Sorry I do not remember the names of the people that helped us, but everyone was very helpful and nice. Great Shop! I bought my 2012 Switchback from Mike's when they where in Groton, CT and I received the same great service.
The sales staff is great. The people are all really attentive. It is a completely different experience then 90% of other Harley dealerships I have been to. If you are serious about getting a bike this is the place to go!

Terrible service. Put a front tire on my bike that was too large & rubbed against my forks & fenders! Gauged my handbars & refused to repair any damages that they have done to my bike. Highly recommend not going there!!! Crooks & mechanics not adequately trained!
Well went to a outdoor event and saw Michele and was just browsing and wow left with a new 2017 street glide. I am so happy with the three people I dealt with at Mike's. Very awesome people. Love my new ride.
I was referred to Mikes from a very good friend of mine. He reached out to over 20 dealerships before he made his purchase (Breakout with a 120R) in 2014, so it's safe to say, he did the homework for me. I was absolutely clueless when it came to Harley Davidson motorcycles besides the info you can get online. I went in to Mike's on a Sunday about 30 mins before closing. I was greeted (not pitched) by several people working there. I finally ended up talking to Nick there, who went over the many different models in thorough detail. I never felt pressure, and it was honestly the most casual vehicle purchase I've had. The pickup was perfect. The follow ups are a great reminder that they care about the client after the sale. I highly recommend.
Bought the Bike and was offered to run the wheel of goodies. Forgot to run the wheel in the excitement of credit approval and all. Never reminded me and when sale was done realized I missed to run the wheel to get some perks. When called the sales person she said cant do anything now since the deal is done.

Rather then write a long detailed review I'm going to make it simple. It will basically sum it up. One used bike and four new bikes purchased from Mike's in 11 years. At Mike's it like getting together with old friends. No high pressure sales. And your not forgotten after the sale. The service department is great. Most things they can do for you right away even if you don't have an appointment.

I have a 2003 Heritage Softail and I needed to replace the bulbs in my auxiliary headlights . Initially I was told that Harley no longer made the bulbs any longer. But then after the guys in parts put their heads together it was found that a Halogen conversion kit was made and the kit was tracked down and was available at Mikes and my problem was resolved.

I stopped in over the weekend and was blown away by the dealership! The variety of products is great, having something for everyone! The fireplace was a nice touch, as is keeping the old Coke elevator! I will be telling my friends about Mike's and will return soon!
My experience was excellent. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My sales associate was VERY patient with me. I never once felt rushed or pressured into getting something I wasn t comfortable handling. I would absolutely recommend checking these guys out.

A Harley dealer set in an old Coca Cola factory, how cool is that!! Huge inventory of new and used bikes, and not just Harleys. Big selection of riding gear and merchandise. Prices are what you would expect for a dealer, and the staff seem friendly and knowledgeable.
My daughter and I took the Learn to Ride program at Mike's to get our CT motorcycle endorsements. Excellent class, excellent instructor. The sales staff is all knowledgeable and when we are ready to buy Harleys this is likely to be the first place we look.

I've been to Mike's a couple of times now and I can stay that the service is always great! My first visit was to buy some gloves, the machine somehow charged me twice and the management team worked hard to get me a refund within a business week which was superb of them! The second time was for my riding course, the coaches are absolutely fabulous and made me super confident as a first time motorcycle rider/learner. I left Mike's a smarter and safer passenger and rider. The third and fourth time was to buy a motorcycle! My husband ended up trading in his older bike for something he's been wanting more. Not only was the test drive great, the process smooth but we were able to add on things such as the windshield and a new seat after we decided something different would be best. The service at Mike's has always been great and our process of buying a bike from Nick was down right enjoyable!

Forgot to write how great my experience was! I wasn't sure if anything could be done for my situation and my wife and I really needed a large cruiser for stat to state trips. Alonzo was very great to deal with! Mike stepped in to help work out the deal and get a payment I could afford, long story short I love my 04' Ultra Classic. I have since taken it back for the cam tensioner upgrade and storage. I am a customer for life! Thanks to the entire team!
