Seriously very hard to give feedback and contact customer service. This week has been chaotic in FF Empire. More than 15 lockers can t be used bcos of either broken or locked without anything inside. Lots of explanation and excuses from the managers but not a single mitigation plan shared. Maybe members felt frustrated not being able to use the gym and there s practically not enough lockers for the men. Also there s no help desk or customer service no on the website.
FF pls check all your branches and get your act together or we can go to tribunal court and get refunds for all the days we can t use the gym.

I've been member for few years already. Nice facilities & group programmes. Have steam room (no normal sauna). Recently too many people on the evenings , especially on the weights area. Only 2 equipments for pull-ups available and they are always occupied

If possible I want to give 0 star to fitness first 1 Mont Kiara. What a lousy club compared to other fitness first !!! My wife and I we travel to different club regularly to exercise because we love to try and experience different club facilities. Today we came to fitness first in 1 Mont Kiara with our 14 and 15 teenagers. And the club refused to let our children to wait for us at the customer lounge and reason given was because of safety ....What safety are they talking about ?!!!!!!!! They said they could only waited at the entrance long bench. Due to that we have to cancel our exercise.
We have been to many FF clubs and this is the only club that refuse to let our children waiting inside the club ....FF management please look into this !!!!!! What customer service are you giving to your customer ? Both myself and my wife pay few hundred ringgit a month not to be treated that way !!!!

The worse experience I have ever had. They r really scammers and cheat ppl. I have signed up for 1 year contract and paid lump sum membership for a year. And I have got a PT which was not responsible for her duty and resigned from there. She talked about the management really badly but since it s none of my business I didn t care. I had around 20 sessions left but when I went last time my sessions are disappeared and it was suddenly 12?? I asked them to investigate for me how come it s so less?! The manager Mikey talked big and promised to investigate. And in the end until now he didn t solve anything. He was wasting my 3 months membership. And Mikey told me that he can t check. How come u can t even check in your system? What kind of scam is this company. Which is really shame. Brand such as Fitness First having this kind of management. I m not gonna end here. I will go till the end. Horrible service
