LaToya Fowlkes really made my car buying experience simple.

I bought my car almost a year ago, with my busy work schedule, she was able to work to get me a guaranteed approval before wasting my time coming to the dealership. Like most dealers I've delt with tried to lore me in with that "per-approval" bull. She's very knowledgeable, attentive & responsive.

I recommend working with her, because she WON'T waste your time.

My only issue was there was no communication about my car other than an email sent which I wouldn t have seen if something else didn t prompt me to look. I gave them my number but nobody ever called to give me a status or to let me know the car was ready.

My sales consultant Dennis Parker did an excellent job getting me the deal I needed and working with the finance department is a breeze. They understand the concerns and fears of their customers especially the Finance Manager is a very humane individual and it's a pleasure working with him

Emailed in regards to a Santa Fe they had on their lot. Spoke with the internet manager to get pricing and see what else we needed to roll into the online price, so we could figure out our payment.

Everything was set and the numbers were close enough for us to take a drive up. Left on a Saturday, after being told by the internet sales manager that he would be there until 9. Drove 1 Hr 45 Mins to their location. Arrived around 7:00 - 7:15 only to find that the dealership was closed and no one was there. Turnaround and drive back home. Would never deal with them again, nor any MileOne Autogroup now due to this.

Update 2-24-18.
Received call back this morning, msg left. I called back the direct number left within the message and spoke with Michael Barnes this afternoon. I'm thankful that he took the time to listen to my issue when I was calling back for M. Thomas, as per msg 930 am. He told me, and I feel confident that I will receive a call back in the time frame he stated. Thank you Mr. Barnes. I added a star, looking forward to adding more with resolution.

Purchased used Tuscan 12-10-17, still no tags, no order for tag, no call back. I called prior to expiration of temp tag, went there to get another temp tag after 1st 60 day tag expired, 20 days still no call back from ANYONE after several calls and going to dealership to find out where my permanent tags are. Spoke with several people including Michael Thomas who is supposed to be GM last Friday, still no call back, and he said he would call withupdate either way. Spoke with 'Rod' today, messages left, again for GM, no return call. Also had their "IOU" in writing for tow hitch, it STILL hasn't been ordered. This is the 3rd, and now final Heritage Mile One purchase, 2 new, this one used. Such a shame because the Forrester dealership has been stellar. How can you go in person for expiration temp tag and they STILL don't order tags, how? Finance company sending letters for title. Customer service failure. Shame, the sales person was great, no service after sale, that is very telling.

From the very beginning we felt like we were completely taken care of. The service was top notch from everyone there, specifically Stan. He went above and beyond making sure the process from start to finish was a success. Our vehicle was being shipped to the dealership and he made numerous phone calls to us giving us updates throughout the process. We would highly recommend using Stan as he was courteous and patient with us from start to finish.

Usually when you go to car dealership, they are pushy and obnoxious. Not Heritage Hyundai. I received superb customer service and did not feel pushed to do anything that I didn t want to do. I really enjoyed my experience..so much that I left with a brand new car. I d definitely recommend this location to others! If you re in search of a new vehicle, be sure to ask for Ibrahim. He s awesome!

I went to this shop without any schedule and the whole experience was amazing from entering to Heritage Hyundai to leaving with your new ride you love - mine was SONATA. In particular, Ibrahim Kassim was really great at what he does. He responded to all my queries in a manner which is very professional and courteous, and made the whole experience more fun. It took me less than half a day to finish the process and my whole experience here was excellent. Keep the good job up guys!

Had a great experience buying my new-used car from Lisa there! She was very informative about all stages of the process and was a pleasure to deal with.

Of all the dealerships we went to, she was the only sales person we met with who had a detailed list of the vehicles available when we went out onto the lot with her. No asking around for prices from the sales manager or guessing games. We gave her our price, asked us what we were looking for and showed us what she had that met that criteria. Lisa also didn't care that we were younger buyers (25), but all the other sales people we talked to at the other dealerships we visited wrote us off because of our age.

The F&I manager we signed with was also very helpful, but I can't remember his name at the moment.

Over all, an excellent buying experience. I would Highly recommend buying a car from heritage Hyundai. My girlfriend and myself both have in the past 2 years, and I can say that this is where I plan to buy my future vehicles, specifically from Lisa!!!

