Traveled 18hrs to be here and when check in time came room "wasn't ready". They told me to go out and explore and they'd call. I'd done that already for 3 hours. No room to sit in the lobby so I, 6 months pregnant, had to sit on the hard marble floor. They said they would check on my room and when it would be cleaned and let me know. Never did. I booked my room 10 months ago. I told them I was pregnant, my travel time, and when I booked. They did nothing. Worst experience ever.

Great room with a FABULOUS view for New Years! Everything else so far has been great they've been very good. Only thing I didn't care for was they're restaurant/bar the rest of my part went to check into the hotel and was waiting for at least 6 mins before someone came by then asked if I wanted a refill. I asked for the check then it was at least another 10 mins. But other than that the drinks were good.

Stayed here two nights for a weekend away during the Christmas season. Very easy to get to and from the subway. The room was clean with the normal modern amenities. Over all great is you want a good view over times square (should ask and probably going to pay a few extra pennies) for a reasonable price.

Stayed here three years ago and it was adequate. Checked in last night and immediately headed for the door. Rooms are dirty, dated and appear uncared for. Rust in the sink...wallpaper peeling...warped faux wood furniture. Listed as a 2 star or 2.5 then okay whatever. But as a 4 star? Not even close.

Centrally located to get to wherever you wish to get. You can hop on the subway and be to most parts of NY in 20min. Has a good gym. The rooms are spacious. Good amenities if you forget to bring a razor or deodorant. We loved the hotel.

Very close to Times Square. Dont plan on an early check in. Everything is kinda old. No usb ports in the rooms. Paint was peeling. Mirror was cracked. Dresser door was about to fall off. But you dont spend a lot of time in the room.

The hotel is good in general, 20 m from the Times Square, which makes it difficult to reach during holidays and weekends due to the huge crowds .. :( Parcels room was not working properly so that reception staff had to send a security guard to deliver packages. This was highlly frustrating

I am a travel agent and I booked some clients into this hotel. I got a call this morning after one night at the hotel. Their website says air conditioning, however it neglects to say it is "not turned on until April 15th". It is unseasonably warm in NYC and one of the travelers is 72 years old and her daughter who is asthmatic, so hot rooms are not good for either of them. I talked to the manager Tim and he said they either have heat or air, not both as the system doesn't accommodate both at the same time. Thankfully they listened to a family member when deciding to book this hotel, so it is not on me for their choice. I will say, I will never recommend this hotel to any of my clients. The carpet is also dirty, the glasses have a greasy film on them, issues with the toilet flushing, bathroom not clean, no coffee maker in room, and no bell man.

Absolute worst experience I ever had in a hotel in New York City. Not cleaned at all and I had a top floor suite with a view. Windows were dirty, floor had crumbs on it, walls at some type of sticky substance all over it, and getting harassed for not holding the elevator for others due to covid elevator limits of only 2 people at a time. Tried to always call the front desk and did not get through to anybody. The remote control also had a sticky substance on it. When you pay for a nice suite not he top floor and spend a lot of money, I expect something nice. Not a motel looking room with city views. The furniture was torn up as well as the coach in the living room. So sad to see and all they did so far was refund me 20 bucks for the troubles. They are not answering any more emails from me. STAY AWAY! Terrible services.

Great location, nice view from room, courteous staff! However, the room I got (4718) ceiling had mold on one corner which made me sick. We had to cut short our stay due the same. Guess because it s an old establishment, but putting the health of guests at stake is not optimum service.

Good structure

Good structure
The location is exceptional, you basically leave the reception and find yourself immersed in the heart of Times Square, the beating heart of New York. I think it is difficult to find a better location.
Good cleaning and service.
Nice view from the rooms.
There is no fridge in the room.

The room was all right but the laudry dep misplaced one of my blouses. Not too impressed about it. They found it in the end but I had to push them to look for it. They included it in the bill but didn't look for it until I asked them to do so.

A hotel located right on Central Park. From many rooms you can look directly into the studio of "Good Morning America". For this top location it is relatively cheap. The hotel has a very high quality, the falls on entering the lobby. At the reception very friendly reception, the room steward made a very friendly impression. Nevertheless, the hotel should start slowly to renovate and modernize the rooms. At some corners it is noticeable that nothing was done for a long time, even if it is still in very good condition. I have been here twice and will gladly return.

Great hotel. But there is no free Wi-Fi, which is very annoying. Good service but the hotel got stuck both design and technological in the 80's. The flow of water in the shower is also in need of improvement.

Great location, very close to centre of Times Square, only takes 30s to walk! Rooms are big with lots of space and they're cleaned and stocked daily with coffee. Staff are helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay here again

The room is spacious. The hotel is close to public transportation, so you don t need to worry about getting lost while trying to find the location for the hotel. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful too.

