On a trip last week, I experienced a clutch problem Baton Rouge..as in it quit working completely. With some help I got my bike off the the side of the interstate. After cooling off, the clutch worked somewhat allowing me to get to my destination for the night. As I was on my way to Mobile I decided to drop into Biloxi and let the dealership there take a look. Sadly, they didn t want to touch it and recommended the Dealership in Slidell. Wow, I m glad they did. From the moment I walked in and talked to Kyle at the service department I was treated like a VIP. He listened to my problem and immediately took the bike back to the shop. After less than an hour, the Tech, David, came out and explained what was wrong and that is was fixed. The entire dealership had friendly folks in it but Kyle and David went over and above what I had expected. I highly recommend the dealership for your service issues.
