Walked into one of the busiest dealers ever.... MIDTOWN HONDA.
My son and I met at this dealer because of a car he found on Auto Trader. Like i said when we walked in i was like WHOOOAA this may take a while. Well surprisingly it did not. We were teamed up with Mike M within 15-20 mins. Mike M is chill, knowledgeable, funny, great listener, able to communicate, transparent and most of all he is patient.

We had 1 car in mind and that car was not impeccable after we sat in, test drove, etc. LIke i said in the beginning of this review this dealership is busy and its busy for a reason. We found a second car that we liked and the negotiations began.
We left there proud, happy satisfied and new to us used car owners.

Peter who is a great asset to the management team was fantastic. He was funny, professional reasonable and a fighter. After the back and forth between Myself, Mike and Peter my son walked away a happy customer.

I cannot thank Midtown Honda enough. I am a very satisfied customer and planning on purchasing a second car from them. I truly believe they are busy because the service dept was closed and the door was just revolving with new and old customers in the sales department. There reputation is a an awesome one not just Peter and Mike all staff are happy, knowledgeable and very warm.

Got B1 service done on my Honda civic and car started making some grinding noise, left my car for 4 days in a row every morning and they were experimenting as they couldn't figure out the problem. It was worst experience. One tech suggested me to always keep my music on and ignore that noise. Finally on day 5 they found the issue and fixed my car. Thank god.

This is my first time to bring my Honda for service in Midtown Honda and the problem I m having still under the warranty was fixed on that day. They have to order parts for it and it s done on time that they promise. Anthony is the service rep that take care of me. Val the shuttle service guy is great and the service is amazing. They bring me home and they pick me up but I m farther than home and still they pick me up. What a great service. I will recommend this dealership.

Thank you Nada for coordinating the service on both of my CRVs. I have been a long time customer of Midtown and have purchased 4 CRVs over the last 20yrs. All have been pre-owened and I and my husband will likely continue with them. I recieve notices of recalls and have no issues in having them complete that work. I got my New Honda Crv ExL today, without Sam( sales person) it wasn't possible. He was awesome who made my dream come true, always supported me in negotiations putting customer need ahead of firm. Moreover, I cannont forget Maria who worked hard on my finance despite of my revolving credit and salary and made impossible possible and told me what I can do no one else can. Last but not least, the sales manager Danial who gave some time without appointment and waited extra hours just by making lots of Honda customer meet their expectation.

I brought my leased 2018 Honda Accord to service for the second time for low tire pressure light. First time they told me that they fixed the problem but they only reset the light, next they light came on again, problem was not fixed, I had to bring the car second that which is a hassle and waste of time for me. Unfortunately as you can see they only respond to 5 star comment instead to low star comment, you can understand their professionalism from this point.

You should run away from Midtown Honda!

I purchased a 2013 Honda Fit from Midtown Honda on February 23, 2019. Took delivery on March 2. Returned car on March 9 for Midtown Honda to address issues. Took car back on March 22. Main issues still not resolved as Midtown Honda now claims it is acceptable to them.

Below is a listing of my reasons why you should run away from Midtown Honda:

- Midtown Honda advertising and trying to sell the vehicle as a Sports trim when it is actually a LX trim. Sales person initially insisted that it was a Sports trim but later conceded that it was a LX trim after I proofed to him that he was wrong.

- Midtown Honda s questionable practice for recording odometer readings. Vehicle is advertised as 47,462 km. When I test drove the vehicle on February 23, 2019, I noted that it was close to 47,462 km. When I picked up the car on March 2, 2019, it was approximately 47,660 km (nobody can explain why it was driven approximately 200 km in between the time I bought and took delivery of the car). Odometer recorded at 48,475 km on Safety Certificate dated February 25, 2019. Also have service records from Midtown Honda dated February 28, 2019, that has odometer recorded at 49,466 km. When I returned the car to Midtown Honda on March 9, 2019, the odometer on car was verified at 48,119 by their Used Sales Manager. I also took a photo of that odometer reading for my record.

