In this hotel I actually miss the words. I've been there four times now, and I have to say it's the worst Hilton Hotel in Bangkok and the surrounding area. In the beginning it was good, and now it's the worst. Since I am a Diamond Member, minimum 60 nights a year, I know what I am talking about it. Normally you are respected in Hilton as a member, in this hotel it is completely missing. In my profile says, far away from the elevator and high floor. They give me, direct to the elevator, the whole night the sound of the elevators and low floor. During the day, renovations, drilling machine s etc. I had written an email twice, but did not get answer.
The Executive Lounge, is made at the cheapest. Sundowner terrible!
Most people see it as great, we don't. Would you go to your bathtub when everything is full of black algae everywhere. You mean the pool clean, I do not see pictures.
One day I was told to lie down on the other side, because of the closure here, too many flies. I said it's full, the answer was short and simple. I should just come back later.
Everyone can make their own decision, I'll just give a few hints here. Since I have noticed that we are ignored as Diamond Member or Hilton Honors Member. Certainly the management is not interested in this feedback, otherwise you would have contacted me during my stay. Here you can already see the arrogance!
Maybe the staff should just take a few days off at other Hilton hotels so you can see and understand how it would be better.
Too bad the Hilton accepts something like this, and it's now also the first time I've rated a hotel with only 1 star.
The first impression is the most important, concierge. It works until you get to the glass door in the hotel, then it's over. Communication very bad, or not at all. Check-in - Check-out bad. Eat breakfast well, Sundowner Executive Lounge bad. MANAGMANT oh my God, shows no interest in solving problems.
Customer is King missing here in the hotel, but hope that customers who are not Hilton Honors members have collected better impressions here.
Now let's leave it at that.
