The service my girlfriend and I experienced at milton keynes Audi from Ritchie Moore was incredibly good: this was by far the best service I think we have ever received .

Firstly Ritchie made my girlfriend feel completely comfortable when we sat down at his desk.

He explained all options , made her feel comfortable with her deposit and budget. Furthermore he explained everything so well and clearly- and did not feel at all pushy (like the other dealerships we visited that day)

It genuinely was a night and day difference compared to the other garages we visited.

We naturally had questions to ask and Ritchie was answering them on text when I was at work which made life so much easier not needing me to leave my desk at work to call. It was only after I realised he was replying to me on his day off. Amazing dedication

Most importantly my girl friend and I left feeling like a we got a good value deal on a good quality car.

Also we only had certain times we were avalible to pick up the car. We were able to order our car, pick it up in a week , and then pick a collection time that worked around our commitments for that day

Also the experience collecting the car was incredibly pleasurable. The journey from quickly doing paper work to then have the car unveiled under sheet was a really nice touch.

Ritchie made us feel like he was a friend of ours , not a salesman...and that is some thing that is not taught , just intrinsic good service. Amazing.

Thank you again for the incredible service , I will be back for a car with Ritchie soon and will be sure to send family and friends

I had the pleasure dealing with Kornel Zielinski at the MK Audi showroom where I took the Q3 for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and patient and friendly with us which was a huge plus. He tried to get us the best offer possible with the Q3. Highly recommend him as a Sales Executive and Audi overall in terms of customer service.

Fantastic. My vehicle was booked in with the service department. The whole experience end to end was excellent. Sent an email confirmation of the appointment and pre service booking questionnaire straight away after the booking, all very clear and easy to follow. Received a courtesy call the day before to confirm booking. Great experience to drive in the vehicle into an undercover handover area, ideal when raining! Greeted by Justin in reception who looked after the whole process extremely professionally. He kept me informed of the status of my car and all work completed on time in the same day. I felt like a valued customer and experience was in line with what I would expect from a premium brand. Fabulous showroom with some awesome models on show including S and RS models...so tempting...

This was my first experience buying an Audi and David Georgiou made it a great experience from start to finish. He worked hard to help me find the right car to match my budget and kept me informed and updated the whole way along to picking the car up, and beyond. The whole experience has given me a lot of confidence as a new customer and added to the pride and enjoyment I ve felt driving my new A3. Would highly recommend

Great service. Communication was excellent and felt myself and my vehicle were looked after. The only thing about the experience I would say needs improvement is the wash the car received after work was carried out. Next time I would rather have the car back and clean it myself.

Not the best customer service; was ignored in person despite execs being free so left without speaking to anyone, found a car online and called in - not convinced on the honesty/transparency of prices offered. Was a very big milestone purchase for me so I wanted it to feel special - appreciate MK is a very large and busy centre but regardless. Bought my car from Hitchin Audi with a more personalised experience and IMO more of an honest deal. Could not fault them.

Salesman lied about previous owners of my daughters supposedly ex demo A3 Convertible, still trying to sort this out 5 months later,, day of collecting car was a nightmare and no paperwork, spare key didn't belong to car , took six weeks to rectify , still trying to resolve other issues too, BUT GUESS WHAT THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS and the phone number on the website is null and void

I have owned an Audi for many years now and never ...

I have owned an Audi for many years now and never got service like I do at Milton Keynes Audi. Even though I'm young and most dealers treat young drives badly, Audi MK treat me like everyone else.

James from the service team is unbelievable always upbeat and willing to help no matter what the problem, even if Audi made a mistake (which they never have) I know James is honest enough to say.

Audi Milton Keynes instantly made me feel very welcome and took me completely seriously, treating me like a VIP from the moment I walked in.

Craig then spent a long time understanding my requirements from a new vehicle and listening to what really mattered to me. He made me feel like I'd been listened to, understood and it felt like he genuinely wanted to help - something I haven't felt at any of the other dealers.

