I came to the dealership after years of dealing with what I thought was a battery problem. I was beyond frustrated because no one could figure out why my car would stop starting and the alarm would malfunction. After several brand new batteries, countless calls to AAA, and too many trips to the dealership, I went in to talk to Mike Ruth, Service Manager. Mike is a no nonsense guy but was determined to solve my issue. Mike and the technician, Chris, and Sean (intake) worked until they resolved my issue. They were courteous and gave us the attention we needed at a fair price. I left my car in good hands knowing that Mike not only wanted to resolve the issue but he wouldn't quit until he did!
