It is a hotel with a privileged structure and location, however, at least in my experience, our room looked with dirty stained walls and the same with the carpet. In the bathroom there was a kind of water leak from the shower that wet part of the floor. For the rest, the view is spectacular from the room, however they should improve the appearance that gives a feeling that it is not completely clean.

I loved the location and the hotel reception looked awsome; however the room had a leaky toilet; there was no coffee pot, the beds were not comfortable, the bedspreads were old and worn and I expected the room to be nicer for a four star hotel. Looking at the room alone was like looking at a motel 6 room.

Great location, comfortable beds but the hotel is a little dated. Considering the name is millennium, you d think they d have USB chargers in all the table lamps to attract to the current century. FYI if you re trying to market for 20-35 year olds we all have iPhones and need usb chargers in the room or even better get lamps with built in wireless chargers

Always very bad experience checking in. Slowest front desk staff ever. Mostly just one person at desk and a long line. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes just to check in. Rooms are average. Elevators slow as they only have 1 running in each bank, always over crowded and long waits. They certainly don t care about their guests

The front desk staff were very unprofessional. My room had 2 bulbs burnt out. My breakfast order was still on my door in the morning; front desk confirmed that they didn't get my order, but they promptly delivered it to me. Mattress was extremely stiff.

Desperately needs an update, peeling paint and stained carpets. Front desk staff were friendly as were the staff in the restaurant. When the shower ran there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the tap head over the bath was falling out the fitting. I wouldn't stay again.

Just okay. Dirty carpets and rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. I complained and was moved to a new room which was in slightly better condition and the carpets weren't stained and dirty. There are better options nearby for the same price - look elsewhere!!

Stayed in room 4018 last Wednesday night. We thought we heard something in the walls when we were sleeping. we kept telling ourselves that it was the heat that was barely working making noise. We awake early cold because the heat couldnt keep up. We go to a local restaurant for breakfast and return to find rat poop next to my suitcase. This was no small rat either. Both the housekeeping manager and regular manager were notified in person. They said they would have to do some investigating and get back to me. A week later I haven't been contacted. I just called the hotel and they told me it was dirt. Just a heads up if you are visiting do not stay here!!!! DO NOT. This was not the only thing wrong with our stay I just don't feel like talking about it anymore

The hotel is over 30 years old and dated without much upkeep in the rooms. Lack of quality grooming, the bathtub grout appeared with mold and have a dirty feel in the room. Shortly after checked in, I notify the manager about my dissatisfaction. .He appeared to be helpful. However, he said the hotel was sold out and can t exchange room. Nor he can refund the money since it s prepaid by 3rd party booking. In my view, the hotel get paId either way; they should refund my money. Felt like being scam that I have no way out but stay in this filthy hotel for the night. This hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating at all. (Rated at time of booking).

The lobby smelled of weed. The check in staff was not very friendly. The gift shop attendant was not friendly.
There is a parking garage across the street which is convenient.
The room lights flickered- get the salt!
It's short walk to Time Square which is nice if that is what you are looking for. The view is great as well. With that comes a lot of street noise. A lot! I love the sounds of the city but needed earplugs to shutdown enough to sleep. Overall worth the rate for convenience.

Awesome location! The hotel is a bit worn but the service is good and friendly. I didn't try the restaurant, it was pretty pricey. Of course, in the middle of Manhattan there would be no price!

Great hotel, had a great price and location was amazing (right on yime square 2 blocks from subway access). Only marking off because we were hoping for a mini fridge in the room. We were trying to save money so wanted to store lunch meat. Ended up buy really awesome sandwiches from the deli next door.

1st of all, when I got to the hotel the conierge stated he was giving us an upgrade. I guess I miss understood him, because from the looks of the room it was definitely a downgrade. This Hotel should be condemned. there where mold spores in the bath room, the carpet had several stains and there where rips on the wall paper

I only give 3 stars to this hotel because of its great location on 44th street 20 meters from time square, visible from the windows of our room. The room assigned to us was spacious and with a king size bed, but dated. Above all the carpet was worn and dirty. A sore point is the absolutely superficial and approximate cleaning, as well as the very dated shower in the tub and with a very old curtain. In 4 days a ball of hair in the room was never removed. The hotel has about 50 floors but the 5 lifts were insufficient because they never worked more than two or three, thus creating a great inconvenience due to the very long waiting times for getting on or off. There is no mini bar in the room.

Pretty much only paying for location. Room was not cleaned fully. Bathroom is worse than a Motel 6. Beds not comfortable. No fridge in double bed superior ball drop view. I always try keeping it positive but sadly underwhelmed.

This place is like stepping into a 1930's. The grandiose hallways, the rich look and feel of the lobby is impressive. Staff was excellent. The room was exactly as pictured. Did I mention the view from my window was amazing? The view, ah, amazing. The location is perfect, smack dab in the middle.

My husband I frequent the lounge for a small nosh and drinks. Behold this Tea! They offer a delicious, impressive and affordable High Tea as a before Broadway bite to eat. With four open faced mini sandwiches, cucumber and shrimp, accompanied by sweet potato chips, yum! My husband ordered the Quesadillas with freshly minced Pico de Gallo and sour cream. What a delight it was to mix and match those plates together for a quite filling nosh! But wait, there was more! Behold This Tea! Beautiful tea cakes, adorned with chocolate squares, multicolored, bite sized layer cakes, phenomenal tasting (coconut, marzipan) mini Madelines! So many adorable but classy desserts! More cakes then could be consumed by the both of us, so they packed it firmly up for us to (sneak and) eat at a later date. The Milennium lounge is a sophisticated place for a small nosh and drink with a New York Theater crowd view! Thoroughly enjoyable for an evening bite out after work with my husband before the commute home as well!

I had a wonderful stay here. The front desk was amazing. Tiffany in particular was extremely professional. I thought she was the manager. In fact, she should be with the pay because my stay was excellent just because of her customer service.

I'll be back!!
