EDIT: Seriously. If I could recommend negative stars, I would; the customer service is atrocious and the cars are overpriced. Please read on for details.
I wanted to leave a good review, and give this dealership the benefit of the doubt, but in the end I really can't. From the moment we began the process, I couldn't tell which way was up. We were told that the car was available, but when we arrived it was being serviced. Then we were told that it would be delivered to us at home, which was later recanted. We were told it would be ready in a day or two, we didn't see it for a week. I sent three emails, and all I got back was automated responses. I called their phones, no one picked up. The only time I could get an answer was when I called their personal cell. We were told our trade-in wasn't worth much due to a problem with the title, but when asked, they gave no explanation. When we tried to negotiate price, they wouldn't budge. The loan rate was almost 9%, which is insane on a car; the only reason I accepted is that I'll be paying it off in a few months. Waiting to see if the terms of the loan were a lie as well. When we went to pick up the car, we were told it would have a full tank of gas; after waiting 3 hours, we received our car with a quarter tank of gas. Every step of the way this dealership gave us issues. If you're looking for a vehicle, pass this one by.
EDIT: I gave them a second chance as requested below, and contacted Mr Holliday. After not responding to my first email, I sent a second one 24 hours later. Mr. Holliday was not even aware a negative review had been written. When I told him it had, and the corresponding screen name, I got no reply. I gave them an entire week to account for the single holiday, and they still could not get back to me. In the interim, I am receiving notifications from loan companies that they refused me due to the car being far overpriced, proving that not only do they have horrible customer service, but also horrible sales practices. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company, proving that there is no communication whatsoever. I urge anyone reading this to stay far away.
