I had a horrible experience. He publicly tried to shame me and made fun of me for being a disabled fire fighter and said that's how he treats first responders. I will be starting a lawsuit against them for things that he did to me. He has no respect and decency. He verbally abuses his customers.

I waited 5 hours for the item that I was really looking forward to buying. I was prepared to bid up to $600. I opened the bid at 150. and continued to hold my bidding card up the entire time and nod my head yes and say " YES!", the caller then yelled 200 and then 250 as I continued to nod and say yes with my card held up and he said "SOLD" $200. to other bidder totally ignoring me. Clearly preferential treatment to the other bidder. Reeks of an "inside bid" or "regular buyer favorism". I tried to speak with the owner about it and he escorted me to check out and refused to listen to me. He was extremely rude and it was a very disheartening and frustrating experience.

Huge selection and great deals. Oh yeah, my dad owner it!lol. Really is a great place to bid and buy.

This is a excellent auction for furniture, surplus, vehicles, and even thing you didn't know you wanted

The worst people that I've ever seen with the worst customer service very bad people, they will lose your items then treat you like you have no right to ask for it, you will pay for your items and come the next day to pick it up and it's gone when you ask them about it they will treat you like you are a bad person and you are not supposed to ask them any question, even of you call them on the phone they will hang up the one on you. No matter how gentle you are even their Boss will tell you that he has other things to do and hang up the phone on you. Worstell Auction is the worst people you can ever deal with

I used to go there years ago and would spend at least a couple thousand dollars every other month. Then I realized that the auction was rigged and I even warned one of the workers who'd run the auction at times, think his name is Tim, that I'd have my girlfriend and one of my friends, who work for the feds come and investigate because I realized what they were doing and I quoted a part of the auction laws to him. You should have seen his face. I went back three times last year and nothing has changed. I'm reading these reviews and have recognized some of the faces and names who've posted great reviews and most are either family, workers, or guys who are there every month who, if you pay keen attention to at the auction, you can tell that they're staged there to run up the prices. If you go there to bid, stick to what you want to pay for items and don't take the bait of increasing your bids. The business has gotten big and their attitude has gotten worse over the years.

There are some GREAT deals & people here! They like to joke around, and have a good time. I'm here every month, and my family comes with me. We have gotten some amazing deals, and made some fantastic money by re-selling what we get there!

After buying a pallet of laptops that were said to contain power supplies, I opened at home and found none. Several messages were left with no response. Finally the rude pos answered and claimed he had recording ...but I couldn't hear it. These were purchased for a very poor high school computer class which I told him but he stuck to his lie

Great Place to Sell, and Buy Items! Also a great place to work....We try our best to tend to all the needs of our bidders. Even those who get bidders remorse or bid without coming to the preview to check items out before the auction. We really do appreciate our bidders, and our consignors!!!!

I just wanted to express that Mr. Tim and his Father Mr. Gary run a very fine and professional operation. Mr. Tim was nothing but great in my experience, and I can not express the gratitude he shows towards the community. I am a Law Enforcement Officer in the Houston area, and it is great to have Mr. Tim and his father supporting us in what we do. I recommend that this business is a 5 star in all categories.

Had bought a table full of stuff it was wrap all over every thing look new because it was in boxes but when I got the stuff it was all returns stuff missing broken

Good selection, and great descriptions for the objects of the auction. No surprises.

They seem to talk down and ridicule the black patrons. They seem to be auction friendly to their associates bidding.

Very dishonest!! They took my merchandise and said they sold only a portion of it, then took the rest!!! Terrible people!! Do not trust them!!! Rigged Auctions too!!!
