Awesome experience with the GMC service department. The technician's name was Dusty and he helped with some transmission issues with my truck. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the truck back up and running very quickly. The price was reasonable. I've brought a few of my vehicles here for service and have had outstanding treatment each time. And the technicians know what they are doing- the repairs are done right the first time.
I cannot say enough about all that Miller Auto recently did for my family. The service that we received from Salesman, Jake, and his manager, Chris, was beyond our expectations. I was overall pleased with my shopping experience. Aalim was very knowlegeable and able to answer all my questions. He was great to work with and should be commended. The pricing was fair and I am pleased with the New Car warranty I purchased.
Just a couple of things which disappointed me. When I took possession of the car, the indicator was light for low tire pressure. That means I have to make another trip to the dealership to have the tires filled. Also as soon as I pushed the ignition switch it indicated that the key fob needed a new battery. In light of buying a new car warranty, these were things that would not have been an issue had it truly been a new car. Hopefully this won't happen to another customer.
I like that the vehicles inside are unlocked, more importantly though I like that the sales people don't jump on you the second you walk in the door. They are always quick to help if we have questions, but they leave you alone until you ask. We have bought many cars from here.

I purchased my second new Buick from Erik Achman and was very pleased with his professionalism and willingness to help me. The Envision is very computerized and I was a little confused with all the technology. Erik helped me to understand the basics and said to give him a call anytime if I need further help, which I will probably take him up on. Also, like the popcorn and beverages. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Great visit. It was too cold to wash my Terrain after my oil change and I as OK with that. But since I was there a little early Dusty surprised me and washed it first and then let it sit inside to dry out before the oil change. Therefore it didn't freeze up after I left. Just Super !!! The salesmen were friendly. Although the internet ad said I would receive a $500 gift card, I was informed that this was added to my trade in and only applied to financed sales. That is not what the ad said. Although I went to great pains to bring a bank check, I did not receive my title and now, twelve days later, I still haven't received a title. Although I made most of the arrangements over the phone, I had to wait nearly an hour for them to fill out the paperwork, and then I was charged $75 for that paperwork. But they were friendly.
Love this place for repairing my vehicles. Work with you on the fixing and helps with the price. Great people and I won't bring anywhere else if I can help it. Thanks a lot!!
This is the second time that we have dealt with Adrian S, the first time in 2011 when we purchased our GMC Terrain and again, just recently, when we purchased our 2015 Nissan Murano. On both occasions, the experience has been great. I made several trips to the dealership because I wasn't sure what size/type of vehicle I was interested in, although I was quite interested in the Murano from the onset. Each time, Adrian went out of his way to make sure that my questions were answered and that I had the opportunity to view/drive the vehicle(s) that I was interested in. I did all of the preliminary work myself since my wife hates the "car-buying" experience based on purchases we have made prior to working with Miller Auto Plaza. When it came time for her to become involved (to sign for our loan, for example) she reluctantly came along. Afterword, however, she agreed that the experience was nothing like we have had in the past (pre-Miller) and was, in fact, very pleased and happy. To me, that says a lot! Rick, the finance guy, was also very good to deal with. Both of these individuals were friendly, courteous, respectful, professional and efficient. I also had occasion to speak with other staff members as well and all were very welcoming and helpful.

We recently had a wonderful experience when purchasing our 2014 Nissan Murano! We were fortunate to get Adam Maciej as our sales person! He was professional at all times while being very helpful and never using any "high pressure" tactics to sell us our car. The management at Miller's worked with us to get "a deal" that we were happy with, and this continued through when we worked with the Finance Manager to complete our sale! I'd strongly recommend shopping for your new car at Miller's, and seeing what they can do for you!

Called for an appointment and was granted the time I requested. Service was completed on time and explanation of service was polite and understandable.
It's unfortunate that buying and leasing a vehicle can be so pressured and so stressful - something that Miller promises not to do because of their "no commission" policy.
I've leased 2 vehicles from Miller over the past 6 years, so I'd think they would appreciate and value their customers. Sometimes leasing is a great option for people who want a new vehicle every 3 years, and for others it's not the best option. After starting a family, I decided I didn't want to lease any longer and wanted to either buy a different vehicle or keep my current lease as I had too many miles to turn it in. I explained this to Scott and asked him to run some numbers for me, and I told him my budget.
He called me back and told me about a lease that was over a hundred dollars above my budget for buying. Obviously this wasn't an option for me, so I asked how much it was going to cost to buy my lease out. He told me "I can't advise you more to not buy your lease" because of the valuation and he wouldn't give me a number. I asked again about buying a different vehicle or mine, and he kept following up with "you need to lease". After I told him I may have to go to a different dealership, he said "I don't care if you want to get ripped off you can, I'm just advising you not to". That's a very condescending statement and I was extremely upset that he was not only not listening to my needs, but he was condescending and talking to me like a child. We are grown men, and I expect some respect, and some level of customer service from everyone that I do business with.
There was zero care about my needs and he lost my business at Miller because he wasn't listening. It's unfortunate as some have great experiences at Miller, I just wish the culture was universal through the whole dealership so it wasn't hit or miss.
I ended up buying a nice used car and turned in my lease at a competitor yesterday. They listened to our needs and I can't be happier with my purchase at Luther.
The electronic steering assist module was replaced quickly but they did not wash our truck and this was our third trip to the dealership for this problem.

