Have to say Ive had crabs at 4 local places this summer and Mikes probably 4th. They were light and watery and i believe if i had a tape would not have measuered out to #1. service was good and a nice experience.
great place and scenery, it was just to hot hot hot to eat crabs outside it was so humid and it wasn't no tables in the inside avaible, crabs where very big in nice but a bit pricey for a dozen I think i spent 75 or 80 plus tip and drinks so be prepared to spend over 90 dollars if you want to have a good time,,,sorry Mike's it's just the truth

Food is outstanding and price was super great. 3 ppl 4 appetizers 3 main meals crab lump cake for all fried shrimp platters soups and more for under 120. I I cant belive the incredible low price and incredible food and flavor all in one, we are a now hooked life time customer.

If you are planning to go on a Saturday I recommend making reservations in the morning or ahead of time. Our friends arrived at 5:30ish and was told about an hour or so wait. We didn't get sat untill 7:45. The crabs were delicious but they ran out of vinger and old bay. It was so funny to believe that a crab house would run out the main condiments to eat with crabs. Our server Dave was great tho and came out fast with our food. The pricing for a group of 8 people was not horrible either. I believe it came out to be about 250 with drinks, a little a dozen of crabs and other dishes. The waiting are outside was refreshing with live music, a great way to kill time. Would come here again but would plan ahead.
I was there back in September. The crab cakes were fabulous (large chunks of backfin and very little binder). The scenery was stunning.

Sat outside on the deck, beautiful sunset views, great crabs and drinks. 5 stars for food and atmosphere. Service was a MESS but other than that great spot! Will be back for crabs!!

horrible experience during this pandemic. There are no safety protocols like social distancing signals, no hand sanitizers or wipes available, table was never clean, extremely dirty toilets and people walking all over the place and people sitting close to each other waiting to be sited. the food was ok but if you want to feel safe find a better option somewhere else, not here.

A truly good find while staying at a hotel in nearby Annapolis Towne Center.
The restaurants in the historic center of Annapolis are "okay" but if you came for a crab meal, this spot is hands down better. .
Our staff enjoyed a wonderful get together yesterday @Mike's Crabhouse, with Brittney and M.J. being our wonderful servers. They were so attentive and handled a large group very well. The food was delicious as always.
Looking forward to another social at Mike's soon.

Driving thru the area and wanted to try some place different to eat. The place is huge! It's off-season, not a lot of crabs out there, so it wasn't very crowded. Food was good and the service was fine. I'd like to go back when crabs are in season - just to check it out.
I really enjoy the atmosphere at Mike's, especially in the warmer months. The view is beautiful and there are a ton of food choices, even if you aren't a seafood lover. This is my favorite place to go on Mother's Day!

I come here every year for my wife's Birthday, this is her only request for her Birthday. Absolutely love it here, food is great, customer service is great. Overall this is an excellent place highly recommend it.

Best orange crush I ve ever had! And the setting is absolutely gorgeous. I do wish the outdoor tiki bar was open later, though. Who wants to ever go inside with that view?
I have been to this location several times over the years and have nothing but praise for the food the service and the decour and would highly recommend this restraunt for a pleasant seafood dinning experience.
Crab boil was fun! Most of the seafood was fresh, except for the fish that came with our seafood platter. Definitely stick to the catch of the day and ask your server what's fresh on the menu!

This is our third visit and it is pretty consistent. We get steamed crabs, boiled shrimp, hush puppies and my wife gets stuffed flounder. Food is good and reasonably priced. Sitting by the water is nice. Service is always pretty good even when its crowded. After our meal we usually sit at the tiki bar for a couple more drinks. Just a nice place to go for seafood and drinks!
We had a great time sitting at the bar. People were interesting, views of the water, and great food. Service was a little slow but they were very busy.

I am a frequent customers of Mike enjoy the food today was different order jumbo! large shrimps stuff with crabmeat. I also ordered a bunch of other stuff at the bar so I wasn't able to eat my entree. When I got home the actual to go container turned over and I realize that they weren't large they weren't even medium they were actually small shrimp not even covering a third of the crab meat. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager and I and was told I should have said something when I was at the restaurant but I didnt realize it because I had ordered to advertisers and soup so I didn't get a chance to really eat my entree there. I offered to send him a picture of the actual shrimps and he told me that he could care less do what you got to do.
I have never in all my years of eating out have ever heard a manager / owner speak to a customer that way just because you do good business does not give you the right to treat your customers any kind of way. I will not be coming back to Mikes because no matter how good your establishment is you do not have the right to treat your customers in a disrespectful manner the way he talked to me and hung up on me when I offered to send him pictures was tulu truly disrespectful!
The service was good. The crabs were good. One item we ordered (jerk mahi mahi) was not good at all. Also, the lettuce in the salad bar should be chopped much smaller. It was too difficult to eat. We will go back.

Dinner was absolutely fantastic. Oysters on the half shell!! Followed by the crab dip, and then figuring I had had enough seafood, decided for the burger as my turf. Finished all with key lime pie! Our waiter was very efficient and checked on us just enough. Pricing wasn't bad either, considering it was two of us and we had drinks. Finally, looking over the South River at sunset set the mood for dinner. It was perfect.
My wife and I had large Male Maryland Blue Crabs while sitting on the outside deck on a Beautiful Spring afternoon. Our server Steph was top notch. Mike's is great place to eat crabs or just a drink or two (lol) at one of the two bars. Oh, if you don't know how to eat crabs that's not a problem, your server will show you how. Now how cool is that?!!!

Loved the crab cakes, worth every penny! We drove an hour out of our way to try it here and it was well worth the extra drive. Can't wait to get near here again and stuff my face full of their huge crab cakes again!!!

Wow. Is all I can say. The crab cakes are amazing! I can honestly say, so far the best that I have had. The inside of the restaurant could have some updating but it's not a deal breaker. Love the food.

Extremely poor service. Waited over 20 minutes after being seated and was not even acknowledged by a waiter. People who arrived after me were waited on. We finally got up and left. July 6, 2019.
So this is a very cool spot to hit especially if you like eating on the water. We came in and were seated vary fast, that was cool. We met Jesse who took wonderful care of us. She told us that crabs were still on the menu and about some great options. The food was great and here level service was terrific wow . We didn't have to ask for anything at all. This is a fun spot to eat weather it's just 2 of you or 20 lol come on in .
