Shirl helped my husband to buy bike #2 (an upgrade). She was very knowledgeable about the bike as well as the task of getting the bike paid for!! She answered everyone of our questions quickly and did this all with a smile. Thank you Shirl! (also a shout out to Nick as he began the process and we don't want him left out - my husband has picked apart Nick's ear on numerous occasions and we are very grateful that he will take the time to clear any questions we have.)