Adrian is such a nice person and doesn't pressure you to buy a certain vehicle, he lets you choose it without pressure so the customer is truly happy. My experience with Miller as a whole been nothing but customer focused service and I would highly recommend Adrian and Miller Auto!
Picked new car online, contacted our salesperson David Pritt, and worked the deal including the trade before even stepping into the dealership. Spent 30 minutes total in the dealership, 15 min in financing, and 15 min with car delivery. Zero stress. This is one of several purchases here. Shop around, this dealership always gives you the best pricing.

I was so happy with my car buying experience. Nina worked with me to get me into a car that fit my budget and my needs and in record time! We honestly didn't think it was possible, but with her help and their experts in finance were on the road again. Not having a working vehicle at the time Nina came to pick me up to ensure we were able to make the purchase sooner than later, something that in my opinion goes above most auto dealers. I can't recommend Miller enough and will be definitely using them for my future car buying needs!!!
We have leased 9 Nissan vehicles with Miller. Even when we lived in Chicago, we came back to Miller. Chris O'Hara is our guy. We call him before we do anything. He is great with customers and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He always give us an honest opinion. He is the reason we have stayed loyal to Miller. Overall the customer service we receive has been great. Happke is so easy to work with and just takes care of it. Whatever "it" is, he handles it. We needed to run some errands while our care was getting serviced and he offered a courtesy vehicle. By the time we walked around the show floor, had some popcorn and soda, our truck was done and ready to go. Really appreciate the quality of service form this department.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online and it was quick an easy. The day arrived of my appointment and I showed up on time. Once pulling into the garage I was quickly questioned if I had an appointment, which I did with several email reminders as proof. The supervisor told me that I didn t have an appointment so I would have to wait longer as there were already other people scheduled. I waited and them do the oil change. My service engine soon light was on and I wanted them to check that too. A half hour into waiting the supervisor came and told me that my appointment got scheduled with the other department. I had no choice in what department to pick, and I had to put in the make, model, year, etc.. in online while making the appointment. You d think after putting in that I have a NISSAN the appointment would go go the Nissan department. After a hour of waiting they finished my oil change. They explained to me that because I ve never been there and they have no record on my fluids that they couldn t give me an accurate description on their checklist. This confused me because they didn t tell me the levels of the fluids or even the color if it was old or not. This was my first time bringing the car in for routine maintenance so they weren t much of a help if anything was wrong. They also didn t run the for any codes for why my service engine soon light was on. It was a frustrating experience overall. I brought my car to a dealer expecting that there would have been a better experience for my car and my self compared to a chain auto place. The staff was friendly after they figured the situation out, but it was still stressful not knowing what was happening with my vehicle.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.This place not only mid diagnosed my Nissan

My Nissan is under the MFG 3/36000 plus is CPO CERTIFIED 7/100000 . I have been ASE certified and been working with cars and on for over 16 years and know when someone is BS ing me. I brought to a different Nissan dealer and my Murano was fixed under warranty and was told what ever tech looked at it last didn t know what he was doing.
Jason wasted my time and is incompetent.

Tim was prompt, responsive, customer-friendly and straight forward, w/o being pushy. Did what he said and did not play any sales games. I never had to step foot in the dealership, yet Tim made everything happen seamlessly including delivery. Very easy and pleasant experience. Good fair quote right up front. Adam did a nice job explaining additional details of the transaction, very helpful.
The employees are always concerned for you and are very good at keeping you updated on any and all repairs. Things are also done in a very timely manner. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. At Miller, they get you back in the driver's seat.

Started out great.. three months down the road I found out that AUL warranty company would not cover a mechanical parts failure in the engine. I would not recommend the AUL warranty coverage, it is garbage.
Huge inventory and found exactly what I wanted. They made it really easy to buy, fair price. I was out the door and on the road fast.

Because my vehicle purchase had been so recent, Chris at the Lincoln Service Department decided that I wouldn t have to pay for the battery replacement. I can t think of any other dealers that would go that far to make their customers happy.

Randy in the Nissan service area was amazing! Squeezed me in last minute at the end of the day because I had a low tire light on. Come to find out I had a side bulge in all 4 of my tires. He didnt want me to drive home because it wasnt safe. He found me a loaner car that they didnt have and got me home safe. Couldnt have asked for better service!

Liars. If it wasn't for the new owner Christie, I wouldn't have one good thing to say. They sold me a lemon of a jeep, (Jason) told us they would give us a brand new Transmission for $1,000, and then proceeded to give us a refurbished one which broke down right away. We also put $1500 worth of repairs into it that we were not refunded for. They told me they wouldn't refund me since it was "as is", but thankfully Christie has taken over, and she allowed me to get a refund on most of it, and I couldn't be more thankful for her. Unfortunately, I still hold miller accountable for lying to us, and selling us a lemon. I owned the car for 30 days and only had it in my possession for about 8 days, and it broke down almost every day I had it.
I talked to the finance guy - and he eneded up picking out a vehicle that fit in my payments and met my needs 100%! When we arrived..he had them put in the showroom and re-clean the inside windshield - it wasn't up to his picky standards. Then answered all of our questions before i even test drove it. Everyone is beyond friendly and helpful. I will be back to purchase my kids cars and i think the husband fell in love with a few trucks.

They just showed her one or two vehicles she was qualified for (instead of giving her a price range and letting her walk around the lot)... you could tell they were trying to get rid of specific cars.
