Deeply disappointed in the lack of customer service. I called yesterday to find out a price for the supply and fitting for a new headlight bulb for my A4. Service desk busy so was promised a call back. Got a callback from reception 2 hours later. Explained what I wanted again. On trying to get a price for me was told parts were now busy and she'd have to call back again in a few minutes. That was 15:24. Now, some 22 hours later I'm still awaiting that call. Not exactly exceeding my expectations.
