customer service I received today when visiting Audi in MK. Both Ray and Craig took their time finding out everything I needed and didn t stop and nothing to find it! Having never owned and Audi before, they explained everything (without making me feel stupid) and I left having found my car, a very happy customer!!! Thanks again guys for all your help, time and service!!! Will be recommending!!!

I would say that the process is a little bizarre.

I got on with my sales person, but the pressure to say he is 'amazing' after to his manager is a little excessive.

Also, full checks on the car weren't made before I collected the car and I found damage on it . I have to return it for repairs.

Handing the key over with the yellow label tag attached wasn't the best experience either!

Due to come back here very soon to see Ray about a new A6 but basing my review on a previous experience with Craig Lofthouse a year or so ago. Was in the market for an S3/TTS and despite being fairly young he took me in and treated me as if I were a regular customer. Not pushy at all, enthusiastic, knowledgeable. Didn't go for the car in the end but that was nothing to do with him. Great bunch of people at MK Audi. Looking forward to going back.

Update: Returned to Audi and finalized a deal on an A6. Absolutely chuffed to bits with it. Always nice going into the showroom. Looked after with plenty of good coffee. Great experience from first contact to leaving with my new car :D My salesman Ray was absolutely terrific as well, always on the ball and delivered a ridiculously fast turnaround despite some teething issues at the last minute.

My expectations were far exceeded by Craig Lofthouse when purchasing my new S3 from Milton Keynes Audi. The whole experience was pleasant, with no pushy salesman techniques. He listened to my needs and understood what I wanted, and I left with a deal I was more than happy with. Picked up my new car last week and I can't keep smiling! The after sales has been good so far too. Craig checked to see if I was happy with everything, and also helped with a couple of questions I had to do with features on the car.

Every visit I was always greeted with smiles from all Audi staff, and the reception team were always quick to offer me a seat and a drink. Top marks to everyone at the showroom! Will definitely be visiting for any servicing/maintenance and future sales.

After ruining my first car they tried to blame me ...

After ruining my first car they tried to blame me for it. It was only after I went directly to Audi UK that they agreed to take my car back and replace it. Even then they didn't get the order right and I had to return to have the sat nav fitted !

Avoid the service department like the plague. When I had problems with my gearbox (jumping out of gear) the breakdown service diagnosed a sheared bolt (they showed me the bolt and refitted it temporarily allowing me to drive) by the time it got to Audi it apparently needed a new clutch which they tried to blame me for - the car had done 20,000 miles !!!

After fixing this, they then tried to return my car but called to say it had to go back because they had 'forgotten' to refit important parts to my engine. They had left them on the workshop floor and drove it to my house !

Management refused to come out of their office to talk to me. Instead, leaving the issue to an inexperienced member of the team. Shocking service

Our Salesman Abdul Samid was one of the nicest sales person i have had the pleasure to deal with. listened to what you wanted, didnt try and stuff any car into us, found us what we asked for, made sure it was presentable and ready for us to drive. He wasn't push or over powering, just a nice relaxed, always smiling. He was still communicating with us at 7.30 pm with our questions? I've been around a few sales people in my time and this man is a keeper. We did buy the car from used stock, really satisfied with our car.

Last time i was at this garage i meant a sales man who wasn't bothered so went else where!!
There are not many sales people worth there salt but this guy (Abdul) was brilliant.

I was never advised it was a service loan vehicle ...

I was never advised it was a service loan vehicle until this review request arrived. Now its clear why so many mobile phones had been paired with the car. I feel i should have been told it was lent to so many people and not just a demonstrator. This situation is very similar to the Advertising Standards Agency decision with Chrysler UK and Glyn Hopkin - two Alfa Romeos.

In addition, advertised features were missing - Audi Phone Box, first aid kit, mileage was double that advertised, new licence plates not ready on day of collection. Sales guy was very nice though, I would recommend him, but I feel he was let down by whoever placed their advert on the Audi and Jardine Motors website.

Very poor customer service. Sales person was very helpful but only had about 10 mins discussion with him but kept waiting about 40 mins while he had 2 x 20 minute discussions with his sales manager. Gave up in the end and will go somewhere else. Considering over the last 15 years or so I have purchased about 12 Audi's from this dealer I'm not happy.

I asked for cam recording and they said it doesn't...

I asked for cam recording and they said it doesn't work. It stated on the website that I can see what's been done to my car.
The car wasn't clean when I received it, it had water marks all over it and dirt. the oil level was low, I had my daughter with me which is why I couldn't make any complaints because she was crying.

. I wanted an efficient experience. It took 2 days to get through to service desk. Phone went through 6 cycles of "welcome to".
Had text saying please drop off when it had been agreed to do a car pick up. Pick up was at very end of time quoted. Was originally asked to pay even though was on car plan. Car was returned clean but inside was not.
Very disappointed and has put me off buying another car from this franchise.

Being the car enthusiast and knowledge geek that I am, I don't need the typical car salesman patter that I often seem to get at main dealers. However, Audi Milton Keynes and specifically Craig Lofthouse were very different. Recognising that I 'knew my onions', Craig was on hand to simply attend to any clarifications that I required and his product knowledge was absolutely spot on. Where I needed the service most was shaping the right deal for me and Craig and his colleagues were able to deliver exactly that. Due to my own indecisiveness, several options were put to me, but each time Craig could always deliver the numbers that he had given me verbally and I quickly felt I was dealing with someone who I could trust. Upon agreeing a deal, which I believe is unrivalled nationally, it came to handover day. This is where Audi excelled even further. The service on handover was exceptional from entering the showroom to driving off the forecourt and I can honestly say I have not received anything remotely similar from other dealers previously. A big thank you to Craig and all of his colleagues at Audi MK for such an enjoyable experience.

Another great experience at Audi MK from Richie Moore. Just picked up my S3 Saloon today and he's been an absolute pleasure to do business with, a real asset to Audi. All manufacturers are looking for a long term customer and it's people like Richie who help them achieve that goal. I'm certain I'll be back in future!

First class service for a first class product :)
Earlier this year, after 12 years faithful service from my A3 Quattro, I recognised that a more modern vehicle was needed & bit the bullet.
I'm delighted that I chose Audi MK where Craig made the entire purchase process as trouble-free as I could have wished for, from start to finish, in my preferred time-frame for a March delivery. After a "supervised" test drive, I then borrowed one of the sales team's vehicles for an extended test that convinced me the new Q2 perfectly matched my requirements.
Craig kept me fully informed on progress throughout, and the "handover" was very special .... Top Marks, Craig and many thanks!

Nicole Smith was the Sales Executive that personally made sure I understood all the T&C as it was my first time and aided me in my decision with her vast knowledge without any pressure. Purchased a Audi TT 2.0 Tdi Ultra from Gasparo. Excellent service right from the point of enquiry. A lot of Audi dealerships are very poor. In fact, Gasparo at Milton Keynes was the only dealer to call back, send all of the information and make the deal happen. I think most places didn't believe we just wanted to buy one outright!!!! Never even viewed the vehicle. All done on trust since the quality of Jardine stock and staff is the best within the Audi group. Steer clear of Inchcape. You will be sorry. Gasparo is fantastic and his customer service is A1, excellent, the best. In fact, he actually made the deal a pleasure. I look forward to the next deal.
