The after sales service is shocking. Having bought alloy wheel insurance and trying use the service I was told to ring the insurance company to arrange it myself. The very reason I bought it through them in the first place was to avoid this hassle. (They even gave me the wrong number to call!)

Service Review - "Restored my faith in Audi"
I recently took my Audi S3 in for a routine oil and filter change (January 2019). The experience was exceptional both Roger my service advisor and Nimah my technician were great.

I've Audi's for the past 6/7 years, overtime i've felt the dealerships i've used have declined in quality in regards to both customer service and technical service. Not mentioning any other dealerships in particular but i decided to change to MK Audi after many bad experiences and seeing all the positive feedback directed at MK Audi. I can confirm the praise is warranted and i'll be using MK Audi for the foreseeable.

I would just like to pass on my thanks to the team at Audi Milton Keynes, with whom I've had a fantastic customer experience and customer journey for a recent purchase.

The showroom is a very nice place to spend time, and each time I visited the team at reception were outstanding, providing me information on when the sales team would see me, and keeping me updated, providing me with refreshments and assisting with setting up wifi etc. So I was able to work while I waited.
Credit to Kim and her team on reception, they do an outstanding job in a busy environment.

My sales contact was Oliver Timms, his product knowledge was second to none, his approach was very professional and he worked with me at every stage of the decision making process, including outlining all the various options open to me on purchase, and advise about the vehicle I'd chosen relative to my needs as well as the various finance and purchasing options.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Audi Milton Keynes and will recommend anyone looking for a used or new Audi to visit, it's an excellent customer experience and a very well run operation.

The customer service I received was absolutely impeccable. The whole experience was super pleasant, all promises by Audi were kept and aside from the fact of being an Audi fanatic, I was so genuinely impressed I told everyone I know about MK Audi.

Received excellent customer service when ordering and picking up my new car. Seb Berney was great and kept me up to date the whole way through the process with regular emails. Seb and Audi MK went above and beyond what I would have expected and I am over the moon with my new car.

This is the 2nd car I have purchased from this dealership. Ivor the sales advisor has been very helpful on both occasions, very friendly and keeps you up to date on what is happening. The management are also very friendly. Also I belive Audi cars are the best on the market!

Gasparo and the team were brilliant and couldn't be more accommodating. I visited the dealership after almost purchasing a used Audi A4 Avant from a non main dealer elsewhere in the country and visited on a whim to see if they could provide a deal that could come close. Their business finance manager came up with an offer that I couldn't refuse that was similar to the other offer but offered the perks of main dealer service for a higher spec and newer car too. Can't thank this the team enough!

Buying a new car has never been so easy or painles...

Buying a new car has never been so easy or painless. From day one till we picked it up everybody was helpful and supportive. Cannot recommend our main point of contact Abdul Samid highly enough. So attentive no pressure selling and used the communication tools we are all blessed with in the right proportion.
Two ears one mouth = listen more speak less.

Avoid this dealer at all costs. I phoned about an A6 and was told the car was at the dealership in MK. I travelled 80 miles and when I arrived I was told the car wasn't even due in for another three days. Wasted time and journey, staff didn't even care, they were clueless and lacked motivation. I will avoid this dealership in future and any Jardine franchise, overall very poor.

Had my drivers door mirror broken by a passing car...

Had my drivers door mirror broken by a passing car yesterday. Called the main service number of MK Audi and was told to bring the car in, without appointment, to the service facility at Kiln Farm. I can't speak highly enough of the way that Tom Indge assessed the repair options and was quickly supported by Jaime Wingrove (could be Wingrave?) who brought parts to get me safely back on the road. New glass element will be arriving in a couple of days to finish the job. First class job by these guys with no advance warning and all at a very reasonable cost. Thank you.