After making me feel like he had all the time in the world for me whilst I was in the dealership, he then spent more time and effort that he didn't have to in order to make sure we got the best deal possible on a brand new A3.

Craig is no normal car salesman, understands the importance of service and put my requirements to the front at all times. I would highly recommend buying, or even just taking advice from Craig at Audi MK.

I would like to acknowledge that service received from Craig Lofthouse was fabulous and absolutely excellent. He not only ensured that I go for the right pick but was very friendly and proactive in the end to end process .His video updates of the process was mind blowing . Very Very Very impressed and full marks to his sincerity .

I wanted to trade in an A1 which I had acquired from new, for a nearly new S1. having visited my local dealer, who seemed keenest to sell me a new car, I spotted the S1 at the MK dealership. The service was excellent-no question of pedalling a new car, and very much stuck to the plan to sell me the one I wanted. Good and fair negotiation process.

Oliver Timms was excellent-sent a pre and post video of the car which he had done personally. he took time and trouble and was an accomplished salesman. not too pushy, but engaging and entertaining. my interactions with his boss were also highly satisfactory.

The rating would easily be 5 star apart from the 35 minute wait to be seen. it is difficult I am sure to manage appointments, but perhaps a few vacant slots in the diary of each salesman would assist. there is only so much coffee you can drink!

All round, a very good service and the car is lovely. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for an Audi visit this dealer, and would direct them to Oliver with pleasure.

Nice show room and friendly staff. Service department is very accommodating. Some very good offers on new cars. I bought an Audi A6 and it was all handled very professionally with the car delivered on time fully valeted and polished.

Our experience with Milton Keynes Audi was nothing short of perfect. Gasparo Romano is an extremely professional and knowledgable asset to Audi. We had high expectations when visiting Audi and Gasparo exceeded them. I hope Audi is recognising his value. I look forward to dealing with Gasparo in 2018, when we choose our new A6 Avant.

So it couple months on now and couldn't be happier...

So it couple months on now and couldn't be happier with my new A3. Made only better by the experience of purchasing it through the dealship.

The showroom is immaculate and everyone was extremely polite and helpful. They also managed to get my new vehicle delivered quickly and updated me throughout the entire process.

Craig Lofthouse provided me with superb service from start to finish. He was very genuine and took the time to really understand what I was looking for in my new car. He made a fantastic recommendation and got me a great deal!

And he continues that very same service (even three months later) as he goes out of his way to check in with me time to time, which makes me feel really valued as a customer.

I'm looking forward to my next visit and to see Craig again soon. This time to hopefully get an even better model!

Also, I have already recommended him to family, friends and colleagues

My car required an oil change as flashed up on the...

My car required an oil change as flashed up on the screen. It was duly picked up and when I was called to make a payment I was flatly asked for my card number on the phone without even being told the amount.

When I queried this I was told that my car was nearly at 19,000 miles so they did a service also. At not one point was I called or told about this.
Very poor customer service. I will be going elsewhere next time

Whilst I am very happy with the service I received...

Whilst I am very happy with the service I received from MK Audi and in particular the sales lady. I am not impressed with Audi corporate. Despite my new car being in the garage for over 2 weeks Audi would not allow it to be registered and would not give an explanation as to why. Had I not got a phone call on the Tuesday morning to say it had been released I would have cancelled the order that day and purchased a Merc instead. Audi need to reconsider how they communicate with the customers

Recently acquired my 3rd A7 from Jardines in Milton Keynes and found the whole experience very pleasing. Michael Rossiter from their business sales could not have been more helpfully and professional he obtained the spec I required and with a quick delivery. I visited BMW and Mercedes before deciding to stick with Audi based on their customer service and knowledge. Well done!!

