A visit to Mike's. for whatever reason, is always cool. The whole family has been doing "bike stuff" here for so long that's it's turned into more of a "pick up what you need...and visit with friends" thing.

I purchased a new motorcycle from Mike in 2015. Since then I have been back to Mike several times. Sometimes to purchase add-ons for the bike, to get my oil changed or to just walk around and have a cup of coffee. The staff is always so pleasant and always has time to answer questions or assist me with whatever I need. Mike's Harley-Davidson is a great place to purchase a motorcycle for so many reasons.

mikes was awesome. nick helped me and was very eager and knowledgeable about the bikes. the rest of the staff was also extremity enthusiastic. after purchaser a used bike the mechanics did a fantastic job of cleaning it up and makinh it look mew again before delivering it to nj for me.

Rich Petersen was my sales person. He was a pleasure to work with. I was trading in a hardly used bike and was looking for something a little different. He took a great interest in my quest showed me a few bikes that might fit my needs. When we settled on the one I was sure would work. He offered a trial ride to solidify my decision. He did at no time put any pressure on my decision. Which for me is exactly how I deal. When it came to the financial situation he asked what it would take to close the deal. I told him and he meet with the finance person we had a deal. Ask if I was satisfied you bet. It was a pleasant experience and Rich made it a pleasure as well as a rewarding one. I will definitely recommend Mike's H.D. to my friends and have them ask for Rich.

Wonderful staff, they were very helpful and their prices are the best around. Even for HD.

I walked in at 10:30am for a test ride on 2 bikes. I had all the proper paperwork with me and a down payment ready to go. I rode the 2 bikes and made my choice. I rode new bike home at 2:30pm :) The bike was registered and insured legally and on a Sunday. Awesome! Thanks guys!

Great staff! George in sales reached out to me on a bike I was selling and invited me down for the service team to look at the bike and make an offer. George went over the bikes issues and offered me many solutions. This is one of the best Harley dealers I ve visited. The family atmosphere and knowledgeable staff make it a pleasure to visit! I've bought 3 Road Glides here since 2005, a 2000, 2008, and now my 2018. Great new location, cool people, fun animals (I loved the pig). My kind of atmosphere. Been to almost every dealership in the Tri state area, and BY FAR this is the best run operation I've ever seen. Jhoff and big country: no better techs around and incredible knowledge of high performance applications. Diagnosis skills by both extremely impressive. "Cookie" is awesome too. He is the first guy you should ask for once you walk in. This guy IS what customer service is all about.
My next new bike and tire shredder kit motor work purchase will be only at this dealer. It is over an hour and a half away from where I live. even if it was 5 hrs away, it still wouldn't make a difference - I would STILL make the drive. This is no bullshit. I mean it. 100% confidence in these guys. If you want the very best experience in a HD Dealership - do your business here. You won't regret it.

I always like going to motor clothes and seeing Stacey. She is always smiling, goes out of her way to make sure what I want is available in the store or special orders for me. Stacey also knows the riding gear inside and out.

Garret's a great guy!!! Very helpful in helping my wife size up a bike, offering many suggestions and options. We still haven't bought a bike for her yet, but Garret's time, patience and helpfulness was most certainly appreciated!!!

Went to look at a triglide till my other half fell in love with our Freewheeler we have now with the new Milwaukee 8 107 engine in it. And our sales girl was the best I've been sending all my friends to see Shirl in sales to get the best experience they will ever get in buying their new bike...

Good dealership drove 1-1/2 hrs to get there. Would buy again from them. Chris Ladd the saleman was good to deal with as was Ozzy the sales manager and Kevin the finance guy.

Great Place, sales staff was very helpfull they need to put a sign by the road coming from the north on gold star it is hard to see.

Guys I got something free from a Harley dealership. Put passenger pegs on my 12 superlow 883, but the stock suspension set up was way too soft to ride two up. Brought the bike in just to see how much to change the preload and they did it in ten minutes free of charge.

Average dealership with some good people working there. Well supplied and knowledgeable!

