Service was great, but room was a bit dated and poorly designed. Flow restaurant was not bad for breakfast buffet. Good selection of food and got to eat outside by the river.

We arrived slightly earlier than check in time and they allowed us to check in slightly earlier since the room was ready. The staff at the check-in counter spoke fluent English which was a pleasant surprise.
Our room was on the 20th floor with a nice view of the river. The toiletries was by Crabtree and Evelyn (dunno for how much longer thou). The TV channels have quite a few English channels as compared with some other hotels. The pillow was very soft but you can request to change to a harder pillow. The shower faucet didn't have any labels and was not the traditional design. It too me a while to figure out which was the hot water.
The hotel is located just next to Iconsiam. You can just walk over. You can also take the free shuttle boat in the evening from 6pm to Asiatique for shopping. For Thai food, you can try the Thai restaurant or The Neverending Summer restaurant located nearby. Didn't see any fast-food restaurants nearby thou.

The view throughout the building is really excellent
However the rooms need an urgent refresh
And there is also a shuttle service by the free river very convenient

Nice buffet in Flow and Yuan. Great 360 rooftop bar with nice cocktails and cold beer at reasonable rates. 360 is a nice place but singer is pretty bad imo. Shuttle ferry to nearest BTS at 30min intervals but no longer going to Asiatique. Right beside is newest shopping iconsiam with cheap food and also offer various brandings.

Nice place. Not cheap but you're getting a pretty stellar experience. Rooms were clean and well-appointed. The breakfast was overwhelming with selection and delicious treats. I would contend that the experience on the premises was a bit like a resort in that it was quite isolated from surrounding community and culture. However transit to the busier parts of town was no problem.

Used to be our favorite place, until the hotel decided it is ok to have guests run around the hotel trying to have our parking tickets stamped. Like seriously, we just spent 3000B/person and you want a 20-40B more of parking fee?

The moment we stepped in the hotel we were informed that our room was yet to be vacated. But the staff was kind enough to offer us another room with the Chaophraya river view in an hour. In the mean while we explored the newly opened ICon Siam mall which is at a 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. And believe me it was just the right time to visit that very mall! Since Chinese New year was just around the corner we were pleased to visit the Chinese festival in the mall. The mall was beautifully decorated and had few fountain shows in the evening that were worth a watch. Since we spent a good amount of time exploring about the mall we managed to gather information on the most significant part of the trip( how to travel?). We found out that the mall has a jetty service, which serves as a connecting hub to the famous tourist places of Bangkok and their market places.With enough information in hand, we then headed to the hotel. We also got to know from the hotel staff that Hilton has a self jetty to escort you to certain connecting hubs of the city. Since our room was ready we decided to head to the room to grab some much needed rest. The river facing room was just perfect and we could not ask for more! Kudos to team Millennium Hilton Bangkok!!

Hilton does the basics. I especially like the rooftop

Very good location if you like shopping as it is next door to iconsiam. Wonderful rooms with excellent service. Breakfast spread was awesome with lots of variety.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, beautiful on the mother's side

Extra spacious rooms (used by myself), clean and friendly staff service, and a boat operation to and from Thaksin Station.
I don't want to recommend it because the road is messed up because it is under construction in front of it, but the round trip service to the river crossing along with the large icon Siam created next to offset this.
I think it will be difficult to get this kind of service in Korea or other foreign countries at this price. If a station is built with a train in the future, you will never be able to stay at the same price these days, so make a reservation right away. And breakfast was normal~

It does have a great location, bell hop and Flow restaurant staff were pleasantly helpful and attentive.

However, points missed:

Recognition as Hilton Honors member isn't as pronounced as the other properties.

Yuan the Chinese restaurant is very nice good, aspiring to great, dim sum. On the river it is the best value for money equation that I have found.

I recommend it and the service highly

Well located, excellent views, at night you can go up to the lookout bar (maybe you have to wait a bit for a table next to the window, but it's worth it), for breakfast it is fine, but it can be improved. The room is very good, amazing pillows (at least for my taste) and the mattress too.
What we have missed has been a channel in Spanish. If I would go back, surely I would, if I recommend it, yes too!

Wonderful room views, attentive service, food tasty

I attended a 3 days training here but was in house. I liked their lunch buffet at Flow restaurant and the food at their Yuan Chinese restaurant.

Great building, some room very nice, some a bit old, nice services

They are under renovation their rooms and you can hear noises from construction and smell glue (2March 2019) the others are nice as usual.