PRICE: decent, given location etc.

PRICE: decent, given location etc.
LOCATION: great. You walk out the doors right onto Times Square
AMENITIES: Decent. Fitness center is small but well-equipped and clean. Lobby is attractive and has shops and a nice restaurant. Elevators are fast.
STAFF: Great. Staff were responsive to requests, polite, friendly and helpful.
ROOMS: Ok, not great. Room frequently felt humid despite having AC on, bathroom door had no lock, space was tight, pillows were thin and blankets were lumpy. Bathroom had seen better days and had paint spatters on the tile and visible mildew in the caulking and grout. No minibar or refrigerator. Curtains didn't close completely. Walls are paper thin and sounds from other guests easily penetrated. Upon opening drawers, found a bag of someone else's bras and underwear that had been left behind.
OVERALL: I felt it was pretty decent, my wife felt the room was pretty crummy and didn't merit the price. We split the difference and agreed on 3/5 stars.

The worst experience in a hotel. Horrible treatment by cafeteria staff. Unthinkable from entering a hotel of this level. Bad Education. Exorbitant prices in what is out of the established. Nothing collaborators.
Room: ramshackle bathroom. Poor assistance in the room's linen contents.
Situation: the only good thing.

Great hotel in the heart of Times Square. Very close to everything, MTA, shops, food, Empire State Building, Central Park, etc. Clean rooms with attentive staff members. Definitely would stay here again if we were to go back to Times Square.

For the price you pay per night you would think that they would have common amenities like a fridge in a room. But the view was good and it close to time square. Its a nice hotel but it fails on the small things.

Bad experience.

Bad experience.
Dirty and unkempt rooms. No kettle. No mini-bar. Blackout curtains dating back to the eighties with parts that do not hold back the dawn light. For the upper floors 3 out of 5 lifts work (it happens to wait up to 15 minutes). Little courtesy and availability to the bare minimum.
Only the location is good.

As somebody who is not from new york... Paying over 500 dollar for a room to me i would expect some quality or at least respectful service on the day before i arrived i called about parking as i am not from new york nor have ever been and knowing it is a quite busy city calling the millennium to me would be the smartest and most direct way to figure out their situations and or protocols.. After i spoke to front desk about their procedures they had given me an address to park my car in where they supposedly use a discount for the garage if staying at the hotel after i stayed the next day i had gone to leave and the garage that they had told me to park in does not take discounts from the millennium as i went to speak with the front desk manager he proceeded to tell me that "he does not know why somebody would tell me such a thing because you have to go through the hotel itself to get your car issued for a parking garage through the hotel. As i showed him that i called twice on the day before i arrived to make sure about where to park and after realizing that they made a mistake he told me "nothing could be done" and tried giving me a coupon through another garage in replace of the money that i had now lost because of them, in hopes of the parking garage "honoring the coupon" as it was for a different parking garage in the first place! AS WHY WOULD THEY IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT, as i asked for his boss he claimed "nobody there was higher than himself" i explained i wanted his bosses number after in sudden realization that he had a boss he pulled out a busness card handed it told me and rudely told me "she wont be back until tuesday" and that he needed his coupon for the parking garage back and walked away as i called and left a voice mail for the front desk head manager, she has not returned my calls or even tried getting in contact with me about how i was treated, it seemed as if the manager was too worried about the coupon for a parking garage rather than the satisfaction of their customers. Be very aware of your money there and make sure you stop at the hotel to park your car because IT WILL COST YOU!!!! Very unprofessional trying to make myself, and the parking garage pay for their mistakes

Look. I don t be make it a habit to complain. And yet I feel it s important to share for upcoming travellers. Location is great.
Check in was disorganized at best. Not necessarily the staffs fault- no communication on lines, computers froze, people got frustrated. I just kept a forced smile and waited while ppl ignorantly cut just to be told rudely by the manager they were cutting a line. But again, they didn t know bc it was wildly disorganized.
Rooms were dated and unclean. Broken lamp. Peeling wall paper. Our view was great to be sure and I know I was paying for convenience. It s not the worst place I ve stayed but just know what you are paying for.
I won t be choosing this hotel again. Simply bc after a long day touring the city it would be best to feel you can comfortably crash in your well kept, clean room. I didn t feel that way.

A hotel which would have been great in its day, but it feels badly dated and tired now. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough, but rather shabby with peeling wallpaper and water-damaged carpet... and the elevators creak and groan like the Hollywood Tower of Terror at Disney. It's location is great, however.

Great location, really modern and clean reception area.

Rooms need modernising as are dated.
Shower is good but the bath is not a bath, it's far too small.

No water or fridge in room, though there is an ice box???

Reception staff not rude but very direct as opposed to welcoming and friendly.

Could be better....