I find the car buying process to be so stressful but Heritage Hyundai made it simple. George & Nima were fantastic to work with I told George what I was looking for & he gave me a great price with no hassle. Nima was helpful, attentive & was able to get the financing process started before I even got to the dealership! I had a great experience here & would highly recommend. Thank you, Heritage Hyundai!

EDIT: Seriously. If I could recommend negative stars, I would; the customer service is atrocious and the cars are overpriced. Please read on for details.

I wanted to leave a good review, and give this dealership the benefit of the doubt, but in the end I really can't. From the moment we began the process, I couldn't tell which way was up. We were told that the car was available, but when we arrived it was being serviced. Then we were told that it would be delivered to us at home, which was later recanted. We were told it would be ready in a day or two, we didn't see it for a week. I sent three emails, and all I got back was automated responses. I called their phones, no one picked up. The only time I could get an answer was when I called their personal cell. We were told our trade-in wasn't worth much due to a problem with the title, but when asked, they gave no explanation. When we tried to negotiate price, they wouldn't budge. The loan rate was almost 9%, which is insane on a car; the only reason I accepted is that I'll be paying it off in a few months. Waiting to see if the terms of the loan were a lie as well. When we went to pick up the car, we were told it would have a full tank of gas; after waiting 3 hours, we received our car with a quarter tank of gas. Every step of the way this dealership gave us issues. If you're looking for a vehicle, pass this one by.

EDIT: I gave them a second chance as requested below, and contacted Mr Holliday. After not responding to my first email, I sent a second one 24 hours later. Mr. Holliday was not even aware a negative review had been written. When I told him it had, and the corresponding screen name, I got no reply. I gave them an entire week to account for the single holiday, and they still could not get back to me. In the interim, I am receiving notifications from loan companies that they refused me due to the car being far overpriced, proving that not only do they have horrible customer service, but also horrible sales practices. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company, proving that there is no communication whatsoever. I urge anyone reading this to stay far away.

I had the best experience purchasing a used car from Stan Grabovski. He is the best salesperson that I ever encountered purchasing a used car or new car. He knew the product so well he was able to explain and demonstrate every feature of the car I bought. I have never had an experience like this. He filled the gas tank before I left. I called my insurance company the next day and found out they had already called and updated my car information. I have never had a dealership do either of those two things.He thoroughly answered every question that I threw at him. I would recommend this gentleman to family, friends and people I have never met. I felt that I was treated fairly and that the service was amazing. I don't like spending money but he made this a good experience. Stan is knowledgeable, polite, and a good listener. I came out of this with the car that I wanted and needed. Please see him if you are in the market for a good car.

I had another great experience today with the service department. I called for a same day appointment to repair a slow leak in my tire. They were able to get me in right away and found I had drove over a large nail. They were able to fix it and saved me from having to replace it.

I feel like they're always on my side and looking out for my best interest. I trust them and wish I had found them and Hyundai sooner. It's a great car and a well run service department.

We were looking for a family sized sedan to accomodate our family of 4. We had a marathon day of looking at a number of different cars and comparing prices. Joel Bachand showed us the Sonata and it was at the top of our list with the Kia Optima. However, once Joel and the rest of the team worked up a price for us (which included a holiday discount, a graduation discount and a competitive company discount) and added on a trade in value for our current car (which was by far and away better than any other dealership) we decided to buy right then and there. Joel made the whole process a breeze and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. He even talked teenage mutant ninja turtles with my son as we waited. I highly recommend.

We shopped for SUVs for months. Thanks to Abby Karanja, we now have a 2017 Tucson that we love. Towson Hyundai works so well as a team. Stan Gabrovski and John Merson got us the exact car (and some) at the price we wanted. When we came in unexpectedly on Stan's day off, Jackie Coco stepped right in. The process was seamless and even LaToya Fowlkes assured us that if we have questions about anything not to hesitate to call her or anyone there. Highly recommend this dealership! After agreeing on a vehicle and traveling 2 hrs to finalize the paperwork (appointment)we found that they were selling the car to someone who offered more money. Not even a call from the salesman, to cancel the appointment. After the manager claimed to want to help out a military man. No respect for this place.

