Mike's is a waterfront restaurant with fantastic Seafood. Their crab cakes are the best around. Great deck to enjoy drinks and dinner when the weather is nice.

The food was great, though the lunch menu lacked many options that would have been better than what was offered. The location is beautiful.

Great location for Maryland Blue Crabs. Always stocked, always fresh and a relaxed atmosphere.

Come just for the jumbo crabs and some corn on the cob! Outdoor seating usually has long waits.

Food was okay in taste. Service was slow, at best. Ate outside on deck and watched trash blow into the river...sad. Busboy really didn't take the time to wipe down the tables properly and it took over an hour to be seated.

Very disappointed regarding the crab cakes. I ordered the crab cake dinner. The baked potato and coleslaw were delicious. However, the crab cakes were 3/4 filler. I picked the first crab cake apart and barely got any meat. I didn't eat the second one and pointed out all the filler to the manager. All he said was he would the "kitchen people " know. I will never go back and will let everyone know about the crab cakes. The meal was $27.95!

Seemed like a good place for seafood fans. Being a vegetarian, i ate a veggie pizza while my colleagues belted a whole catch!

Crabs were awesome very meaty and heavy weight wise. I would definitely reccomend going!

Food was really good and a great family atmosphere. I recommend getting the Maryland blue crab it was perfectly seasoned. The crab cake was good too all lump no filler.

They were pretty fast in seating us! Our waitress was nice and the food was great! However, parking can be a little congested.

Great location and but you have to be a tourist to pay these prices on local crabs and seafood. Great place to meet your eastern European wife to be since they dont seem to hire Americans for their seasonal help during the peak business months. Love the location and views.

Just had the most disappointing dinner with my boyfriend. Sat down in a timely manner however the service was horrible. While sitting waiting I can see straight into the kitchen and see a girl doesn't even look like she as pants on and no mask... it's mandatory specially with messing with food. (Seems no one in the kitchen was even use gloves) The server took our drink order brought mine with lemon which I asked for NO lemon. (Not a big deal) then takes our food order. Ordered an appetizer of the crab dip (very cream cheese tasting no old bay) my bf and I both order steak and cake he doesn't like potatoes and yes the menu says please no substitutes he asked if there was a way to get onion rings (there is a sides list) however the entire menu states (please no substitutes) it's like what's the point of spending near about $30 on a meal and not be able to pick you "side" let alone what's the point of having sides when you cant choose from them. So When our food came out she asked if we needed anything (4rd time she's been to the table) we asked for A1 and mustard as she walked away I said can he get a coke... his cup had been empty since before we got our appetizer. So she brings back coke and mustard. Walks away doesn't even give a chance to say anything. Well after waiting I got up to find someone else to get us A1 as our food is sitting there getting cold because they fans are on making it pretty breezy in the place. Finally our server comes to the table with (Worcestershire sauce) stating that's the only steak sauce they have right now there's no A1 in the back that it must be on another table. I was honestly shocked on this service we were experiencing considering. I told the server I wouldn't have ordered steak if I would have known I couldn't get steak sauce. Ending I didn't even eat my steak and left it on the table.
Will add the food did taste good for what I did eat however when you can't eat what you ordered it's disappointing we just spent nearly $100...

This was my 3rd visit to Mike's Restaurant. Tonight they were out of crab. I discovered this time that when you order a salad eith your meal you go to the salad bar and make your own which was quite nice. Food is always good, not exceptional. Service always impeccable very pleasant beautiful atmosphere, on the water, casual dining.

Service was good, though one server was pretty unseasoned. Crabs were fantastic! I usually like a pick to get little bits out, but that little knife thingy worked. All in all, a good experience.

The crabs were worth the trip. There were a few large ones that took the place of the jumbos we ordered. I didn't enjoy the calamari. It was a beautiful day to hang out on the water.

Well, place half full but wait time 45 minutes. Recommended for Rockfish, but none on the menu. Stood at the bar and couldn't get the bartenders to acknowledge us. When we finally got a seat at the bar we noticed others couldn't get the bartenders to notice them so we tried to help and let them move close in. Service basically sucked and the menu and food was not worth the trip. Place recommended by multiple folks, guess it must have been good at one time.