Just got back home with a new to us gently used Ural rig and what can we say! WOW! We have met a lot of motorcycle dealers and have bought quite a few bikes - our experience at Mike's is hands down the best we have ever had at any dealership! From the initial contact with Any to conversations with Kyle and Rich to getting everything wrapped up with Tammy, this was the smoothest and the easiest bike buying process ever. Everyone we met at Mike's is super nice and friendly - Rich is our new best friend We confidently recommend Mike's to anyone in the market for a new or used motorcycle - and they have quite a selection, too! Rude customer service! With 60% lung function the girl was very rude when learned that I really cam't wear a mask. Super nice to the people in front of us and an obvioys judgement and change in demeanor toward us! Some people truly have health issue and I don't appreciate the judgement especially from someone who obviously is not good at customer service!

They have the best events. And today they had pumpkin pancakes! Friendly staff beautiful store.

Have been frequenting Mike's for several years now & have purchased several bikes, most recently a new Switchback. All departments are a pleasure to work with & efficient. Have been talking with Richard about a year or so & got a great deal on a new bike recently. He's a great representative of Mike's. Love the new bike & the purchase experience was great.

I am not a bike owner but needed a few parts for a friend who had traveled overseas, and with only a generic description and the bike model nbrs (parts for 2 bikes) Jason very willingly looked them up and offered some choices for approval. The pricing and the turnaround time to get the parts in was quite acceptable. Was happy to do business and a great store to visit!

Mike's has a lot of inventory and a lot of special events. Always a good time.

I stopped at Mike's to poke around and maybe by a shirt. While there I remembered that my bike was due for a 25000 service. I asked one of the guys there if he could answer a question for me. He stopped the hand truck he was pushing to answer my question about the service immediately. He also knew off the top of his head about an additional service required on my bikes year and asked if I'd wait while he made sure. He came back in a few minutes with the answer. I have always found the service dept. at Mike's professional and have never felt that they were pushing a service for no good reason. It also helped when he said Your the guy with the cool bike!

Super nice staff at this store. But it seems hardly visited. The entrance is in the back, not up front like you'd expect. Nothing special in motorclothes Dept. Service dept slow to check us in (she was new) but very friendly and helpful. And their auto opening garage door system for the service dept was really classy. Fixed our bike quickly and under warranty.

Horrible service, incompetent staff.

My fiance had his bike serviced there twice. The first time was to have a new rear tire put on. When he made the appointment he made sure to specify that it was a rear specific tire as the rear tire is slightly bigger than the front. After sitting at the shop for several hours waiting on the job to be done, the service person comes over and tells us it's almost done. Then she comes back a few minutes later to tell us that they made a mistake and swapped out the front tire, not the rear. Mind you, the rear tire was in far worse shape since the front tire had been changed a few months prior. So we got stuck waiting there for another hour and a half while they fixed their mistake. They gave us some extra points for their rewards system to try to make up for it so we decided to give them another chance. Yesterday the bike went in to have the clutch cable replaced as he had just put on longer handle bars and he needed a longer clutch cable. This morning he gets a call saying the bike was done, they were just working on a quote for some other work they recommended he get done and they would call him back soon with a quote. Two hours later when he hasn't heard from them he calls back and the woman says "oh I'm sorry I got distracted, I'm working on the quote now I'll call you back shortly." Half an hour later she calls back with an outrageous quote so he tells her he doesnt want the work done and he'll come get the bike. She tells him they just need to wash it and it will be ready. Another half hour later she calls and tells him it doesnt have any fluid in it in case he wanted to have the work done so they wouldn't have to charge him twice for filling the fluids. She said she would call him back when it was ready. 4 hours later when he hadn't gotten a call back he got a ride to the shop, where she informed him that the brake job was almost done (the work he said he didnt want done) and it was almost ready. He then explained how he told them he didnt want this done and how they had screwed up AGAIN, and the woman just argued with him and told him that's not how it happened. So he got stuck paying for work he didnt want done. We will NEVER go to Mike's famous again for service work, and I doubt we will go there to purchase a bike. There are other harley shops we can check out and we would rather make the extra drive than deal with the terrible service at Mike's.

Rode in on Saturday morning, my 2015 street glide leaked coolant. Even though service was very busy, after I explained we rode 2 hours to visit, service manager JV, and tech Adam had us back on the road in less than an hour. Great service department. Will go back. 5 star

Nick my salesman was awesome dude makes dreams come true no lies. I was looking at there website dreaming of someday owning a Harley Davidson but went in to buy a used Kawasaki they had for sale but I walked out the new owner of a fat boy! payments in my budget,down to earth sales person the whole staff was great,huge selection of new and used bikes,family friendly environment. I had my 13yo with me we stayed for hrs Nick had her on a couple bike gave her a HD shirt and one for her sister she had a blast I would highly recommend buying your dream bike here you won't be dissapointed.

