I bought a super nice used bike from Mike's last year. I ended up having several electrical related issues over the following year. JV, the service manager, and the owner himself took a personal interest in getting the problem fixed once and for all. They offered several alternatives which were all acceptable and far more than I thought they'd be willing to do, and far more that I KNOW any other Harley dealership would have done in the same situation. In the end, they found the source of a VERY complicated problem and I'm a happy camper. The saying "Love the Bike, hate the company" is no longer applicable (at least when it comes to Mike's customers). You can count on them to stand behind the product and to do so without the fuss, and upset other dealerships often require. Sometimes I think these other dealerships make it as hard as they can so you'll feel as if they're doing you a favor by providing service at all. Mike's is AWESOME. They take care of you without all the hassle and it seems as if they feel customer satisfaction is the bare minimum they work toward. I feel so strongly about this business, I recommended them to my Son who purchased a brand new bike from them. Keep up the good work Mike and associates! You give Harley a good name!