We picked up jumbo crabs on Memorial Day late in the afternoon to eat at home. My mom, a lifelong New Englander/crab-skeptic said they were the best she'd ever had. The owner was there and very nice, threw in some free buffalo shrimp, which were also delicious, and was a definite bright spot to wind down an otherwise somber stay-at-home weekend. Benches along the dock made for a pretty spot to wait for our order, which didn't take long. Thank you!

Great atmosphere and the crabs are the bomb. Love being on the waterfront eating seafood.

Fantastic seafood restaurant on the south river. We went by boat and no trouble finding a place at their large dock. Crabs we're the best I've had in a while.

2 of the 4 people in our group didn't want the salad or the cole slaw and there were no other options, so, they didn' have a vegetable. Limited selection.

More fun and closer to DC than Cantlers. Crabs are heavy. Deck is a lot of fun.

I was so pleased today I just had to leave a review. I been coming to Mike's since 2016 with my family. But today my day started off horrible and I got a bit of bad news. All I wanted to do was come and eat some crabs with my kids to cheer me up. My server Lethan was extraordinary to the max. Normally I'm overwhelmed when I bring my kids but he made us feel so welcomed. His service was top notch. All the food was hot and delicious. He stayed on top with the 10 steps of service and he even got permission first before refilling my children's beverage and did a little dance with my children lol. I loved it. I been a server for 8 years and this is the first time I didnt consider deducting the tip based on service only. Thank you so much Lethan and I will be back!!!

Love the crabs. They are large and meaty. Truly the best place in Annapolis to go for crabs.

This is THE crab house in the Chesapeake area; which by default makes it the best Crab House in the country.

Got there tonight about 6ish tonight in pf course a wait no big deal when we did get a seat we waited for waiter for over 30 mins had flag a girl down in she took are order.. Then another 10 mins to bring 4 tea back out..we already knew what we wanted. CRABS! crabs tasted watery like they been boil forever we waited a hour for them i had to ask her what was taking so long cuz it was already 930 in you closed at 10 we did get salad. But waot for stuff for kitchen is crazy atleast 30 to 45 mins on shrimp. I was very upset. But i felt rush to leave could enjoy crabs. Cuz they took sonlong but she rush to come give check. Never got refill on drinks or napkins,butter nothing.. For what my check was i could had better service at home doing it my self.. Crazy i was thinking about having my wedding rehearsal dinner here thats why we came here.

Tonight had to be the worse night for me dinning with Mikes Establishment. I came and placed my name on the waiting list at 8:00pm, I spoke to the hosted to make sure I will be able to purchase crabs. She insured me yes you will be able to. At 9:40pm I received a text message stating they will not be serving crabs after 9:00pm, I ve been waiting for a table since 8:00pm. I asked to speak to the manager who was very young and unconcerned about my issue (waiting for 1 1/2 and not being able to get what I came for). This has to be the worse service and communication from this restaurant. I will not never dine here ever again.

We were out on a boat ride and want a place to eat. They have docks available. There was a 45 minute wait for outside seating so we went for inside. No wait. Good friendly service, I went with the fried crab sandwich. Very tasty. They have very good hush puppies. My wife had coconut shrimp which were good. All in all a good eating experience.

The entire was great but my Apple pie was served to me after it was heated in the microwave. Super mushy... So I asked can a slice be heated in the oven instead and was told by server the kitchen said no

They charge $75 per dz for large crabs, the problem is their large look SMALL. Then they bring out this measuring device that they go by to determine the size.
I feel it's a RIP off for the price. Tiki Bar area has been renovated with an added rooftop and more seating near the water to accommodate guests waiting for dining!

The absolutely best place in Annapolis to get steamed blue crabs!! It is right on the south river next to the Riva road bridge, but noise isn't an issue. The crabs are outstanding!! I couldn't tell you what else is good there, I know they have a salad bar, but get real! Order Crabs!! They are pricey but if you want the best, you will either be here or at Cantlers. Expect to pay for the goodness

there are not many choices on all u can eat salad bar. seafood is ok tastes wise I expected a whole lot better tasting considering review didn't hate it was ok .it' would be nice on the water if u can get a table outside
