My husband and I went with money in pocket to purchase a new Harley, we were there for 1/2 hour and could not get anybody to help us.

Worst part Place ever I would never send anyone there for parts part people there do not know a thing about parts I brought and a manual oil pressure gauge and I looked at me like I was retarded

My experience was perfect, walked in, knew what I was looking at, worked with Rich, got it finished in one day. The staff loves what they do and they make it easy to go through the motions and get it all done at once.

Awesome sales staff and large selection of new and used bikes

A great 1st time experience. The place is huge and is filled with a lot of memorabilia. Have you ever heard of Big Boy Hamburger restaurants? They have one of the statues there that all restaurants had in front of them.
The old T-Bird painted to honor the branches of armed forces is remarkable.
Great selection of new and used bikes. No sales pressure was present.
I have no experience with their service dept., but a buddy did get his stereo flashed on a Sunday while we waited. He had no appointment and it only took a half hour. I was impressed that they even had service available on a Sunday.

This place is HUGE!!! They had a ton of bikes. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

What can I say...Put aside the size of the dealership... even put aside they are a Harley Davidson dealership... leave behind any previous experiences you have had at any other dealer... and trust me as soon as you enter into Mike's you are greeted with smiles from employees who WANT to work there and are eager to help you or direct you to the appropriate person who can! Seriously you become part of their family; they 'get' when things come up, they 'work with you' to fulfill your needs (not their quota), they remember your name, and there prices are more than fair! Dont just drive past the old Coke building; stop in, enjoy a free cup of coffee, relax and look around. Its not just a dealership experience!

Cool and very large HD dealership. I just went in to burn some time and see what they had, as I do when I travel sometimes. I didn't even buy anything and the apparel lady and I had a nice chat. Cool HD shop.

Jason, in my opinion, is the best employee you have working @ Mike's. I met him when I bought my first Spyder in 2013 and he is the only one I really like to deal with in the service department. He is the reason I keep coming back. He bends over backwards to help and if he doesn't have the answer he will research it for you.

The actual service technicians (mechanics) that have worked on my 2013 and now my 2016 Spyder are also very good.

I have been riding street bikes for 32 yrs without a license. Bought my first Harley 26 yrs ago and I am a Harley addict now.So I finally decided to become a legal rider and took the course at Mikes Famous and it was an awesome experience. That taught me stuff I just took for granted. The coaches were awesome. They made the class fun and informative. And my classmates were also awesome we didn't have a bad apple in our group. I really hope I run into them someday. Anyway back to the class. Again it is worth the time to do I feel everyone who takes this course will be a safer and more cautious rider. I have experience Mike's Famous staff from the riding academy to purchasing my first bike. As a beginner rider they have taught and coached me through the whole process. I could not ask for better service, and I would recommend them to anyone that is interested in rider, from beginner to expert.

Shirl's Ya Gurl! Just purchased my first machine at Mike's and Shirl was an absolute dream to work wit . She was patient and answered all of my questions. The whole process was very painless. Go to Mike's Famous and ask for Shirl, you won't be dissappointed.

I was told that the service dept at Mike's is very expensive, so I was reluctant to bring my Ultra Limited in for service. Well to my surprise, the service they performed(resetting the computer for my high beams) was free of charge. The service staff was very professional and courteous. They treated my bike like it was theirs. Moral of the story, don't believe everything you hear. I will not hesitate to bring my bike in for service next time. Great Job Mike's!! Thanks, Vic

Rich did it again. We just purchased the CVO Triglide (our 5th new bike from Mike's). Rich at Mike's Harley Davidson got us a great deal on the bike and took care of us throughout the purchasing process. The whole sales and financing team is great. Jason in parts was outstanding (as usual) and TJ in service got us promptly in for some tweaking on the bike. Over all great team at Mike's - which is exactly what we have come to expect from them. I bought my 2012 Fat Boy new from Mike's. Continue to service it there and buy parts, clothing, etc. Great staff! I put a lot of new parts on the bike and recently had the bike stored for the winter and a bunch of service performed. They were great at getting a lot of the work covered under my extended warranty. I also had the bike detail cleaned and it looks and runs great.

Mikes is the best Harley dealer I've come across. I live on longisland and choose to spend 75 dollars on ferry to get there. There sales,parts, and service are top notch. They make it work with whatever schedule u have. I brought my bike in for a recall called the day before and they got it done. Dealers by me would be a couple weeks wait.

I was at Mike's to attend the Rider Safety course. This course was extremely informative and thorough. Our time out of the classroom and riding was spent inside the dealership. Every single person we encountered were polite, and available to answer any questions. A great experience. I will be back whether it is to buy a part,clothing,gear or a bike.

Several months ago I took advantage of Harley's Heroes Ride Free program and took my beginners riding class at Mike's. Within two weeks of the class I purchased my first bike, a Softail Slim from Mike's. The sales staff were excellent, Austin and George were extremely helpful. This afternoon I ran into little battery issue when I left my Harley's lights on, doh! I called up the dealership and Austin came down to where I was stranded and jumped my bike for me. This goes far beyond customer service I could expect from any dealership. I am a Mike's Famous customer for life!

I bought a super nice used bike from Mike's last year. I ended up having several electrical related issues over the following year. JV, the service manager, and the owner himself took a personal interest in getting the problem fixed once and for all. They offered several alternatives which were all acceptable and far more than I thought they'd be willing to do, and far more that I KNOW any other Harley dealership would have done in the same situation. In the end, they found the source of a VERY complicated problem and I'm a happy camper. The saying "Love the Bike, hate the company" is no longer applicable (at least when it comes to Mike's customers). You can count on them to stand behind the product and to do so without the fuss, and upset other dealerships often require. Sometimes I think these other dealerships make it as hard as they can so you'll feel as if they're doing you a favor by providing service at all. Mike's is AWESOME. They take care of you without all the hassle and it seems as if they feel customer satisfaction is the bare minimum they work toward. I feel so strongly about this business, I recommended them to my Son who purchased a brand new bike from them. Keep up the good work Mike and associates! You give Harley a good name!

I cannot express or say enough good things about Mike's Famous. I made the drive up from the Bronx and it is so well worth the trip. The facilty is amazing and has such a rich history being an old Coca-Cola factory. I originally went to look at a metric they had for sale and ended up getting a Superlow which fit me much better. The buying process was painless, well explained and complete to pleasure to have. They go above, beyond and out of their way to make you feel good about your decision to buy here. Always ready to answer questions. And I had TONS, lol. Greg, my salesperson, was awesome. I am so grateful to have found them. Everyone here is simply amazing. You're always greeted with a smile.

I recently purchased a used ATV from Mike s Famous. What wonderful people to deal with, it was a very gratifying experience. I encountered some problems while registering the ATV in my home State of New York so Kevin took all my necessary New York State paperwork, completed it and mailed the documents back to me, done. I am changing my original post in light of a response from the dealership I want to give thanks to Austin 4 correcting the problem with my purchase of my V-Rod I also want to give thanks to Mike for stepping up to the plate and rectifying issue. Mike and his team have come through have rectified the issue and I am extremely grateful and extremely happy and proud that I purchase my first Harley from his dealership I made a almost eight hundred mile drive to pick up the motorcycle and it was well worth it even though there are dealerships in my area on behalf of myself and my family thank you Mike thank you Austin