We have recently ordered a car from Milton Keynes Audi and dealt with Michael Rossiter and cant fault the exemplary service we have received. From initial enquiries through to the ordering of our car Michael Rossiter has dealt with us in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. We never felt pressurised and all our enquiries were dealt with promptly. Can't recommend them enough.

I was in the market for a replacement to my Audi after completing the PCP and not really knowing what i wanted. I dealt with Saul Raine and despite the current Covid climate Saul was able to help running different options helping me decide on my perfect new car. Saul was also able to help with a parts issue i had on my previous car. He's a genuine guy who cares about his customers and i hope to return to him in a few years time for another new car.

Great main dealer from a customer service perspective, I cannot comment on any other side of the business as this is all I have experienced. Went in with the thought of upgrading my current Audi, every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and professional as you would expect in a high brow Automotive sales showroom. I was welcomed sat with a sales specialist and talked through my options. I've decided to stick with my current model for now. But i will be back!!

I dont care much about cars, but I went into Audi with my son as he wanted to part exchange his car. Seb the Audi representative was very nice all the way. Everything went to plan, from paper work to exchange of the car ! Must say I was impressed with the service.

I went to Audi Milton Keynes and was dealing with Craig Lofthouse who had great customer service and was very knowledgeable about his Audi cars. I wasn't at a point on my lease where i could part exchange it but he was very helpful and gave me some great advice. I will definitely be going back when i am able to chop in my Audi Q3 Sline for my next car and will make a beeline for Craig. thank you

Very unprofessional Parts staff up at Kiln Farm. went there to pick a part andt the staff behind the desk saw me but kept on chatting among themselves about football and who will make coffee. once the finish and no word of a lie 5 mins later me saying excuse me if there will be someone serving they got up sheepishly and asked me what i wanted.

funny part is they were mature ppl probably in the late thirties or early forties not your average teenagers from whom you can expect this. will use bedford audi from now.

We had waited for almost an hour without acknowledgement from a sales member of staff, when we did, we were then promptly forgotten about. We did not feel our experience was one to be enthusiastic about.

Last week ,i registered online and confirm to test drive Audi Q3 today Today, i arrived on time and wait for 10 min for the Aron to come. Then,he got mixed up me and other guy that is coming to test up Audi A4. Once,we sit at the table and and checked and yes i also include a comment on Q3 testdrive. Then he said you didnt included either for personal or fleet. He told me he only handle retial ,so he went of the meet his fleet team. Finally after 30 mins he said we can't do test drive today as i am fleet customer.
I really wasted 30mins as the forms should ask clearly that info do they need and 2nd change during the call to confirm the test drive booking any info do they need.
I just walked away and visited Volvo. It was a pleasant experience with they send near 30min with me to explain why XC40 is Top Contender in most compact SUV's review.
For the record,Audi have failed to provide demo car already twice to provide demo car and blew now the 3rd chance i give to them.

Do not buy from this dealer ever. Worst experience ever from a loyal previous customer. Would give them 0 stars if I could. They treat existing customers poorly no customer service at all when buying a new car. They will call you at 8pm when making a sale and then ignore you and cause you many more problems in your finance and no new car even though ordered

He answered any questions, provided information and never made us feel pressured or being pushed into something, it'd be nice if all car dealers were like this. Everything was completed to the agreed schedule and as per assurances. One of the nicest car buying experiences I've had, definitely recommend, excellent services all round.

just three minor -ve.
1) Internally car was half cleaned
2) clock was set wrong by 45 mins
3) Type pressures were not placed in MMI.

So I had to go through manual to get clock and pressure corrected in MMI system

1st class all the way, the Service Advisor and Technician took care of me and my car, kept me informed throught, I could not recommend them highly enough.

On picking up the car I could not beleive how different if felt, the fix to the Haldex changed the car completely.

One of the best car sales places I've been to and having visited many of their competitiors, this audi has been hands on amazing. Shaheen Noor was the sales guy that helped me choose my car and as a renewal customer, I was given a deal I couldn't refuse. Thr customer service has always been 100% and from the staff to overall presentation, this place deserves a 5 star. Shaheen and his management are amazing, I would highly recommend audi milton Keynes and Shaheen as your sales guy.