- Midtown Honda's extremely poor after sales service. After I sent in my initial email listing my concerns on Mach 4, 2019, it took numerous phone calls, text messages, emails to various people, and after my escalation email to the General Manager before I was asked to bring in the vehicle on March 9, 2019.

- Used Sales Manager offered me a $200 Service Credit for any future service works plus two (2) free oil changes when I met with him on March 9, 2019. And also agreed to complete all the items listed in my email of March 4, 2019.

- Midtown Honda did not complete all the work that was mutually agreed to with the Used Sales Manager during our meeting on March 9, 2019. Midtown Honda now claims those items are acceptable to them.

My experience with Midtown Honda has been very frustrating and time consuming. Also extremely unpleasant.

I have also recently purchase and took delivery of a 2014 Honda CRV from Bolton Honda on October 26, 2018. My experience with Bolton Honda was very pleasant and everything was in order on delivery day. Bolton Honda did everything that they had agreed to do. Actually, they completed a few things that I did not even asked for.

I definitely DO NOT recommend Midtown Honda to anyone! But would recommend Bolton Honda.

Worst Service ever. They make you wait so long to speak to a service advisor even when you have an appointment. This dealership isn t interested in servicing warranty items. I have a brand new car with intermittent problems with the passenger door which they refuse to service since it worked when I brought it in. It s so ridiculous my passengers have to climb through the window because the door won t open on my 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring! I highly recommend BOLTON HONDA, it s far from where I live but they take good care of their customers.

I have been buying cars for 45 years and in all that time I have never had such a wonderful non-pressure experience as at Midtown Honda. In particular I must mention Daniel Da Silva, the Sales Manager who is patient, forthright and totally without bullshitting (please excuse my being forthright! ) He was an absolute delight to deal with. All with whom I had dealings actually, including Valeri the sales consultant and Maria the financial services manager were a pleasure to deal with. I went here yesterday for an oil change and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I didn t have to see a half dozen people just to take my information, like at Sisley Honda. And nobody pushed me to get ALL my fluids changed or change my tires like they do at Sisley. It only took about an hour too, wayyyy quicker than Sisley. In and out. Friendly staff as well. I was going to Sisley to get my oil changes, but not anymore. Midtown Honda will get all my business from now on. Sooo glad Sisley was too busy to book an appointment for me yesterday! Excellent service!!! I took my CRV to get serviced at Midtown Honda. Liz was fantastic: she clearly explained the work that needed to be done and stayed in touch with me to keep me posted on the status of my car. The car was serviced beautifully and washed. Honda provided me with prompt and efficient shuttle service to and from my home. Both my shuttle drivers, Val and Vince, were friendly and professional. The whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Midtown Honda!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A USED CAR AT MIDTOWN HONDA!!! THEY LIVE UP TO ALL THE STEREOTYPICAL BELIEVES YOU HAVE A CARD DEALERSHIPS. Firstly, Honda HQ does not take responsibility for the used cars sold at this dealership. I know this because i called head office after the engine on my 2010 Equinox purchased at Midtown Honda seized three months after purchase in August 2018. Head office said it is not their responsibility. Further, Midtown itself did not return my calls after I left five messages for Dan, the used car sales manager. I am now in a position whereby I must pay close to $5,000 for a rebuilt engine. Further, upon review of my bill, the fellow helping me told me I was charged 3% more on my loan through Midtown than the going rate at the time. I now need to go through a process to get the used car office to recognize what they've sold me and agree to pay me for this major repair. Yes, i did not get a third party warranty, but should that matter? They sold me a lemon and on top of that charged me what they could get out of me. While this might be 'business' it is not ethical and i RECOMMEND WITH ALL MY HEART YOU DO NOT GO TO MIDTOWN HONDA. Once i signed on the dotted line they ignored me and now that I''m in for $5,000 more dollars for repairs they pretend they did not make the sale. This office and their staff truly live up to the stereotypes we have of car dealerships, especially used cars. DO NOT BUY AT MIDTOWN. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.

P.S. There is much more to right about their lack of response to my needs re. a flat tire (this after they denied putting two new front tires on the front according a promise they'd made); programming a second key for me (I had too wait five hours at another dealership down the road and they would not compensate me for my time). THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR. BY FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!