My experience with this dealership was not a great...

My experience with this dealership was not a great one. To begin, I was confirmed by Stephanie Ross who is the Internet Manager that the vehicle I inquired about was still available. I setup an appointment to come see it and was assigned a sales agent who apparently was not going to be helping me as he had his day off. Instead, the dealership threw my appointment into the lap of another sales consultant who had no idea what was going on. I was also called by two separate sales managers to confirm my appointment when I had already confirmed it through email with the salesman who apparently wasn't even supposed to help me. When I mentioned which car I was here to see, I was told it was not at that location and they didn't know where it was. It took 30 minutes to figure out it was at another dealership 20 minutes away. It took another 20 minutes for them to figure out what was going on to then say I needed to travel to the other dealership with my salesman which wasted over an hour of my time without even beginning the process yet. Overall, it took 5 hours to trade my car in and buy a new one. They were extremely slow and just kept saying that we are about right on pace for how long it should take which my salesman said it takes 4 hours. I'm sorry, but my wife and I have never spent more than 2 hours purchasing a car before. I also asked my salesman the difference between the trim levels of the vehicle that I was looking into and he had no idea the difference between the Sport, Value and Limited models. Though I am happy about the vehicle I purchased, I was not happy with the process and the lack of care you all had for my time.

I came to the dealership after years of dealing with what I thought was a battery problem. I was beyond frustrated because no one could figure out why my car would stop starting and the alarm would malfunction. After several brand new batteries, countless calls to AAA, and too many trips to the dealership, I went in to talk to Mike Ruth, Service Manager. Mike is a no nonsense guy but was determined to solve my issue. Mike and the technician, Chris, and Sean (intake) worked until they resolved my issue. They were courteous and gave us the attention we needed at a fair price. I left my car in good hands knowing that Mike not only wanted to resolve the issue but he wouldn't quit until he did! Thank you Mike for excellent service. Thank you for patiently working with us to get our issue resolved. Thank you for great service!

Very poor customer service, it was my first time there and the staff was not welcoming at all , when i first got there the door was still locked the staff and a room full of customers watched me and another lady trying to get in took about 10mins before someone came and let us in . Then i get inside the cashier was not friendly at all , the guys in the service part was very rude about me not pulling my car up to the gate ( this was my first time there and each hyundai is different ) some help would have been great . The one lady that sit at the back desk in service with blondish hair I believe was the only nice lady . Overall i did not like it and will never pay my money there again .

Fantastic experience. I worked with Thomas Hamme originally via internet and he was very responsive. Got back to me right away with options. Unfortunately I could not make it in the day he worked so he left the Manager a note I would be in. The Manager Darmon hooked me up with Stan Gabrovski for a test drive and even though I was not Stan's customer he went above and beyond to make me comfortable and help me with my decision. I would Like to thank Stan and Thomas for making this deal happen. Stan even helped me get the new car home!! Very happy.

When I initially came to Heritage I was unsure if they were going to be able to meet my financial and personal needs. Prior to my visit, I called over the phone and spoke with Bristol Jordan. He was a very informative gentleman, which made me feel comfortable to drive to dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership I was pleasantly greeted promptly at the door. I felt welcome the moment I stepped into the building. Bristol and his managers were able to meet my financial needs while giving me the best options for my vehicle. I was very skeptical coming to a traditional dealership for the first time; however, Bristol was an excellent and honest salesman. I would highly recommend family and friends to Heritage Hyundai solely based on the amazing experience with Mr. Jordan. Personally, I feel he is the definition of a great salesman.

I had my eye on the Elantra for a good number of years. After careful research, I decided to inquire about the 2018 Elantra GT. Heritage Hyundai received good reviews so I contacted the dealership for a test drive. Great car but automatic and I am strictly a manual driver. I had the pleasure of working with Matt Long. He made it happen. Matt said he could find me my perfect Elantra GT with a manual transmission and he did. Not only was it manual but it was in the color I had expressed interest in - what a pleasant surprise - I could not stop smiling. It s a beautiful car. Matt, his co-workers and the GM listen to you and work with you. Do not expect high pressure tactics. It won t happen at Heritage (the atmosphere is light, pleasant). Not only did I purchase my dream car but I also got a great deal. The finance department is very efficient and you are in and out quickly. This is my third Hyundai. I plan to be a lifelong Hyundai owner. Heritage s service department is exceptional, as well. I highly recommend Heritage Hyundai and Matt Long. Well done.