I love their swimming pool, although it s kind of cold in the afternoon.
This is a hotel which deserves you to have a real good relax and enjoy the view of entire Bangkok!

The hotel is good, near the iconsiam, but the car is a bit stuck. Because he is doing the train.

Sometimes you just want a quiet place to have a relaxing weekend. I will pick Millennium Hilton Bangkok instead of Hilton Bangkok. Nice view. And now close to a grand shopping mall. And the breakfast is okay too. Worth for the price.

Luxury by level But the downside, some Thai people may not like one of them, that is, one hair, one bathroom, no hose, water in the toilet, very uncomfortable.

The worst hotel experience I ever had. The staff is untrained and had a bad attitude. My family and I decided to stay here after my wedding, but the happy mood was ruined, because a bad attitude cooking staff yell at one of the family member, also a gentleman behind us.

I asked for an explanation and apology, but since we have a travel schedule to follow, so the restaurant reception asks for our room number and told us they will look into this matter.

When we back to the hotel around 9 PM, there is no note or any sort of record in the hotel system regarding this matter. The staff at the check-in desk promise to give us an apology the next morning when we enter the restaurant.

When we are having our breakfast the next morning, THERE ARE NO ACTION or any sort of apology from hotel staff. I felt disappointed with all the staff in Millennium Hilton Bangkok, and ask the check-in desk what is going on again.

Finally, the executive chef came to apologize, but with no sincerity, and vague explanation. I ask to speak with the hotel manager, the executive chef told me the manager is not in the hotel, and he can handle this matter, but apparently, I been waiting for 1 day 1 night, there is no action until I get angry. The executive chef offered me a complimentary lunch for two, but I felt humiliated. I choose Millennium Hilton Bangkok because it is a 5-star hotel, the staff should be well trained for any situation, but the staff has failed to do the basic service job. All I want is "Sorry" at the start of this matter, but all I got is disappointment and humiliation.

My wife complained to the front desk about the humiliation feeling we got during the second breakfast morning. The Assistant front office manager told us to write an email to them instead of getting our contact information. So at this point, I'm pretty sure they don't care about the foreign guest because there is no action needs to be done after the foreign guest goes back to there country. Moreover, we live in Bangkok, they also seem to have no intention to contact us later.

The happy Bangkok wedding family trip was totally destroyed by the hotel, and the staff made my wife cried at the front desk, until this point, the staff said: "sorry sorry, you want some cake?"

I had enough, don't want to listen to any more nonsense and left the hotel. This hotel deserves ZERO star rating.

My favorite Hilton in the world!!! The exec lounge is incredible!! Make sure you get a view of the river!!!!

Explendido, good service with good pool, unbeatable location with jetty in the canal to cross to the other shore and with the hotel's own boat for other trips. The views from the penthouse are impressive

Not up to the expected standard. Neighbourhood is unfriendly next to giant buildingsite taking away the views. Smell in corridors is bad. When checking out the receptionist picked up the phone and started to talk to someone else. Poor WiFi.
Rude concierge telling me that I don't know how WiFi works. I've come to expect better from this brand.

What used to be a great steakhouse has now become the worst! Frozen steak, no seasoning, small sides.......

River terrace old, tables and chairs worn. Not the Hilton it used to be.

Staff attitude & service: 5stars - Greeted with Smiles upon arrival in the hotel. Recep staff was friendly and is willing to provide us with our requests.

Location: 4stars - Fantastic views overseeing the river and icon siam. However, a little far away from downtown.

Hotel Outlook: 5stars - Main Entrance and Lobby with high ceilings which made it look grand, modern and contemporary. Waiting/seating area for guests were clean n well maintained. Lifts were fast also.

Room: 4.5stars - Views overseeing Chaopraya river were amazing. Size of room was appropriate. Room service requests were fast n prompt. Bed & quilts were comfortable, just that pillows r a little too flat, not extremely but perhaps not right for my preferences. Bearable though.

The wedding was not enough food, water, lunch buffet, but there is not a single dish of food to children should eat.

Super-duper. Moved quickly to another hotel. Seriously wanted me Farang with 6000 bhat / tad batches for smoking in the room. We moved out all 3 rooms very quickly. Yes Super 5 star hotel.

It was crowded, but there were no upgrades, no lounge access, no late check outs, although we were Gold members.
The front is also unfriendly and disappointed
