Horrible experience. I was advised twice I was denied disability only to find out it was not true.
They did not review documents before sending them in to SS causing my case harm.
Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.

Midwest Disability was excellent.
My reps were knowledgeable and on top of procedures & paperwork needed for processing my disability claim.
They were thorough in answering my questions in a manner I could understand.
They were also very encouraging when the process seemed slow & even when I had been denied the first time.
All in all I was very pleased with the service and client support I received from Midwest Disability.

Fantastic experience. Very easy to deal with. If you are applying for SSDI you need a lawyer. For this, you need Midwest Disability.

I contacted Midwest Disability in December 2016 after seeing it on facebook . I gave them my information and was found to be eligible within a short time . I fought for disability with Binder and Binder first and they were terrible and I lost my case and they dropped me. Then I got Midwest Disability!! You guys were awesome!!! You were easy to get ahold of and always polite. You didn't make me pay for my medical records as Binder and Binder did. That was hard to do when I didn't have income!!. This was my 2nd time applying and they helped me to win. But even if I hadn't I would still give 4 or 5 stars. They are so kind and understanding. The way they do the paperwork makes it so easy and comfortable. With all my issues and how debilitating they are they worked with it. If I have to go through the process again I would use them again. 100% suggest using this office. Also I was working with them for 2 years and have recommended them to multiple people.

I m a 100 percent disabled veteran with many injuries sustained during combat. We hired Midwest disability after my second denial. First off I never met any lawyer till the day of my hearing and it wasn t even my assigned lawyer. Yes they won my case which was an open and shut case but don t expect any help after. All they can tell me is wait a little longer, try again in a month, nothing we can do. It s now the 8TH MONTH! Without receiving my back pay. They have been paid so they could care less. Hopefully I can save someone from a horrific nightmare I m going through with this review. Save yourself and stay far away from MIDWEST DISABILITY!

Midwest Disability jumped on my case as soon as I contacted them. They kept me updated every step of the way. They were very polite and took their time when I was on the phone with them. They make you feel as if you are their only client. I was turned down twice, and each time they automatically filed an appeal. Well it took 3 years but that's how social security works. I won my case thanks to Morgan my attorney and especially Lindsey who works on the support side keeping up on my medical records and any changes. I recommend whole heartedly.

The did a good job of making sure all procedures were followed correctly. There is no way I could have accomplished this without their assistance!! It was nearly a three year struggle until I was finally approved, but they did all in their power to keep the case moving along. Very kind staff.....ALL of them!!!!! Frustrating, long process, but yes, I would definitely recommend Midwest to family or a friend. They did a great job for me!!!

I literally enjoyed working with Midwest, they were never pushy and always informative.

Was able to do all my paperwork over the phone and through the mail. Very quick in getting a determination once paperwork was completed.

They were actual people, who took time with me. Not a computer.

Buyer beware do not utilize this firm. The paralegal I was assigned is incompetent and they(MD) lies frequently for the lawyers instead of being honest. I will be discontinuing working with them even though they hounded me about signing on with their law firm to obtain SSDI benefits. It s a damn shame that people who have never paid into SS and are not legal U.S. citizens can obtain this benefit before I do and I have worked for 30 plus years and I am a combat veteran that has deployed several times in service of my country but I was denied and told my disabilities are not severe enough. Research, research, research before you as a consumer settle on a disability attorney but stay away from Midwest they are not a good law firm to represent you. If I could have given them no stars I would have and I don t want to give them this one.

Everyone was totally helpful and everything worked out well.

At the start of the claim I seemed to be getting a new associate every time I talked to someone, which was annoying because I would have to explain EVERYTHING all over again to a new person. (Can't they read records!) Once I was on the final appeal I had the same associate and the same attorney, which made the process so much easier and smoother. I would recommend them.

What can I say about Midwest disability other than the fact that I was elated with the level of service I was given. The process was long and troubling due to a work-related injury so I wasn't sure what to expect but they kept me informed at all times. They kept me updated on a monthly basis with the progress and I can't be happier with the way it turned out.