Advertised civic touring on kijiji but after we drove there we were told the ad was wrong and it was actually the EX. They weren't willing to give us a deal on a touring to make up for their mistake which costed us hours out of our day even though they had a comparable car in stock. Our experience at Midtown Honda with Christian was nothing but positive. He was informative and we really appreciated his no pressure approach when considering our new vehicle but rather he answered all our questions and spoke honestly and openly about the process. It was refreshing to say the least. At no fault of Christian, we ended up choosing another vehicle from another manufacturer and he was totally understanding. Found a car online called the store to ask if it was still for sale. I walked in a couple hours later to look at the car, I asked to put down a conditional deposit and I was denied. I needed to have the opinion of another person to come by and test drive it. After talking with the sales person about price and financing, I was still unable to put down a conditional deposit. I guess the sales person wanted me to buy on the spot, but I refused to without another opinion. After walking out, I was called by the sales person to see further interest in the car. While its unfortunate that i wasn't able to buy the car, because I was seriously interested in buying the car, I don't regret walking out.

Buying a car is not a decision you can make in one day, I think the sales people forget about this fact and trying to push too much which results in unsatisfied customers. I walked in to other dealerships after and I was happy to see the transparency and freedom they offered me when looking at cars.

This was my first car and wasn't aware of the extra protection packages those usually offered by auto dealers. I was offered with the Endurance's Titan Vehicle Protection Plan, it was described as the most useful thing to get for a new car. I just blindly believed what ever the "financial manager" was blabbering about this plan. Due to my personal responsibilities it took me some one month to review all my documents. After reviewing my documents I found that the "Exclusions" listed in the agreement found to cover most of the stuff, i.e almost all the cases that could happen to a car, so basically non of the services those offered will be applicable to most of the cases. The cost implies to it is 1000$ and I am damn sure that more than 80% wouldn't be or couldn't be used. When asked to get rid of this (after a month, which was a mistake), I was told that this can't be taken off. So a it disappointed after that but, overall its suggestible to do some research on extra packages before you sign the finance or lease agreements.

However, my Live Chat experiences could have been better. I found those agents a bit pushy. I asked a simple question about their inventory and they asked me for information that I wasn't ready to give yet in the transaction process.
Also, they twice told me that they'd get back to me with requested information, but they never did.

My wife and I like our new used car and the price was reasonable.

I used to go to this location to get maintenance done on my car but not anymore; this place is full of hustlers in the service department. For example one time I went there to repair my tire since it was punctured, and by the time I got there I was already flat but it had enough air to drive there. After waiting for 45 mins with the appointment they checked. They said the tire needs to be replaced it with a new tire $119.00 plus hst my car was already like 4 years old so I took it to a corner tire shop got it patched for $20 without any questions. The service reps use scare tactics, for instance if you don t do this here with us you might void the warranty etc

the sales reps are none the better, I had really bad experience with Joseph Kim, I was in the market for CR-V and shopping around, he was asking to commit before providing any competitive pricing offers. I was like if you can offer me better price I will consider it. I got really good deal at castle honda and wanted to see if he can do better and wasn t looking to commit without getting a final price. He really didn t wanted to spent any time with me.

Be Wary. Never left a negative review before. This is a first.
Had to change an ignition switch. While there, we had one sliding door working and the other side not. They said they would look at the broken door. Switch was fixed (good job it seems), and we were told the door motor needed to be changed. Quite expensive so we decided to live with one working door. Upon the next time the working door was opened, it started jerking really bad and took multiple tries to open/close. The next day the rubber liner fell off the bottom. We called Honda and asked why the working door was even touched at all and explained that it now doesn't work at all. Ultimately they took no responsibility and stated that it was "wear and tear" despite it being immediately after that messed with it and that it worked beforehand.
Also, we were told there is a diagnostic fee which would be waved if the service is done. When we received the bill it had an extra $125.00 for diagnostic. I told them there was no way i was paying and they did drop it. But they tried. Not what I"d expect from Honda.

My favorite dealership! Great staff I've been doing business with them since 2013 I bought 3 cars from them and the last one was my Land Rover Discovery. Great service and customer experience.