Joey is straight forward, honest service manager who instead of trying to push unwanted repairs on me, explained what he was seeing with my car and what he thought was reasonable and wise to do. I appreciated him not giving me a company line and his agreement with me on several points I made. I'd recommend working with him in the future.

My experience was awesome George Thompson sales consultant/manager went to great lengths to make sure I got the exact SUV, color and all the bells and whistles (2021 Pallaside Sierra Burgundy with black leather interior) and Deon Dalmida sales consultant made sure I was comfortable and took the time to show me all the features of the SUV unfortunately I was so excited (as this was my Christmas gift from my husband) I was not really paying attention however Deon assured me that I could call or stop by at any time if I had any questions about my SUV. If you're in the market to purchase an affordable, dependable SUV, the Santa Fe is a great choice. I just recently purchased one. I received the best purchase experience while touring through the stock/inventory on site there. The sales manager & staff were extremely personable & knowledgeable. I was very direct with the features I was in interested, as well as my budget. I was able to purchase my selection & stay in my budget without any hassle, or sales gimmicks! My sales manager, agent & fiance manager worked diligently to assure that I was satisfied. The entire purchase was completed in less than 2 hours!!! Kudos to Justin, Domick & Romey!!!!! In addition, Deanna in the Service Dept is personable & approachable! This has been the best car purchase that I've experienced in the past 2 decades. Heritage Hyundai has earned a 5 star review rating from my family.

Bought a 2003 Honda Civic on Dec 26 2012 on a snowy day. It looked great and the price was on target. The next day I noticed the paint was messed-up on much of the car. Went back and although it was a busy time of year, they corrected the problem and made things right.Scott Fienstein, the Gen Sales Manager, in particular was the one who really engineered this for me. Btw, A YEAR LATER THE CAR LOOKS FINE AND STILL RUNS WELL.

I've only ever had an issue once but on the same day, I got a call from Roman Clark. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. Mostly, I appreciated how prompt he was when my issue came to his attention.

I was there this past weekend and Mr. Blazek was super helpful and very kind. I had a lot of follow up questions on the recommendations given to me for my car and he sat down and explained everything to me, why he thinks its important and got the mechanic to help with questions. This was my first time dealing with major car issues. I was nervous about what to do and didn't want to be taken advantage of due to being naive, but Mr. Blazek was very helpful! I will continue going back because I feel confident in their service and their recommendations to me!

I recommend this dealership to anyone who either requires or appreciates the most polished paragon of customer service. I had an extremely complicated and arduous case in the process of getting my car. I didnt have a lisence, had a cosigner outside of the state, and furthermore had an absurd amount of paperwork that needed to be completed in a specificc order in order for me to get my 2013 Hatchback. My sales consultant Bruce was willing to sit and work hard through every annoying step of this process. When he wasnt driving me to different locations to recieve the paperwork I needed, he and his sales manager, Jason, were working tirelessly to expidite my sale. Bruce even drove up to Glen Burnie to give the proper paperwork I needed for the MVA. Very friendly efficient, I would consider my purchase at MileOne to be the best experience with a car purchase I have ever had. Thank you again!

I can t say enough good things about this dealership. Greg was awesome!! Not only was did he explain everything to me in a way I could understand, he treated me as if he knew me forever. I traveled four hours to get the car and he made it so simple. He communicated everything I needed to know before I got there. There were no surprises. As soon as I arrived, the sales manager greeted me and immediately took me to Greg. Everything was ready to go. If you re looking for a new car, this is the place to go! They really made me feel welcome and made my shopping experience a breeze. Everyone is personable and professional. Thanks for everything guys!!

Horrible experience. I wish I had researched more and found another dealership.

I have three complaints.

