Several months ago I took advantage of Harley's Heroes Ride Free program and took my beginners riding class at Mike's. Within two weeks of the class I purchased my first bike, a Softail Slim from Mike's. The sales staff were excellent, Austin and George were extremely helpful. This afternoon I ran into little battery issue when I left my Harley's lights on, doh! I called up the dealership and Austin came down to where I was stranded and jumped my bike for me. This goes far beyond customer service I could expect from any dealership. I am a Mike's Famous customer for life!
