Its easy to be a big contractor when you dont pay the small guys who do the work for you. Milender White Construction Co. has not payed me for services renderd on the Moana Portfolio # 511-050 141 tubs. Milender White had no end date in contract and hired an onther contractor over us and took 30 tubs off our contract and expects us to pay the other contractor when they were the one's in void of contract. All we want is to be payed for the work we did, Thanks big guy I need to feed my kids as well.
Worst General Contractor ever. Do not pay subs and find reasons to take massive amounts of money from your contract. Scheduling is not coordinated with anyone outside of their own personnel and subs are not allowed any input. Nightmare working conditions with trade stacking. Stay away from these guys so you don't go bankrupt from one project. Numerous lawsuits have been filed in numerous states so beware.
We were a subcontractor for them in the Winter Park base expansion and new to large jobs. Everything was going well on phase one, got paid liked the PM etc. Phase two we had signed submittals and delivered all goods and services as signed off on. They cut corners on what the owner requested on the bid, like window color and ADA threshold needs. Did not get paid close to $60k and because of the legal system going to court was no guarantee that we would be paid. We ended up eating the loss. Not sure how they are still in business.
Terrible attitude rude customer service skills and lack of professionalism. Never using their services again.
