Been to almost every dealership in the Tri state area, and BY FAR this is the best run operation I've ever seen. Jhoff and big country: no better techs around and incredible knowledge of high performance applications. Diagnosis skills by both extremely impressive. "Cookie" is awesome too. He is the first guy you should ask for once you walk in. This guy IS what customer service is all about.
My next new bike and tire shredder kit motor work purchase will be only at this dealer. It is over an hour and a half away from where I live. even if it was 5 hrs away, it still wouldn't make a difference - I would STILL make the drive. This is no bullshit.