First, despite purchasing my car (in full - another mistake) two months ago, I still do not have my title. It has been so long, in fact, that the dealer-issued temporary tags have expired. I notified the dealership one month ago my tags were expiring, and they claimed to have started the extension process. Following up, I was told all was well. They even told me they would ship the tags overnight (but refused to provide a tracking number). They were all lies. Having called the Maryland DMV (and also DC DMV, just in case), I was told no application had been submitted. Given that you cannot extend your temporary tags by yourself, there is literally nothing you can do.

Communication is extremely poor. Disregarding the blatant lying (a major problem also), do not expect to be called back (especially if they tell you they will call back). If you send an e-mail, there is about a 40% chance they will answer it. I am not exaggerating.

Finally, pricing is inaccurate. I was originally quoted $10,000 as an "out-the-door" price; when it came to sign, it was north of $11,000. I have found this is generally the case at most used dealerships, though.

Having recently separated from the military and returned from overseas, my standards were extremely low. I wanted to 1) purchase a car, 2) receive my title, and 3) be able to drive it. My tags have been expired for a week, and to add insult to injury, the lies just keep coming.

I wish I had never gone here. No matter what justification you tell yourself ("well most of the reviews seem positive..." - don't be fooled, look at recent reviews on other sites, like yelp), it's just not worth it.

A great place with good prices but the negative review is because of an employee who helped us with our car purchase. I edited this review because at first he gave my wife and I a card with the name of another employee and I used that name in my previous review. I do apologize for that!

The process took about 7 hours because the guy was just all over the place. I have never seen a slower person than that guy. Everything else was good but losing a whole day with him guy was killing me ...

Another great deal with Heritage Hyundai Towson! ...

Another great deal with Heritage Hyundai Towson! This is my second new car purchase from this dealership and same sale consultant. First I went to Heritage and got a good offer from Stan Gabrovski. I wanted see I could get a better deal from other dealership and Stan and his price manager allowed me to try, no pressure to commit and will keep their offer on the table even when I left. I tried other hyundai dealerships within maryland (i cannot spell out their names, but I will spend the time to write those poor reviews because they didn't even try to work with me) and only 1 of them could only match Heritage, but with the condition was that I sign with them or else the offer is off their table. I hate being forced and realizing that Heritage's good offer is actually a great deal, I went back to Heritage and they honored their great offer. Heritage Hyundai showed integrity.

Stan Gabrovski will not pressure you to sign with them because he wanted me to compare the options and offers with the other dealerships. That shows that he's not forcing me and also very confident in their offer. While at Heritage, he put in the TIME and EFFORT to allow me try both Tucson and Sonata and different trims so I get a good feel of what I want. He worked with me into midnight hour, at least 3 hours past his regular hours. He really worked with me to get my trade value and sale value to what I realized was a very fair and a great deal overall. I ended up wanting the 2017 Sonata turbo which was rare since 2018 models are released. So he and his manager put in alot of time and effort over 4 days to get me that car and the color I was happy with. The car was delivered over 100 miles away.

Ryan Stoll, the manager at closing the sale, did not pressure me either in purchasing their maintenance or care packages. He offered me plenty of time to read through each care package contracts, not just taking his word of mouth. Not a single moment did I feel coerced or pressured to buy any of them.

I will definitely recommend you to try out Heritage Hyundai Towson especially if you ever feel pressured by another dealership. I worked with Stan twice already, and both times, very very happy.

I don't think I would ever return to Hyundai. While the salesperson, Bristol Jordan, was fine, the management delights in game-playing, bait-and-switch offers, and a series of slight-of-hand activities. I dealt with 2 different managers, and I walked out when they wouldn't deal with me. They called me after I wrote something online about my experience, and it appeared that they were going to address my concerns and meet my needs as a consumer. Then, their published offer was "not in play at the time I came in." They have an email with a "Black Friday" offer at the end, but now that offer is no good? Who the heck is in charge of these managers? It sounds as if they went to the school of TOTAL SLEAZE U. So sorry that I didn't have the experience; I am quite sure that I will hear from a manager in response to this review, but Heritage Hyundai is more concerned with their online reviews than their in-house dealings. You have lost my business, Heritage.

Heritage responded, and in true Heritage Hyundai fashion, they did not read my message carefully enough (or enough to care). The managers here are terrible. Salespeople are at their mercy. Thank you, Heritage. I purchased at Jones Hyundai.