Love Milton Keynes Audi. I had my car serviced here. Just drove in right up to the service team where my keys were taken. Then a courtesy taxi took me to the central shopping centre whilst my car was worked on. Audi even sent me a video of issues on my car so i could make decisions on what work I wanted doing. Another courtesy cab back to Audi and a very clean car was returned to me all serviced. Great customer focused team. I strongly recommend

I'm quite a young customer, therefore I probably should receive the lowest quality of service... Like I do at other dealers. But Milton Keynes Audi are something else. They have treated me extremely well on every visit I have made there. They're not pushy like other dealers, and really do know how to provide great customer services. In my most honest opinion, I wish other large motor dealers would follow in their footsteps.

As for the location, beautiful. Not over the top, and the cars are all well presented. Parking is easy, and always available.

Strongly recommend.

Horrible staff! The moment I walked in and didn't want to buy a car just because I just bought one. Their faces changed and started to have an underlying tone. It's not one person it's two or three of them that we encountered. Except the man handleing parts department, he was really nice. Show room looks pretty you can see the full range of cars they have, they just need to have a more all-round nice staff not to those who just want to buy cars!

I went to Milton Keynes recently to test drive a Jag XF R-Sport, an E Class Merc, a Audi A6 and the new BMW 5 series. I was on a mission to buy one of these cars that day, and was convinced beforehand that I'd end up going for the 5 series, so I scheduled that test drive last. When I got to my 3rd test drive which was meant to be a 3 litre Audi A6, I was met by Richie Moore who was one of the Audi sales team. His passion and knowledge for the cars he was selling was apparent right from the start. I explained why I was in town and described the things I wanted from a car. He really took the time to get to know my requirements, walked me through the A6, however he asked me had I considered the A7 as to him it sounded like the better fit. This was a car that wasn t even on my radar. It looked amazing, but it was hard to let go of my original plan. They had one outside with the same engine I was after in the A6, so he suggested we took the A7 for a test drive instead of the A6. I said sure since I m here why not, and boy am I glad he convinced me to look at it What a car! The test drive was amazing, the power, quattro etc to me it was in a different league compared to the earlier cars that day. After I left Audi I headed to BMW to try the 5 series. I tried the XDrive version as I enjoyed the quattro so much. It was another great test drive but all the time I was driving it I kept thinking I want another go in the A7. After going for lunch to consider my options I headed back to Audi to see if there was any chance of another test drive. Richie was with other clients but still made sure we were looked after. A short time later he dropped everything and took us back out. We got back, walked though the car again. He wasn t pushy and gave me time to think which I like. It wasn t long before I knew that this was the car for me. He stayed back late after hours to help close the deal and really made the whole experience very enjoyable. The service I received at Audi Milton Keynes and from Richie in particular was really out of this world and far superior to some of the other dealerships I visited that day. I couldn t recommend them more highly and I imagine this will be the first of many Audi s I buy there. Thanks Richie, looking forward to picking up my new car when it lands!

Deeply disappointed in the lack of customer servic...

Deeply disappointed in the lack of customer service. I called yesterday to find out a price for the supply and fitting for a new headlight bulb for my A4. Service desk busy so was promised a call back. Got a callback from reception 2 hours later. Explained what I wanted again. On trying to get a price for me was told parts were now busy and she'd have to call back again in a few minutes. That was 15:24. Now, some 22 hours later I'm still awaiting that call. Not exactly exceeding my expectations.

Very rude and snobby receptionists who ask 101 questions just to be put through to a service rep for some advice etc, have called a number of times, and never been put through, they think they own the place sitting there all dolled up like they are for up sale!! For this attitude I will take my Audi s to an independent service provide and get charged half the price !!