My wife and I went to Mike's to see and test ride a Roadglide Ultra which fortunately they still had in stock. Austin hooked us up with Alonzo to begin the process who was also very helpful. After the test ride my wife saw an Electra Glide Ultra Limited that was also very beautiful so I took it for a test ride. We decided to go with the Ultra Limited and George, Austin, and Lorenzo were very courteous and professional throughout the whole process of buying the bike. We had never stopped in to Mike's until this past Sunday and we are both very happy we did. We found the bike we wanted, we spent what we were looking to spend on the bike, and trading my 09' Heritage Softtail was as easy a process as buying the newer bike. Thank you so much for a great experience - we will be back to visit, and when it's time to look for another Harley your dealership will be at the top of our list.

I've bought several bikes from several places and this dealer has the best experience by far. Having never even thought about owning a Harley-Davidson, I was apprehensive about the whole ordeal, but from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was treated like an old friend and felt no pressure at all. Shirl was a fantastic throughout the entire process. She gave great insight and helped me find the perfect bike for me, as the one I came in to look at turned out to be far from what I really wanted. Can't recommend this dealer enough.

Ordered some parts for my '98 ultra and was really happy with the way I was treated by the young lady at the parts counter. I didn't get her name, but she really had it together. She did a great job looking up the parts, getting me what was in stock, and ordering what you didn't have. Hopefully, the next time I stop by I'll be able to thank her personally for doing such a great job. You should be glad she's part of your team.

Came to make the switch from an R1 to a more practical bike for my long commutes. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated like family, even though I rode a sport bike in. Shirl handled the deal, tried to get me on a sport glide and unfortunately it didn t work out, but she didn t stop there, she made it her mission to get me happy on a Harley. I ended up with a used Dyna Street Bob, which is great. The whole experience from the bottom up makes you feel special. When you buy the bike you get to ring the bell, and everyone seemed to stop what they were doing to congratulate you on your new purchase. It really is above and beyond, and I think they made me a long time customer because of it...if you are in New England and want a Harley, it s worth the trip. I live in Mass. and came all the way down to new London because of the great things I heard, and did not leave disappointed! Go ahead and give them your business, they deserve it!

Not a good experience dealing with these guys . I traveled 2 1/2 from New York to the dealer , because we had pre-deal and once I got there they wanted to charge me $895 over the bike price in fees , $ 325 for dealer fees which I accepted but the rest of the fees were for maintenance that I think should have been included from the beginning .
At the end , I was willing to pay $500 of the total fees that I think was fair for both parts and didn't accept it....

Also I wrote an email explaining you my experience over there on Saturday as you told me on the response to my review ,but your email address doesn't exist...No worries I bought an Indian Roadmaster already.

My friend recently purchased his new Road King at Mike's Famous Harley Davidson and raved about his experience so convincingly that I travelled passed 4 other dealers to see the fuss was about. Not only is the facility magnificent but they have assembled a team of like minded customer service ninjas that just "get it". Counter guy was professional and knowledgeable, he informed me that there was a chance that they didn't have the Part because of the dopey non partnership between Harley and Buell. He searched anyway and he was right.

Went in with no credit at all and left with a 2021 Sportster an 11k bike they gave me for 9k . They will work with you and get you a bike. Best Dealership ever and they have the best customer service anywhere id definitely recommend

Just bought a bike here last week, I had Nick as a salesman and let me tell you, he was absolutely amazing. Made things so nice and easy for me. Got all the paperwork signed and it was a done deal! The staff were very very nice! The dealership is absolutely spotless with a huge selection of beautiful bikes. If your in the market to buy new or trade in! Mikes is the place to go. I promise you won t be let down!

On a long cross country trip it is inevitable that maintenance items like tires and oil changes will come up. I took my bike to Mike's for a rear tire change. The work was done quickly and professionally and I was back on the road in no time. The whole staff at Mike's was pleasant, helpful and professional. It felt more like doing business with friends. Wish I had a dealership like Mike's here in Washington!

Top notch service!! Cookie in service did an excellent job.
Even covered my front tire under warranty due to premature wear. Whoever detailed my bike made me feel like I just rode a brand new bike off the showroom floor.
