We were a subcontractor for them in the Winter Park base expansion and new to large jobs. Everything was going well on phase one, got paid liked the PM etc. Phase two we had signed submittals and delivered all goods and services as signed off on. They cut corners on what the owner requested on the bid, like window color and ADA threshold needs. Did not get paid close to $60k and because of the legal system going to court was no guarantee that we would be paid. We ended up eating the loss. Not sure how they are still in business.