I was very happy with the way Audi treated me as a customer. They gave me all the options on how to purchase the car of my choice. Also didnt make me feel pressured into making a decision. I decided to go for the A4. Have to say everyone at MK Audi i came into contact with, were very helpful . Especially Abdul Samid the Sales Executive. Thanks for everything. I was very happy to be served by a very nice lady called Sharra. She was extremely helpful. As we had bad experience with a customer service at another Audi branch we didnt think we will buy Audi however as soon as we went to see the cars and met Sharra we felt very welcome and important even if we were not going to buy a car on the day we went to view some cars :-)
She did not mind our broken English and advised us a lot. Was patient and tried to help at every step. 5 minuted later on we decided to buy an Audi car! Well done Sharra. I will recommend her to everyone as normally you dont get that much good customer service in big companies.

I was helped by used vehicle salesman Oliver Timms. I have dealt with and purchased vehicles from a number of other Audi dealers in the region and would say that the way in which Oliver dealt with me and my recent purchase was second to none. Oliver provided an attentive and professional approach but without any undue pressure, which I found refreshing and certainly encouraged me to make the purchase. Although Milton Keynes is by no means my most local Audi dealer, I would however return to them.

I cannot fault the service at MK Audi.

I cannot fault the service at MK Audi.
I decided to wait whilst a wheel bearing and turbo pipe were replaced.
Was advised that it is likely to take all day but they would get it done as soon as possible.
During the health check more work was discovered which was essential but getting the parts at short notice were proving difficult.
I am pleased to say they sourced the parts and managed to get it repaired in the same timeframe.

All of my above positive responses apply to the service team only.

The sales team who sold me my 2-year old Q3 get the opposite results - two-faced service - didn't keep promises, - told lies and couldn't care less once they had made the sale!

Fortunately the service team did a lot to restore the balance.
(The ladies on reception were very good as well)

I recently purchased a new S3 from Audi Milton Keynes and the level of service I received throughout the whole process was really first class. However, I m pleased to say that in my experience this result wasn t unusual since it was similar to the excellent treatment I d enjoyed when I d bought a new TT from the same dealership nearly three years ago. And on both occasions the person I dealt with was Ivor Ravilious. Each time, Ivor not only created the impression of someone who was clearly extremely knowledgeable about the product he was helping me chose but did so in a polite, friendly but nevertheless highly professional manner. However, on this last occasion, I also met Philip Butler, New Car Sales Manager. Again, professionalism was the key word and Philip expertly guided me through the various financial packages on offer, finally putting together one that was suitable for my particular requirements and enabling me to complete the purchase of the S3. I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone contemplating purchasing an Audi and one that I certainly plan to use again in future.

Drove 30 miles (60 mile round trip) to look at a Q...

Drove 30 miles (60 mile round trip) to look at a Q3 as my wife wants to replace her Range Rover Evouqe.

Entered the dealership (1st June around 13.00hrs) and were instantly welcomed by a woman from the reception desk. We told her that we wanted to look at a Q3 only to be told that Audi wasn't building them anymore? She went on to tell us that there were still some in stock but the model was being discontinued and would not be replaced.

I pointed out that as far as I knew the Q3 had just been face lifted, to which she replied "Yes, I know. It's a crazy decision isn't it!". She then tried to show us some of the features of the car but obviously didn't know what she was doing?

She then went off to check with the sales manager only to come back and tell us that a new model Q3 would be available in 2019.

This is now the 3rd Audi dealership we have been to, to try to buy a Q3. What is wrong with Audi? Are all the dealerships across the entire country this inept? We have been totally ignored at Bedford and Northampton Audi even though we were the only customers in the respective show rooms.

Just across the road is the Jaguar dealership. We went across to look at the F Pace and were immediately welcomed, shown around the car in the showroom and then given a test drive. We were then offered a 1 day test drive next week where we could keep the car overnight.

Why oh why are Audi dealerships so dire? Question - do Audi only sell to business users and companies?

Milton Keynes Audi yes I would recommend them they were great the sales person(Allan Pilley) was exceptional he was well informed great at explanation well versed on my needs and was polite and all was to the point very helpful with my needs I am very pleased with my Q3 ............I would and have recommended Milton Keynes Audi to friends and relatives
