3 stars for not allowing my two wheeler to park inside in spite of having a conference inside the hotel.

Clean, tidy. The entrance makes you feel like you are travelling elsewhere.
Hotel room is very clean and spacious. Location is very good for tourist and travelers.
Rooms are very small as compared to price. Complementary things are not served if not asked. Service very poor. Cable connection not continuous as dependent on city cable. No response is their best part. 1.5 ltrs water daily served on demand. My overall experience is very bad with respect to service in such class of hotel.

A decent start hotel in Park Street, Kolkata. Has a small swimming pool with a bar lounge. Good for business travellers. Not good for family vacations.
Comfortable rooms with good interiors. Nice variety in menu and buffet. Popular for disc and bar amongst youngsters.
My overall experience was quite good. Front desk had good and efficient staff for check in, the restaurant staff were very polite and efficient as well. No complaints with house keeping department. My in room dining experience was very good as well, food was served hot and delicious, specially the salad was very well presented and prepared!! Quite happy with my stay..
One of the prime places in the Park Street area. The services and activities over here are one of the best in the cities.
Stay was good. Only if they had clean bathroom it would have been better. The hotel is at the park street which let's you shop right downstairs. It has got three club underneath the hotel.
It has amazing guest services and the logistics are great. The food at all the restraunts, lounge,night clubs here is good with great music . They have ladies night on Wednesday at Tantra the night club here.
Party place and the house keeping manager Mr sumitava mukherjee is a wonderful guy nice hospitality from him,dont miss to say hi to him

Perfect location, friendly staffs, luxurious ambient. The baf news is its bars are not as you expected, expensive but poor place compare to the one you often call "bar" on other places on the world.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever Among other things, Food is the Worst Part, paid abnormally high price for food that we could not even eat as it was partly served and none of the staff seemed to care. And on check out, only part luggage was brought down even when 4bags were kept together.
It's a five hotel. It's got all modern amenities and facilites. It's got rooms, restaurant, bar and banquet halls. Thumbs up for the place...

For 3 Sandwiches and 3 glass of watermelon juice they charged a hefty amount of 4100rs. They did not even give the menu to see the price.
Even after having a confirmed booking they made us wait for 1hr 30 min for the room key.the check-in staff was very causal and not at all apologitic.all they told us is that room are not available.how can a hotel can confirm a booking if the room are not available.so unprofessional.i have stayed in these hotel many time but this was the first time I had experienced something like this.hotel room is clean, comfortable bed,neat and tidy washroom,spacious room.

The rooftop restaurant is a must visit for couples. Excellent ambience and the best attraction is the pool and hut shaped sitting arrangements for the loved ones.
The hall is too small for a 3 star hotel & the food not upto the mark at all.
They will not respond properly until you complaint to seniors.
