These 'people' made a badly advised mistake which cost four members of my family plus myself 300k a couple of years ago and for this reason i wouldn't trust them or their staff with a penny,

Rude staff that often engage in interactions with people that do not pertain to their day-to-day work. Staff often seen outside in the car park rather than at their desks working. One man in glasses in particular leaves his desk to shout at people in the car park rather than do his work for his clients. Very unusual for a law firm to employ parking wardens.
A fantastically run business, from top to bottom a beautiful office. The Partners, Lawyers & staff are warm and friendly. Seemingly devoted to taking the difficulties and frustration out of what can often seem confusing & Byzantine.
