hostess ruined our whole dinner. rude and on her phone

The service and food we're wonderful, however we were unable to use a gift card at the Airport Ecco for reasons that were not explicitly stated in the Fifth Group's website. My wife and I received a gift card to celebrate our anniversary, intended to use it before an outgoing flight, but instead we're stuck with a pretty expensive bill. Our waiter was kind but unable to explain why it wasn't usable at this location.

The team at Fifth Group/Bold Catering was very accommodating throughout the craziness that has ensued with COVID-19. We booked Lure for our Friday night event and Bold Catering for our wedding on Saturday. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding and the company was very helpful throughout the process. Our deposit for Lure was returned to use in the form of gift cards, so we can continue to patron Fifth Group restaurants and Bold Catering held our deposit to be used by end of year 2021. We ve already been back to Fifth Group restaurants to enjoy our gift cards and can t recommend this team of folks enough. Thank you for respecting your customers!
