I m a 100 percent disabled veteran with many injuries sustained during combat. We hired Midwest disability after my second denial. First off I never met any lawyer till the day of my hearing and it wasn t even my assigned lawyer. Yes they won my case which was an open and shut case but don t expect any help after. All they can tell me is wait a little longer, try again in a month, nothing we can do. It s now the 8TH MONTH! Without receiving my back pay. They have been paid so they could care less. Hopefully I can save someone from a horrific nightmare I m going through with this review. Save yourself and stay far away from MIDWEST DISABILITY!
