Felt they tried to up sell me hard after a warranty issue. Won't go back, typical main dealer

Shockingly poor experience. An A4 purchase was on the cards until I visited here and was spoken to like an idiot. I have now decided to purchase a different brand from another franchised dealer where service has been great.

Great service from start to finish. Justin was an absolute credit to the company. Kept me informed at every stage. I received several texts about the progress of my vehicle.
Helped me out with a courtesy car even though they were struggling to find one.
An amazing experience and one I will never forget.

I found this dealership on the What Car Leasing site, and it was incredibly easy to get a fantastic lease deal on one of the last '66 plate' Petrol Audi A4 Avant Sport in Glacier White that was actually delivered on February 28th. One phone call, a couple of emails and some hastily completed finance documents were all it took to get a sensational deal. The vehicle was delivered to my door by a very polite delivery driver and the car was mine....well done Audi Milton Keynes for making this last minute deal so achievable and a big thanks to Simon Moss for making it happen.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Everything was explained clearly and everything went through very smoothly. We were very impressed with the service and were made to feel welcome!

I had to chase for an update when I was told I would be kept informed.

Always had a good experience with Audi in the past, but this time when my wife was looking for a new car we had the pleasure dealing with Craig Lofthouse who is a credit to the company, very helpful and very professional. His Customer service was second to none. Can not fault the way he dealt with our purchase.
He took time to listened to what we were after and was not pushy, he advised various options for us to discuss. Once we decided on a vehicle Craig took time to provide us with the right information to get us in the vehicle.

Handover of the vehicle was very smooth and straight forward. We are very pleased with the vehicle and the way that Craig delivered from start to finish.

We will be recommending Craig and milton Keynes Audi to friends and family if they are purchasing an Audi. Customer service was Fantastic. very impressed.

Extremely poor afercare, failed on multiple promises, car was delivered with various issues which were supposed to be have been rectified. Dont make promises and under deliver on them. Very quick to take your money but slow to act on any issues.

Oliver really listened to what I wanted in a car and found one within the stock that had the options I wanted - as opposed to blindly selling any car or trying to work around what I really wanted. He cared about what I wanted and tried to make sure I was getting it. From the test drive to final purchasing, all questions were answered swiftly as he is also quite knowledgeable.

Mollie was very friendly on the phone and in person, and when I wanted to pick up my car earlier, she went beyond the call of duty and made this possible.

Overall, a great experience which still continues every time I drive my Audi.

Gas was credit to the company. Total professional but also made me feel like he was as excited as I was getting the car. The rest of the team including the manager were as helpful as I have seen in a dealership. Will be recommending them 100%

Fantastic first experience with Audi, which - ultimately - led to me signing on the dotted line! Senior Used Sales Specialist, Gasparo, is an absolute gem. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and treats you like a pal, to be frank. Overall, very, very impressed... But you'd kind of expect it from Audi. I'd gladly pop in for a coffee and a chat when I'm driving past next.

My only not-so-positive comment is that my BodyCare After Care Pack (little pack of cleaning products that comes with the BodyCare upgrade) was left out of my car, and I didn't realise 'til I got home. One chat with Gas, though, and I was assured that, the next time I'm in the area, I can just pop in to pick it up.

Unable to locate prepaid service plan contract so tried to make me pay full price for service.
